Abstract

The string fastener 10 includes: a case member 14 provided with a fitting portion 40 through which a cord body 62 described later is inserted in one direction; and a piston member 12 that is inserted into and locked to the fitting portion 40, and that presses the string member 62 against the case member 14 to hold the string member 62.
The piston member 12 is formed by integral molding of synthetic resin such as polyacetal, polyamide, or polypropylene. The piston member 12 is provided with a pair of leg portions 16 inserted into the case member 14, and the pair of leg portions 16 are columnar portions extending linearly in parallel with each other. In the following description, the direction in which the pair of leg portions 16 of the piston member 12 protrude is defined as the front-rear direction, and coincides with the insertion direction of the string member 62. The direction in which the pair of legs 16 face each other is referred to as a left-right direction, and the direction orthogonal to the front-back direction and the left-right direction is referred to as a front-back direction or a thickness direction. Between the pair of leg portions 16, a spring portion 28 is provided. The opening of the case member 14 on the cylinder side is an insertion port 48 into which the piston member 12 is inserted, and the opening on the opposite side is a pull-out port 50 through which the head 18 of the piston member 12 is pressed to hold the string body 62 and pull out the held string body 62. The side edge portions 46a of the pair of side surface portions 46 forming the drawing port 50 are extended outward beyond the side edge portions 42a and 44a of the top surface portion 42 and the bottom surface portion 44, and the side edge portions 46a of the pair of side surface portions 46 are connected to one another by a single attaching portion 52, and the side edge portions 46a are connected to each other by the attaching portion 52. In the string fastening device 10, the loop portion of the string 62 along the opening of the bag or the like is extended from the drawing port 50, and both end portions 62a of the string 62 are extended from the insertion port 48.
Next, a method of using the string fastening device 10 will be described. When the opening of the bag or the like to which the string 62 is attached is narrowed and closed, the case member 14 is held by one hand, and both end portions 62a of the string 62 protruding from the insertion port 48 are pulled outward by the other hand. The string body 62 is held by being pressed by the holding projection 22, but since the holding projection 22 projects in a direction away from the vertex angle of the head 18, the string body 62 can slide outward from the insertion port 48 by being pulled by a strong force, the string body 62 on the pull-out port 50 side becomes short, and the opening of the pouch or the like can be contracted.
When the opening of the bag or the like is enlarged and opened, the handle 64 holding the piston member 12 with one hand pulls the bag or the like away from the bag or the like. Since the case member 14 is fixed to the bag, when the pull tab 64 of the piston member 12 is pulled, the piston member 12 is slightly pulled outward from the insertion port 48 of the case member 14, the spring portion 28 is elastically deformed and contracted, and the head portion 18 is separated from the inner peripheral surface 51 of the pull-out port 50, so that the string body 62 is in a slidable state. When the handle 64 of the piston member 12 is pulled with one hand, only the string body 62 is pulled out from the pull-out port 50 of the case member 14 due to the weight of the bag or the like, the string body 62 slides and becomes long, the opening portion of the bag or the like becomes large, and the article can be put in and out from the bag.
When the pull tab 64 is released from an arbitrary position of the string member 62, the piston member 12 returns to the fitting portion 40 of the case member 14 due to the elasticity of the spring portion 28, and the string member 62 is held, so that the opening of the bag can be held in an arbitrary size.
When the piston member 12 moves relative to the housing member 14, the guide projection 20 of the head portion 18 of the piston member 12 is guided by the guide groove portion 54 and the guide recess portion 58, and moves stably in the front-rear direction. Since the holding projection 22 projects in a direction away from the vertex angle of the head portion 18, when the opening portion of the bag or the like is contracted, the both end portions 62a of the string body 62 can be easily contracted by pulling with a strong force, and when the opening portion of the bag or the like is expanded, the string body 62 does not slip even if the opposite side of the string body 62 is pulled with a strong force, and therefore, it is safe. By pulling the piston member 12 from the housing member 14, the opening of the bag or the like can be enlarged, but the opening of the bag or the like is not enlarged inadvertently.
