Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a water-based floor marking paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
in sports grounds, underground garages of small districts, factory workshops and warehouses and the like, in order to divide areas and play a role in marking, a marking paint is generally brushed on a coating on a terrace. The marking paint can be divided into solvent type and water-based according to the type of the solvent, and the solvent type marking paint is mainly used in the market of China at present.
The main film forming substances of the solvent-based scribing coating comprise epoxy resin, acrylic resin and the like, for example, CN107603378A discloses a road scribing coating and a production method thereof, wherein the raw materials of the scribing coating comprise 30-40 parts of thermoplastic acrylic resin, 5-10 parts of diethylene glycol ethyl ether acetate, 15-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts of talcum powder and 2-5 parts of auxiliary agent; the scribing coating is prepared by mixing, stirring and grinding raw materials; the scribing coating has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, low cost and excellent comprehensive performance. CN1157842A discloses a normal temperature type road marking paint, which is prepared from 15-30% of acrylic copolymer resin with a compact network structure and a low acid value, 3-5% of chlorinated rubber, 0.1-3% of epoxy resin, 6-20% of coloring pigment, 30-50% of extender pigment and 20-30% of organic solvent through the processes of material preparation, pre-dispersion, sanding, paint mixing and the like, can be used for road marking, railway traffic control marking, highway bridge culvert, coating and the like, can also be used for coating of inner and outer walls and terraces, is easy to construct, can be carried out at normal temperature, and has the characteristics of ultraviolet irradiation resistance, chemical etching resistance, high-load friction resistance, strong adhesive force, quick drying and the like.
With the increasing attention of our country to the environmental protection problem, the emission regulation of VOC in the coating is becoming stricter, and the solvent-based line-drawing coating usually uses a large amount of organic solvent, has high VOC content and has great harm to human body and environment, thereby limiting the further development of the coating. The water-based marking paint takes water as a dispersing agent, can be fit with the current environmental protection theme, and has wide development prospect. CN104250509A discloses a wear-resistant traffic sign coating, which comprises 30-60 parts of base material, 5-20 parts of filler, 3-10 parts of plasticizer, 2-10 parts of anti-settling agent, 2-10 parts of pigment, 10-40 parts of solvent and 5-30 parts of 500-5000-mesh hydroxyapatite, wherein the base material is water-based epoxy resin, the plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate and/or chlorinated paraffin, and the solvent is a mixture of water and industrial alcohol; the marking paint has good wear resistance and environmental protection characteristic, high practical value and is suitable for industrial application. CN104293043A discloses a white marking paint special for roads and a preparation method thereof, wherein the marking paint comprises a component A and a component B, the component A comprises a nonionic surfactant, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, a dispersant, a bactericide, a defoaming agent, an oxidized paraffin flame retardant, hydroxyethyl cellulose and deionized water, and the component B comprises an acrylic emulsion, ester alcohol-12 and a thickening agent; the special white marking paint for the road has the advantages of low cost, excellent performance, good self-drying property, good adhesive force, wear resistance and weather resistance.
However, in the development and use processes of the water-based marking paint, people gradually find that the water-based paint has poor flexibility after film forming, a paint film is large in brittleness, poor in impact resistance and poor in adhesion with a terrace, and the paint film is damaged and peeled off along with friction of automobile tires, impact and heavy pressure of material transfer and the like, so that the marked lines are blurred in the past, and the marking mark cannot be provided for a long time.
therefore, the development of the water-based floor marking paint with good impact resistance and flexibility and strong adhesion with the floor to prolong the service life of the floor mark and the marked line is a research focus in the field.
disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the water-based floor marking paint and the preparation method thereof.
in order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides an aqueous floor marking paint comprising a component a and a component B; the component A comprises the following components: 35-55 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 15-20 parts of pigment, 15-25 parts of filler and 0.1-0.3 part of adhesion promoter; the component B comprises an isocyanate curing agent.
