Abstract
一种治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂，是以黄柏、莪术、扁蓄、枯矾、花椒、蜂蜜为原料制成的药剂。将黄柏、莪术、扁蓄、枯矾、花椒五味粉碎成细粉；将甘油、明胶、蒸馏水的混合物水浴加热溶化，作为基质；再将上述药粉及蜂蜜乘热加入基质中，搅匀、浇模，自然冷却，装袋、密封灭菌即得。本发明疗效显著，制备工艺科学合理，疗程短，无毒副作用，能标本兼治，临床总有效率达86%以上，优于目前同类药物，是防治宫颈糜烂、阴道炎等妇科疾患的良药。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科疾病的药物组合物，特别是涉及一种以中药为原料制成的用于治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂。
宫颈糜烂、阴道炎是目前妇科的常见病、多发病。尤其是宫颈糜烂，如得不到很好的治疗，部分患者可能发展成癌前病变，对女性健康的危害较大。因此，如何防治此类疾病已成为医学界迫切需要解决的课题。目前治疗这类疾病的方法和药物较多，如激光治疗、冷冻治疗、中西药物内服外用等。但由于疗效、副作用及患者接受与否等方面的问题，使其推广应用受到一定限制，急需研究寻找一种安全、高效、长效的治疗药品，以解除患者的身心痛苦。
本发明的目的是针对以上不足而提供一种能够抗炎、止痒、止痛，改善血液循环，调节免疫和内分泌功能的用于治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂。
本发明认为该类疾病主要是由于病原体葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、霉菌、滴虫、病毒等侵入引起感染所致。临床主要表现为白带增多，相当于中医学的“带下病”“阴痒”等。本发明的治疗原则为“清热燥湿，杀虫，祛腐生机，化瘀止痛”，采用清热燥湿，消炎解毒，抗菌止痒，改善微循环和免疫功能等方法，研制了治疗宫颈糜烂，阴道炎的栓剂。该栓剂是以下列按重量计配比的组分为原料制成的药剂：
黄柏60～100g 莪术40～80g 扁蓄15～30g 枯矾10～20g 花椒10～20g 蜂蜜30～60g
本发明的制备方法为：将上述黄柏、莪术、扁蓄、枯矾、花椒五味粉碎成细粉；取甘油、明胶、蒸馏水的混合物300g，甘油、明胶、蒸馏水的配比为70∶20∶10，水浴加热溶化，作为基质，温度保持在50℃±2℃；将上述药粉及蜂蜜乘热加入基质中，搅匀、浇模，自然冷却，装袋、密封灭菌即得。
本发明选用黄柏为君，清热燥湿，泻火解毒，抗菌消炎；以莪术、扁蓄为臣，莪术活血止痛、消炎，改善微循环，调节免疫功能，抑制细胞突变，扁蓄利水除湿、解毒、消炎；佐以枯矾、花椒、蜂蜜收敛燥湿，杀虫止痒，抗菌消炎，祛腐生肌，共同达到抗菌消炎、杀虫止痒、祛腐生肌、改善微循环、调节免疫功能的作用。
下面结合实施例进一步详细说明本发明：
按照本发明制备的治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂，其最佳实施例是以下列按重量计配比的组分为原料制成的药剂：
黄柏80g 莪术60g 扁蓄20g 枯矾15g 花椒15g蜂蜜40g
本发明从1999年至2000年运用该栓剂治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎50例，并与保妇康栓20例作对照，保妇康栓是由海南碧凯药业公司生产。治疗组使用的治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂，是按照本发明的配方由山西省太原齐善药业公司按照新药审批办法中栓剂药品生产工艺及质量标准要求加工，暂定名为妇糜康拴。用药方法为一目一次，一次一粒，每晚将该栓推入阴道深部，20天为一疗程；对照组以相同方法、相同疗程使用保妇康栓。两组均以随机单盲法给药，治疗两个疗程后作对比总结。观察结果显示：治疗组临床治愈率和总有效率分别达42％、86％，而对照组则分别为15％和16％，经Ridit统计检验P＜0.05，两组有显著性差异。证实本发明治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎等病有较好的疗效，其作用优于对照药保妇康栓，尤其在改善或消除诸如带下、搔痒、疼痛等症状和体征方面效果更为明显。
经动物试验证实，本发明之药品具有显著的抗炎、止痒、止痛、抑菌等作用，(见妇糜康拴的主要药效学试验材料)。急性毒理试验证实本品使用未见任何毒副作用。皮肤粘膜刺激和过敏试验也显示本品用于阴道粘膜处无任何刺激和过敏反应。故本发明之药品不但疗效显著，而且安全可靠。
综上所述，本发明疗程短，疗效显著，针对性强，能标本兼治。尤其是采用局部病变局部用药的方法，药物可直达病所，有效成分利用率高，发挥作用快，总体疗效高，短期和长期疗效好，加之安全可靠，无任何毒副作用，优于目前同类药物，是防治宫颈糜烂、阴道炎等妇科疾患的良药。本发明制备工艺科学合理，简便易行，采用甘油等为基质，不影响有效成分的吸收，同时避免了单纯采用水提法使不溶于水的有效成分难于溶出，挥发性成分易丢失的不足，以及有机溶剂提取使易溶于水之有效成分不易溶出之弊端。本工艺方法保证了药物中全部有效成分最大限度入药，且携带使用非常方便，具有潜在的应用和开发价值。
Claims (3)
1、一种治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂，其特征在于它是以下列按重量计配比的组分为原料制成的药剂：
黄柏60～100g 莪术40～80g 扁蓄15～30g 枯矾10～20g 花椒10～20g 蜂蜜30～60g。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂，其特征在于它是以下列按重量计配比的组分为原料制成的药剂：
黄柏80g 莪术60g 扁蓄20g 枯矾15g 花椒15g蜂蜜40g。
3、根据权利要求1所述的治疗宫颈糜烂、阴道炎的栓剂，其特征在于制备方法为：将上述黄柏、莪术、扁蓄、枯矾、花椒五味粉碎成细粉；取甘油、明胶、蒸馏水的混合物300g，甘油、明胶、蒸馏水的配比为70∶20∶10，水浴加热溶化，作为基质，温度保持在50℃±2℃；将上述药粉及蜂蜜乘热加入基质中，搅匀、浇模，自然冷却，装袋、密封灭菌即得。
