Example 3 of the present invention: as shown in fig. 3, a medical soft tissue collator comprises a workbench 1, wherein a cutting board 3, a first adjusting base 201, a second adjusting base 202, a trimming groove 11 and at least one hole seat 4 are arranged on the workbench 1, the first adjusting base 201 is arranged on one side of the long side of the cutting board 3, the second adjusting base 202 is arranged on one side of the first adjusting base 201, the trimming groove 11 is arranged on one side of the short side of the cutting board 3, a first slideway 501 matched with the first adjusting base 201 is arranged on the workbench 1, a second slideway 502 matched with the second adjusting base 202 is arranged on the workbench 1, and the hole seat 4 is arranged at one end of the short side close to the workbench 1. The soft tissue organizer for traditional Chinese medicine further comprises two soft tissue clips 8, wherein one soft tissue clip 8 is detachably mounted on the first adjusting base 201, and the other soft tissue clip 8 is detachably mounted on the second adjusting base 202. The soft tissue collator for traditional Chinese medicine also comprises a hook piece 9 which is detachably arranged on the hole seat 4. By wrapping the soft tissue around the hook 9 and by the soft tissue clip 8 provided on the first regulation base 201 and the soft tissue clip 8 provided on the second regulation base 202, the soft tissue (such as ligament) can be kept in a V-shaped state, and the soft tissue can be subjected to a knitting or the like in this state.
Example 4 of the present invention: as shown in fig. 4, a medical soft tissue collator comprises a workbench 1, wherein a cutting board 3, an adjusting base 2, a trimming groove 11 and at least one hole seat 4 are arranged on the workbench 1, the adjusting base 2 is arranged on one side of the long side of the cutting board 3, the trimming groove 11 is arranged on one side of the short side of the cutting board 3, at least one slide way 5 matched with the adjusting base 2 is arranged on the workbench 1, and the hole seat 4 is arranged at one end of the short side close to the workbench 1. The soft tissue collator for traditional Chinese medicine also comprises a titanium plate fixer 6, and the titanium plate fixer 6 is detachably arranged on the hole seat 4. The titanium plate fixer 6 comprises a first mounting rod 601, a first suture fixing block 602, a second suture fixing block 603 and a ruler plate 604, wherein the first suture fixing block 602 is fixed at one end of the first mounting rod 601, and the first suture fixing block 602 is connected with the second suture fixing block 603 through a pin. The titanium plate fixer 6 is inserted on the hole seat 4 through the first mounting rod 601, the suture used for knitting can be fixed by utilizing the mutual matching between the first suture fixing block 602 and the second suture fixing block 603, and the fixed suture can be used for measuring the suture through the ruler plate 604 so as to mark the length of the suture to be used. The soft tissue finishing device for traditional Chinese medicine further comprises a soft tissue clamp 8, wherein the soft tissue clamp 8 is arranged on the adjusting base 2, the soft tissue clamp 8 comprises a third mounting rod 801, a clamp plate connecting device 802, a lower clamp plate 803, an upper clamp plate 804 and a fastening adjusting piece 805, the clamp plate connecting device 802 is fixedly arranged on one end of the third mounting rod 801, the lower clamp plate 803 is fixedly arranged on the clamp plate connecting device 802, and the upper clamp plate 804 is in pin connection with the lower clamp plate 803. One end of the soft tissue to be trimmed is clamped by a soft tissue clamp 8, and the other end is fixed by a titanium plate fixer 6.
Example 5 of the present invention: as shown in fig. 5, a medical soft tissue collator comprises a workbench 1, wherein a cutting board 3, an adjusting base 2, a trimming groove 11 and at least one hole seat 4 are arranged on the workbench 1, the adjusting base 2 is arranged on one side of the long side of the cutting board 3, the trimming groove 11 is arranged on one side of the short side of the cutting board 3, at least one slide way 5 matched with the adjusting base 2 is arranged on the workbench 1, and the hole seat 4 is arranged at one end of the short side close to the workbench 1.
The soft tissue collator for traditional Chinese medicine also comprises a tensioner 7, and the tensioner 7 is detachably arranged on the hole seat 4. The tensioner 7 includes a second mounting rod 701, a first tension assembly 702, and a second tension assembly 703, the first tension assembly 702 being fixed to one end of the second mounting rod 701, the second tension assembly 703 being connected to the first tension assembly 702. The tensioner 7 can be inserted into the socket 4 by means of the second mounting rod 701. Wherein the first tension assembly 702 is provided with a powerful scale mark 706 and an indication block 707, the second tension assembly 703 comprises a locker 704 and a tension telescopic rod 705, one end of the tension telescopic rod 705 is connected with the indication block 707 of the first tension assembly 702, and the other end of the tension telescopic rod 705 is connected with the locker 704. The suture can be locked through the locker 704, the locked suture can be pulled to a direction far away from the first tension component 702 to drive the tension telescopic rod 705, along with the outward movement of the tension telescopic rod 705, the indication block 707 on the first tension component 702 can slide, and after the indication block 707 stops, the scale value of the force at the corresponding position of the indication block 707 can be read.
