Abstract
The invention discloses a concrete base guniting slurry, which comprises a bottom layer slurry and a surface layer slurry; the bottom layer slurry comprises the following components: cement; fine aggregate; bonding glue solution; a foaming agent; water, wherein the components are calculated by weight; the surface layer slurry comprises the following components: interface mortar; a tensile fiber; water, the components are calculated by weight. The guniting slurry disclosed by the invention comprises the bottom slurry and the surface slurry, the bottom slurry is good in cohesiveness, good adhesion effect with a concrete base layer can be ensured, spraying can be carried out only by simply cleaning the concrete base layer, the base layer is not required to be strictly processed in a complicated way, and acceptance check is not required, so that a large amount of construction time is saved, the construction period is shortened, the surface slurry is sprayed on the bottom slurry, the defects of poor water resistance and the like caused by the requirement of high adhesion of the bottom slurry are overcome, and the hollowing of the wall surface is prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building construction, and particularly relates to a concrete base layer guniting construction process.
Background
The guniting is a construction process of directly spraying slurry on an operation surface by adopting an automatic or semi-automatic mortar guniting machine, and the guniting slurry is generally prepared by interface mortar and water. The concrete base layer is subjected to guniting construction mainly for preventing the wall surface from hollowing. The concrete spraying technology has the characteristics of saving cement and sand, saving labor, improving construction efficiency, reducing engineering cost and the like, and has very wide application prospect. However, although the guniting construction has already formed a certain industrial standard, the adhesion of the guniting on the base layer is difficult to ensure by the current guniting and construction methods, and the engineering quality of the guniting construction is seriously affected. In order to solve the problem, a construction unit needs to repeatedly process the base layer, and can carry out guniting construction after high-standard acceptance is qualified so as to ensure that expected engineering quality is obtained. The method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, improves the construction cost, and possibly delays the construction period, which is contrary to the original intention of adopting the guniting construction.

According to a further preferable technical scheme of the invention, the bottom layer slurry comprises the following components:

The construction method for spraying the slurry comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning the surface of the concrete base layer, repairing the defects on the surface of the concrete base layer, and keeping the concrete base layer wet before guniting;
(2) uniformly spraying bottom-layer slurry on the surface of the concrete base layer by adopting an automatic mortar or semi-automatic mortar spraying machine to form a bottom-layer mortar spraying layer;
(3) scraping the surface of the bottom guniting layer into a rough surface, and waiting for the initial setting of the bottom guniting layer;
(4) after the bottom layer guniting layer is initially set, uniformly spraying surface layer slurry on the surface of the bottom layer guniting layer by adopting an automatic mortar spraying machine or a semi-automatic mortar spraying machine to form a surface layer guniting layer;
(5) leveling the surface layer and spraying the slurry layer, and carrying out wall surface maintenance to finish the slurry spraying construction.
Further, before spraying the bottom layer slurry in the step (2), trial spraying needs to be performed, and the specific steps are as follows: selecting the surface of a concrete base layer with at least 10 square meters as a trial spraying position; spraying bottom layer slurry at the trial spraying position by adopting an automatic mortar or semi-automatic mortar spraying machine, and uniformly covering the trial spraying position in a dot or net form; and observing the thickness, consistency and initial setting time of the bottom layer slurry covered at the trial spraying position, and whether the adhesion effect of the bottom layer slurry and the concrete base layer meets the design requirements, and spraying the bottom layer slurry on the concrete base layer after the requirements are met.
Has the advantages that: the guniting slurry disclosed by the invention comprises the bottom slurry and the surface slurry, the bottom slurry has good cohesiveness, can ensure a good adhesion effect with a concrete base layer, can be sprayed only by simply cleaning the concrete base layer, does not need to strictly treat the base layer in a complicated way, and does not need to check and accept, so that a large amount of construction time is saved, the construction period is shortened, the surface slurry is sprayed on the bottom slurry, the defects of poor water resistance and the like caused by the requirement of high adhesion of the bottom slurry are overcome, and the hollowing of the wall surface is prevented; in addition, the construction method of the invention greatly shortens the construction period, conforms to the industrial construction standard and meets the requirement of construction quality.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail below, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
Example 1: the guniting slurry for the concrete base layer comprises bottom layer slurry and surface layer slurry;

