1. The method for assembling the island cabinet convenient to assemble is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the island cabinet convenient to assemble comprises an upper supporting frame, a base, a fixing rod and a drawer box, wherein the base is provided with a first fixing sleeve, the upper supporting frame is provided with a second fixing sleeve, the fixing rod is arranged in the first fixing sleeve and the second fixing sleeve, the drawer box is arranged on the base, a supporting piece is arranged between the upper supporting frame and the base, the supporting piece is connected with the upper supporting frame, the supporting piece is connected with the base, a partition board and a supporting rod are arranged between the two supporting pieces, the fixing rod is provided with a first groove, the supporting rod is provided with a transverse board, the transverse board is clamped in the first groove, a connecting rod is arranged between the two partition boards, the partition board is provided with a first protruding part, the connecting rod is provided with a second groove, the first protruding part is arranged in the second groove, the partition board is provided with a second protruding part, the second protruding part is connected with the connecting rod through bolt, the drawer box is provided with a pressing plate, the pressing plate is provided with a third groove, the pressing plate is provided with a positioning sleeve, the pressing sleeve is provided with a positioning sleeve, the positioning sleeve is provided with a positioning sleeve, and the positioning sleeve is provided with a through hole, and is connected with the positioning sleeve;
The method comprises the following steps:
a. Preparation: taking all the parts out of the packaging box, tearing off the protective film, checking whether each part is damaged, checking the number of the parts, and if the parts are missing, replenishing the parts;
b. The assembly of the supporting member partition plate is completed by using a connecting supporting mechanism, the connecting supporting mechanism comprises a bottom plate, sliding rails, sliding rods, a collet, supporting columns, a first jacking bolt and a clamping plate, the sliding rails, the sliding rods, the collet, the supporting columns, the first jacking bolt and the clamping plate are all arranged on the bottom plate, three sliding rods are adopted to be connected to the two sliding rails, the collet is respectively arranged at two sides of the sliding rails, the two supporting columns are respectively arranged at two sides of the sliding rails, the first jacking bolt is connected to the supporting columns, the first jacking bolt is used for jacking the clamping plate, three connecting rods are arranged on the sliding rods of the connecting supporting mechanism, then the sliding rods are slid to adjust the distance between the connecting rods, then the supporting frames are arranged on the bottom plate of the connecting supporting mechanism, the supporting frames are clamped on the three connecting rods, then inserting the first bulge of the baffle into the second groove of the connecting rod, clamping the cross rod on the baffle, clamping the supporting rod on the clamping plate, screwing the first jacking bolt on the supporting column, jacking the clamping plate by the first jacking bolt, fixing the baffle and the cross rod under the action of the clamping plates on two sides and the supporting frame in the middle, clamping the supporting piece on the bottom support, pressing the upper end of the supporting piece towards the direction of the baffle, clamping the clamping piece on the upper end of the supporting piece, screwing the second jacking bolt of the clamping piece, fixing the supporting piece on the baffle, fixedly connecting the baffle and the connecting rod by the bolts, screwing the screw on the baffle and the cross rod, screwing the screw on the supporting piece and the cross rod for fixing, screwing the screw on the supporting piece and the supporting rod for fixing, feeding the clamping piece after the fixing is finished, taking down the clamping piece, loosening the first jacking bolt, the clamping plate is taken down, then the supporting frame is taken out from between the two partition boards, and finally the spliced whole is taken out from the connecting supporting mechanism;
c. Mounting of the drawer box: aligning the positioning groove of the connected supporting piece with the upper positioning block of the base, placing the whole supporting piece on the base, clamping the positioning groove on the positioning block, taking all drawers and display frames in the drawer box out, aligning the third groove of the drawer box with the connecting rod, placing the drawer box in the partition plate, and then placing all drawers and display frames back into the drawer box;
d. and (3) mounting a fixing rod: sleeving the clamping sleeve into the fixing rod, inserting the clamping block into the through hole, inserting the fixing rod into the first fixing sleeve, placing the transverse plate on the groove of the fixing rod and the supporting rod, pressing the clamping sleeve, and fixing the clamping sleeve on the base by using the bolt after pressing;
e. Mounting an upper supporting frame: aligning the second fixing sleeve of the upper supporting frame with the fixing rod, placing the second fixing sleeve on the fixing rod, then pressing the upper supporting frame downwards, and fixedly connecting the upper supporting frame with the supporting piece through bolts;
f. And (5) installing toughened glass.
2. The method for assembling the island cabinet convenient to assemble according to claim 1, wherein: the detailed steps of the step f are as follows: before the toughened glass is installed, the installation position is brushed cleanly by a hairbrush, then a rubber pad is arranged on the installation position, and the toughened glass is placed in the supporting frame.