The soft tissue collator for traditional Chinese medicine also comprises a winding fixer 10, and the winding fixer 10 is detachably arranged on the adjusting base 2. The wire wound fixator 10 includes a fourth mounting bar 1001, a fixing device 1002, and an auxiliary suture member 1003, the fixing device 1002 being fixed to one end of the fourth mounting bar 1001, the auxiliary suture member 1003 being fixed to the fixing device 1002. The wire holder 10 is inserted into the adjustment base 2 via a fourth mounting bar 1001.
Inventive example 6: a medical soft tissue organizer, which is different from examples 1 to 5 in that: in this example, a connecting portion 12 is disposed on one end of the first mounting rod 601, the second mounting rod 701, the third mounting rod 801, the fourth mounting rod 1001 and the hook 9, an inverted U-shaped insertion slot is disposed on the connecting portion 12, so that the connecting portion 12 can be inserted into the adjusting base 2 and the hole seat 4 for matching with the inverted U-shaped insertion slot, and a U-shaped butt joint block (not shown in the figure) is disposed in the adjusting base 2 and the hole seat 4. The chopping board 3 is provided with size graduation marks, and the ligament can be intercepted and processed in thickness on the chopping board 3 with the size graduation marks and the size of the chopping board 3 with the size graduation marks. The groove 11 is provided with a groove 13, and a rectangular, round, triangular or racetrack through hole 14 is arranged in the groove 13. In the B-T-B operation, the bone materials at two ends of the soft tissue (such as bone ligament) to be implanted can be shaped and cut on the shaping groove 11 by utilizing cutting tools such as a bone saw and the like, thereby facilitating the auxiliary treatment work of the B-T-B operation.
Inventive example 7: a medical soft tissue organizer, which is different from examples 1 to 6 in that: both the slideway 5 and the adjusting base 2 in this example are provided with ratchet tooth structures 15. The ratchet tooth structure 15 is arranged on the slide way 5 and the adjusting base 2, so that the adjusting base 2 can move along the slide way 5 with the ratchet tooth structure 15, and the adjusting base 2 can be locked at the position point where the adjusting base 2 moves at any time, the freedom degree of the adjusting base 2 after moving along the slide way 5 is limited, and the adjusting base 2 is prevented from sliding automatically.
Inventive example 8: as shown in fig. 12, the medical soft tissue organizer is different from examples 1 to 6 in that: the adjusting base 2 is internally provided with a rectangular groove 18 extending to the outer side wall of the adjusting base 2, the rectangular groove 18 is internally provided with a spring 19, the spring 19 is connected with a locking piece 20, the locking piece 20 is provided with a tooth part 21 matched with the ratchet tooth structure 15, an unlocking piece is arranged above the locking piece 20, the unlocking piece is arranged on the rectangular groove 18 through a stand column 22, and the stand column 22 is arranged in a round or round-like column groove of the rectangular groove 18.
Further, the unlocking block comprises a first unlocking block 16 and a second unlocking block 17, and the first unlocking block 16 and the second unlocking block 17 are symmetrically arranged on the adjusting base 2. The adjusting base 2 can be freely pushed to slide along the arrow direction, and the accessory which is inserted on the adjusting base 2 is driven to tighten the soft tissue to be implanted, so that the woven suture tape is convenient to implant the soft tissue. The first unlocking block 16 and the second unlocking block 17 are pulled to drive the locking block 20 to inwards squeeze the spring 19, the tooth part 21 on the locking block 20 can be separated from the ratchet tooth structure 15 by utilizing the elasticity of the spring 19, and in the unlocking state, the base 2 can be adjusted to realize bidirectional free movement.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the invention can meet the operation requirements of doctors for cutting, shaping, braiding, suturing and the like of soft tissues (such as ligaments) to be implanted at any time in the orthopedic operation. Cutting and shaping treatment of soft tissues (such as ligaments) to be implanted can be performed on the chopping board 3, and the adjusting base 2 can be moved along the slideway 5 by pushing accessories (the accessories can be a titanium plate fixer 6, a tensioner 7, a soft tissue clamp 8, a hook piece 9 and a winding fixer 10) which are inserted on the adjusting base 2 by one hand. Through the use of the trimming groove 11 arranged on one side of the chopping board 3, a doctor can more conveniently cut the bone to be implanted into the end position of soft tissues (such as ligaments) in size and shape, so that the doctor can grasp the bone shape and size of the bone more easily in the process of cutting and shaping the bone, the risk of the doctor when cutting the bone can be effectively reduced, and the treatment of bones can be well completed. The tension of the soft tissue to be implanted (e.g. ligament) can be measured by means of the tensioner 7 and can also be used for fixing the implant belt loop titanium plate to assist in braiding or suturing the soft tissue to be implanted (e.g. ligament). The soft tissue (such as ligament) to be implanted can be hooked by the hook piece 9, or the soft tissue (such as ligament) to be implanted is looped on the hook piece 9 and simultaneously matched with other accessories (such as the soft tissue clamp 8) to enable the soft tissue (such as ligament) to be implanted to be in a tightening state, so that a doctor can conveniently carry out knitting and suturing and other treatments on the soft tissue (such as ligament) to be implanted in the tightening state.
The wire winding fixer 10 can be used for fixing an implant (a belt loop titanium plate or a suture), the belt loop titanium plate can be fixed through the fixing device 1002, the suture can be wound around and bound on the auxiliary suture member 1003, and other accessories (such as the tensioner 7) can be matched for use, so that a doctor can conveniently perform operations such as braiding and suturing.