The string fastening device 10 may not be fixed to an article used for a bag or the like. The same procedure is followed even if not fixed. When enlarging the opening of a bag or the like, the opening of the bag is held with the other hand as needed.
According to the string fastener 10 of the present embodiment, the assembly can be reliably performed with a simple structure. When the piston member 12 is assembled to the case member 14 and the string body 62 is held, the locking portion 30 of the piston member 12 is directly pressed, and the piston member 12 can be reliably locked to the case member 14. That is, in the space 26 adjacent to the connecting member 24 of the piston member 12, the locking portion 30 connected to the spring portion 28 is exposed, and the locking can be performed by inserting the locking claws 32 of the locking portion 30 into the locking claw fixing portions 56 of the case member 14 while putting the piston member 12 to the rear side by putting fingers into the space 26 and pressing the locking portion 30. The housing member 14 can be locked more reliably than when the coupling member 24 is pressed and locked. Since the distance between the distal ends of the locking claws 32 positioned in the front-back direction of the piston member 12 is slightly longer than the distance in the front-back direction of the fitting portion 40 of the case member 14, when the piston member 12 is placed in the fitting portion 40, the piston member 12 and the case member 14 slide and friction occurs. When the connecting member 24 is pressed and locked, the spring portion 28 is expanded, and even if the spring portion is pressed near the mounting position, the locking claw 32 may not reach the locking claw fixing portion 56, but since the locking portion 30 can be directly pressed, the spring portion can be effectively pressed against the frictional force, the locking portion 30 is pressed to the mounting position, and the locking claw 32 can be reliably locked to the locking claw fixing portion 56.
Further, since the holding projection 22 projects in a direction away from the vertex angle of the head portion 18, when the opening portion of the bag or the like is reduced, the both end portions 62a of the string body 62 can be easily reduced by pulling with a strong force. On the other hand, when the opening of the bag or the like is enlarged, even if the annular portion of the string member 62 is pulled with a strong force, the string member 62 does not slip, and the opening of the bag or the like can be enlarged by pulling the piston member 12 from the case member 14, but the opening of the bag or the like is not enlarged carelessly, which is safe. Therefore, the operation of opening and closing the opening of the bag or the like is facilitated, and the use is facilitated.
When the piston member 12 is pulled from the housing member 14, the guide projection 20 provided on the head portion 18 of the piston member 12 moves inside the guide groove portion 54 and the guide recess 58, and therefore the movement in the front-rear direction is restricted and the stable sliding is possible. Further, the piston member 12 can be prevented from being pulled too strongly and from being detached, and the original position can be reliably returned when the pulling force is released. In addition, since the guide groove portion 54 is formed to penetrate the bottom surface portion 44, the mold is simple, the guide concave portion 58 and the guide groove portion 54 can be formed by one mold, and the mold can be pulled out and removed after molding.
The string fastener of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the shape of each member may be freely changed. The shape of the housing part 14 can also be as follows: the insertion port is made thin, and the piston member 12 is pulled while being pressed by a thumb and an index finger. The locking portion 30 preferably has a plurality of locking claws 32 protruding in the front-back surface direction on the front-back surface, but may have a configuration in which only one of the front-back surface has a plurality of locking claws 32, or may have a configuration in which a plurality of locking claws 32 are formed on one side in the left-right direction of the front-back surface. The shape and number of the holding projections 22 of the piston member 12, and the thickness and shape of the spring portion 28 can be set to an appropriate shape according to the thickness and rigidity of the string body. The article to which the strap fastener is attached may be any of a bag, clothing, cold protective gear, and the like. The direction in which the piston member is attached to the case member may be a direction in which the coupling member approaches the top surface side, or may be a direction in which the coupling member approaches the bottom surface side. Further, the guide groove portion may be provided in the bottom surface portion, and the guide concave portion may be provided in the top surface portion.