80 parts of interface mortar;
0.3 part of tensile fiber;
20 parts of water, and the components are calculated by weight parts.
The foaming agent in the bottom layer slurry is a modified saponin foaming agent. The consistency of the bottom layer slurry is 100 mm. The tensile fiber in the surface layer sizing agent is polypropylene fiber. The consistency of the facing slurry was 100 mm.
The construction method for spraying the slurry comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning the surface of the concrete base layer, repairing the surface defects of the concrete base layer, and keeping the concrete base layer wet before guniting;
(2) selecting the surface of a concrete base layer with at least 10 square meters as a test spraying position; spraying bottom layer slurry at the trial spraying position by adopting an automatic mortar or semi-automatic mortar spraying machine, and uniformly covering the trial spraying position in a dot or net form; observing the thickness, consistency and initial setting time of the bottom layer slurry covered at the trial spraying position, and whether the adhesion effect of the bottom layer slurry and the concrete base layer meets the design requirements or not;
(3) after the bottom layer slurry at the trial spraying position meets the design requirement, uniformly spraying the bottom layer slurry on the surface of the concrete base layer by adopting an automatic mortar spraying machine or a semi-automatic mortar spraying machine to form a bottom layer slurry spraying layer;
(4) scraping the surface of the bottom guniting layer into a rough surface, and waiting for the initial setting of the bottom guniting layer;
(5) after the bottom layer guniting layer is initially set, uniformly spraying surface layer slurry on the surface of the bottom layer guniting layer by adopting an automatic mortar spraying machine or a semi-automatic mortar spraying machine to form a surface layer guniting layer;
(6) leveling the surface layer and spraying the slurry layer, and carrying out wall surface maintenance to finish the slurry spraying construction.
Example 2: the guniting slurry for the concrete base layer comprises bottom layer slurry and surface layer slurry;

The construction method of the slurry of the present example was the same as that of example 1.
Example 3: the guniting slurry for the concrete base layer comprises a bottom layer slurry and a surface layer slurry;

0.6 part of tensile fiber;
12 parts of water, and the components are calculated by weight parts.
The foaming agent in the bottom layer slurry is a modified saponin foaming agent. The consistency of the bottom layer slurry was 90 mm. The tensile fiber in the surface layer sizing agent is polypropylene fiber. The consistency of the facing slurry was 95 mm.
The construction method of the slurry of the present example was the same as that of example 1.
The results of comparing the concrete base layer guniting treatments of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention with those of the conventional concrete base layer in the same treatment area and the same environment are shown in table 1:

Claims (5)
1. The guniting slurry for the concrete base layer is characterized by comprising bottom layer slurry and surface layer slurry;
the bottom layer slurry comprises the following components:
20-30 parts of cement;
20-30 parts of fine aggregate;
30-40 parts of 801 glue;
0.3-0.8 part of modified saponin foaming agent;
15-20 parts of water, wherein the components are calculated by weight;
the surface layer slurry comprises the following components:
80-100 parts of interface mortar;
0.3-0.8 parts of tensile fiber;
10-20 parts of water, wherein the components are calculated by weight.
2. The shotcrete slurry for a concrete base layer of claim 1, wherein the primer slurry comprises the following components:
28 parts of cement;
25 parts of fine aggregate;
35 parts of 801 glue;
0.6 part of modified saponin foaming agent;
18 parts of water, wherein the components are calculated by weight parts;
the surface layer slurry comprises the following components:
90 parts of interface mortar;
0.6 part of tensile fiber;
12 parts of water, and the components are calculated by weight parts.
3. The shotcrete slurry for a concrete base layer according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the consistency of the primer slurry is 80-100 mm.
4. The shotcrete slurry of a concrete base layer according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the tensile fibers in the top layer slurry are polypropylene fibers.
5. The shotcrete slurry for a concrete base layer according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the consistency of the top layer slurry is 90-100 mm.