The aqueous floor marking paint provided by the invention is a two-component aqueous polyurethane paint, the aqueous polyurethane resin in the component A is used as a film forming substance, and the isocyanate curing agent in the component B is matched to realize the fast drying curing and high crosslinking density of the paint film, so that the paint film not only has excellent mechanical properties such as hardness, toughness and impact resistance, but also has excellent water resistance, solvent resistance and aging resistance. In the water-based floor marking paint provided by the invention, the component A also comprises an adhesion promoter, and the adhesion promoter has good compatibility with a water-based polyurethane resin system, so that the dispersibility of the paint and the leveling property after film forming are not influenced; the adhesion promoter migrates to the interface of the coating and the terrace substrate after coating construction, on one hand, covalent bonds are formed with groups on the surface of the substrate for coupling, and on the other hand, the molecules of the adhesion promoter in the coating film are mutually condensed to form a network structure, so that the coating film and the substrate are connected through stable chemical bonds, and the substrate adhesion of the coating film is remarkably improved. In addition, the pigment and the filler in the component A provide tinting strength, color development and covering power for the coating film, so that the coating film has a marking function. In conclusion, the waterborne floor marking paint provided by the invention has the advantages that the coating film has excellent mechanical properties, resistance, adhesive force, covering power and color development degree through the synergistic cooperation of the waterborne polyurethane resin in the component A, the adhesion promoter, the pigment and the filler and the isocyanate curing agent in the component B, and the application requirements of the waterborne floor marking paint can be fully met.
in the present invention, the amount of the aqueous polyurethane resin may be 36 parts by weight, 38 parts by weight, 40 parts by weight, 42 parts by weight, 44 parts by weight, 46 parts by weight, 48 parts by weight, 50 parts by weight, 52 parts by weight or 54 parts by weight, and specific points therebetween are not exhaustive for the purpose of brevity and conciseness.
The pigment may be used in an amount of 15.5 parts by weight, 16 parts by weight, 16.5 parts by weight, 17 parts by weight, 17.5 parts by weight, 18 parts by weight, 18.5 parts by weight, 19 parts by weight, or 19.5 parts by weight, and specific values therebetween, not to limit the disclosure and for the sake of brevity, are not exhaustive and are not intended to include specific values within the stated ranges.
The filler may be used in an amount of 16 parts, 17 parts, 18 parts, 19 parts, 20 parts, 21 parts, 22 parts, 23 parts, or 24 parts by weight, and specific values therebetween, for brevity and clarity, are not intended to be exhaustive or to include specific values within the scope disclosed.
The adhesion promoter may be used in an amount of 0.12 parts by weight, 0.14 parts by weight, 0.16 parts by weight, 0.18 parts by weight, 0.2 parts by weight, 0.22 parts by weight, 0.24 parts by weight, 0.26 parts by weight, 0.28 parts by weight, or 0.29 parts by weight, and specific points therebetween are not exhaustive, and the invention is not limited to the specific points included in the range for brevity and conciseness.
In the component A, when the weight parts of the waterborne polyurethane resin, the weight parts of the pigment, the weight parts of the filler and the adhesion promoter are respectively 35-55, 15-20 and 0.1-0.3, the obtained waterborne floor marking paint has good adhesive force of a paint film after film forming, and has high covering power and color development. If the amount of the adhesion promoter is outside the above-defined range, too small an amount thereof will result in a decrease in the adhesion of the coating film, and too large an amount thereof will affect the storage stability of the coating material. If the amount of the pigment and filler is less than the above-defined range, the color development and hiding power of the coating film may be insufficient, failing to form a striking mark on the terrace; if the amount of the pigment and the filler is higher than the above-mentioned limit, the powdery pigment and filler content in the coating material becomes too high, which affects the continuity of film formation of the aqueous polyurethane resin and even causes a decrease in the toughness and impact resistance of the coating film.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is (3-7): 1, such as 3.3:1, 3.5:1, 3.8:1, 4:1, 5.2:1, 4.5:1, 4.8:1, 5:1, 5.2:1, 5.5:1, 5.8:1, 6:1, 6.3:1, 6.5:1, 6.7:1 or 6.9: 1.