Claims (6)

1. A strap fastener is provided with:
a housing member (14) provided with a fitting section (40) in the inside thereof, through which a string body (62) is inserted; and
a piston member (12) that presses the tether body (62) inserted into the fitting portion (40) to the case member (14) so as to hold the tether body (62),
the piston member (12) is provided with: a pair of leg portions (16) along the insertion direction of the cord body (62) in the fitting portion (40); a head (18) connecting the respective tip portions of the pair of legs (16); a connecting member (24) for connecting the rear end portions of the pair of leg portions (16) on the opposite side of the head portion (18); and a spring portion (28) formed between the pair of leg portions (16) and extending and contracting in the insertion direction of the fitting portion (40),
one end of the spring part (28) is connected to the head part (18), the other end is connected to a locking part (30), the locking part (30) is fixed at a position of the housing member (14) corresponding to a predetermined insertion depth of the fitting part (40),
inserting the piston member (12) into the fitting portion (40) of the case member (14), fixing the engaging portion (30) at a predetermined insertion depth, pressing the head portion (18) against the inner peripheral surface (51) of the fitting portion (40) of the case member (14) via the string body (62) to hold the string body (62), and releasing the holding of the string body (62) by separating the head portion (18) from the inner peripheral surface (51) when the connecting member (24) is pulled outward from this state, characterized in that the string fastener,
the coupling member (24) is a member in which a portion of a shape projected onto a surface intersecting the insertion direction is cut away so as to expose at least a portion of the engagement portion (30) in the insertion direction,
when the piston member (12) is locked to the fitting section (40) of the housing member (14), the locking section (30) is moved to a locking position of a predetermined insertion depth of the housing member (14) by directly pressing a portion of the locking section (30) exposed in the insertion direction, and the piston member can be locked to the housing member (14).
2. The strap fastener of claim 1,
the locking portion (30) and the connecting member (24) are members that are long in one direction intersecting the direction of insertion into the fitting portion (40) of the housing member (14), are substantially parallel to each other, and are separated from each other in the insertion direction,
a space (26) that opens in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the coupling member (24) is formed in the coupling member (24), and the engagement portion (30) is exposed in the insertion direction.
3. The strap fastener of claim 1,
the fitting portion (40) of the case member (14) is provided so as to be surrounded by a top surface portion (42) and a bottom surface portion (44) that are opposed to each other with a predetermined interval therebetween, and a pair of side surface portions (46) that are positioned at lateral edges in the left-right direction of the top surface portion (42) and the bottom surface portion (44) and that are opposed to each other, and the top surface portion (42) and the bottom surface portion (44) have a locked portion (56) to which the locking portion (30) is locked.
4. The strap fastener of claim 3,
the locking part (30) is formed opposite to the top surface part (42) and the bottom surface part (44) respectively,
at least one of the top surface part (42) and the bottom surface part (44) is provided with a plurality of locked fixing parts (56) for locking the locking part (30) at a plurality of positions.
5. The lace fastener according to claim 3 or 4,
a guide groove (54) is provided at a predetermined position of at least one of the top surface section (42) and the bottom surface section (44) as a through hole for guiding the head section (18) in the insertion direction.
6. The strap fastener of claim 5,
a guide recess (58) formed by cutting out an inner surface of the head (18) in the insertion direction to a predetermined depth is provided at a predetermined position of the top surface portion (42),
the guide groove part (54) penetrating the bottom surface part (44) is arranged at a predetermined position of the bottom surface part (44) opposite to the guide concave part (58),
the head part (18) is provided with a pair of guide protrusions (20) which protrude and are inserted toward the top surface part (42) and the bottom surface part (44),
the pair of guide protrusions (20) can move inside the guide groove portion (54) and the guide recess portion (58), and the moving direction and the moving length are restricted.
