Working principle: after the first fixing part 1, the connecting part 2 and the second fixing part 3 are linked into an integral connecting piece through the bolt 4 and the screw 5, the connecting piece is fixed on the top wall surface through the second fixing hole 301 of the second fixing part 3, and after the round steel pipe is inserted into the two round holes 101, the screw 5 is screwed and fixed.