In the water-based floor marking paint provided by the invention, the component A and the component B are mixed according to the mass ratio of (3-7) to 1 to obtain the paint which has the advantages of longer activation period, high curing speed and high crosslinking density, and the obtained coating has excellent mechanical properties and resistance. If the proportion of the component B and the component B is beyond the range defined by the invention, on one hand, the activation period of the coating is too short and great time limit is brought to construction, and on the other hand, the coating is hard and brittle due to excessive crosslinking and the flexibility is reduced; and if the content of the component B is too low, the crosslinking speed of the coating is slow, the curing and drying time is too long, the coating time cost is increased, and meanwhile, the coating is incompletely crosslinked due to a small proportion of the curing agent, so that the water resistance, the solvent resistance and the aging resistance of the coating are obviously adversely affected. Therefore, in the water-based floor marking paint, the component A and the component B are mixed according to a specific proportion to obtain a coating film with good balance of activation period and curing speed and good mechanical property and resistance.

Comparative example 5
This comparative example provides a waterborne terrace marking paint, the component is as follows:
The component A comprises: 45 parts of waterborne epoxy resin (Dow DER331), 22 parts of titanium pigment, 18 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 0.7 part of bentonite, 1.0 part of dispersant, 0.2 part of wetting agent, 0.3 part of defoamer, 0.1 part of pH regulator, 0.1 part of preservative, 1.0 part of thickener and 11.5 parts of water;

the preparation method is the same as the step (1) in example 1, and the water-based floor marking paint is obtained.
and (3) performance testing:
The state, density, workability, coating film appearance, drying time of non-stick tire, wear resistance (using JM-100 rubber grinding wheel), water resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance of the aqueous floor marking paint provided in examples 1 to 7 were tested according to JT/T280-plus 2004 pavement marking paint standard, and the test results are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
the state, density, workability, appearance of a coating film, drying time of a non-stick tire, wear resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance, adhesion, flexibility and impact resistance of the aqueous terrace marking paint provided in comparative examples 1 to 5 in a container were tested by the same test method, and the test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Comparing the data in tables 1 and 2, it can be seen that the drying time of the non-stick tire of the water-based floor marking paint provided by embodiments 1 to 4 and 7 of the invention at room temperature is 25min, and the activation period reaches 2 to 4 h; the flexibility of the coating film is 2mm, the impact resistance is more than 80cm, the adhesive force of the base material is grade 1, the wear resistance is less than 10mg, the water resistance and the acid and alkali resistance are good, the water resistance reaches 120h, the acid and alkali resistance reaches 48h, the appearance of the coating film is good, and the phenomena of wrinkles, spots, bubbles and the like do not occur; the pigment ratio of the coating in example 5 is increased, so that the wear resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and mechanical properties of the coating film are reduced; in example 6, the isocyanate curing agent is used in a higher proportion, so that the surface drying speed of the coating film is reduced, and the drying time of the corresponding non-stick tire is prolonged. Compared with the waterborne epoxy floor marking coating (comparative example 5) in the prior art, the two-component waterborne polyurethane floor marking coating provided by the invention has the advantages that the water resistance, the adhesiveness, the flexibility and the impact resistance are obviously improved, the coating is more suitable for marking and coating floor surfaces of workshops, underground garages, sports grounds, warehouses and the like, the cross-linking density of a coating film after curing is high, the coating film has excellent base material adhesion, flexibility, wear resistance and impact resistance, and a lasting marking function can be provided on the floor surface.
If the adhesion promoter is not added to the coating (comparative example 1), the adhesion of the coating film is significantly reduced and the coating film cannot be tightly adhered to the substrate. If the mass ratio of the component A to the component B in the coating exceeds (3-7) defined by the invention, 1, and the content of the component B is too high (comparative example 2), the surface drying speed of the coating film is slow, the drying time of the coating film without adhering a tire is long, the construction efficiency is influenced, and the flexibility and the impact resistance of the coating film are obviously reduced; too low a content of the B component (comparative example 3) results in a decrease in the degree of crosslinking of the coating film, which is manifested by a decrease in water resistance, alkali resistance and adhesion. If the aqueous polyurethane resin in the component A of the coating is polyacrylate dispersoid with low hydroxyl value (comparative example 4), the aqueous polyurethane resin can not react with the curing agent in the component B to form a compact and stable crosslinking network, so that the water resistance, alkali resistance and mechanical property of the coating film can not reach the application standard.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the above examples to the aqueous floor marking paint and the preparation method thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, the present invention is not meant to be implemented by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
