Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of marine rotary vane type hydraulic steering engines, and particularly relates to a novel rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine moving vane group sealing device which comprises a sealing ring pressing plate, a sealing ring and moving vanes, wherein the moving vanes are connected to a rotor through connecting bolts, the sealing ring and the sealing ring pressing plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the moving vanes, and the two sealing ring pressing plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the sealing ring and are respectively fixed on the moving vanes through the connecting bolts; one surface of the sealing ring is provided with an outwards turned lip, and a notch is formed in the sealing ring. The internal sealing performance of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is improved, and the internal leakage of the hydraulic oil of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is solved, so that the check helm performance of the hydraulic steering engine is greatly improved, the steering flexibility of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is improved, and all the advantages of the original rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine are reserved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a main product, which belongs to the field of marine rotary vane type hydraulic steering engines, and in particular relates to a novel rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine movable vane group sealing device.
Background
The marine hydraulic steering engine is a power source for controlling the rudder blade to rotate, and the rotation of the rudder blade changes the navigation of the ship, namely the action of the hydraulic steering engine determines the navigation and safety of the ship, so the hydraulic steering engine is one of the most important equipment on the ship.
The hydraulic steering engine that uses on the current boats and ships mainly does: swing cylinder type, shift fork type and rotary blade type. The sealing modes inside the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine in China and abroad at present are all in a splicing mode (non-bonding) by a horizontal and vertical metal sealing strip or a non-metal sealing strip. The structure is similar, two or more moving blades are arranged on the rotor, square sealing ring grooves are processed on the moving blades, and three sealing rings are arranged in the sealing ring grooves. Two or more stationary vanes are arranged on the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine cylinder body and are connected through bolts. A seal ring groove is processed on the stationary blade, a seal ring is installed in the seal ring groove, and the seal ring is tightly clamped at two ends through an upper cylinder cover and a lower cylinder cover. Therefore, the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine cylinder body is divided into a high-pressure area and a low-pressure area through the movable vanes, the static vanes and the sealing rings. However, the three sealing rings of the movable vane are formed by splicing, and vulcanization treatment cannot be carried out on site, so that leakage points can be formed at the spliced positions, leakage occurs in the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine, namely leakage is formed between a high-pressure area and a low-pressure area, and the sensitivity and the stability of steering are affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and provide a novel movable vane group sealing device of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine, so that the problem of internal leakage of the conventional rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is solved, the check helm performance of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is ensured, and the safety of the hydraulic steering engine is improved.
According to the technical scheme, the movable vane group sealing device comprises a sealing ring pressing plate, sealing rings and movable vanes, wherein the movable vanes are connected to a rotor through connecting bolts, the two sealing rings and the two sealing ring pressing plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the movable vanes, and the two sealing ring pressing plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the sealing rings and are respectively fixed on the movable vanes through the connecting bolts; one surface of the sealing ring is provided with an outwards turned lip, and the sealing ring is provided with a notch.
As a further improvement of the invention, an annular groove structure is arranged on one surface of the sealing ring, which is connected with the sealing ring pressing plate, the lip of the annular groove is arranged to turn outwards, and the inner wall of the annular groove is arranged to turn inwards.
As a further improvement of the invention, the notch is positioned at the bottom of the annular groove and is arranged to penetrate along the bottom of the annular groove.
As a further improvement of the invention, there are at least two of the rotor blade groups.
The invention has the advantages that the internal sealing performance of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is increased, and the internal leakage of the hydraulic oil of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is solved, thereby greatly improving the check helm performance of the hydraulic steering engine, improving the steering flexibility of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine and retaining all the advantages of the original rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine.

The patent of the invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and the detailed description.
The rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine mainly comprises the following parts: the upper cylinder cover 13 and the cylinder body 15 are connected by connecting bolts, and the lower cylinder cover 16 and the cylinder body 15 are connected by bolts. The stationary blade group 18 is connected with the cylinder body 15 and the upper cylinder cover 13 through connecting bolts, and the rotor 17 is provided with the movable blade group 19, and the stationary blade group and the upper cylinder cover are connected through bolts. The scale plate 12 is connected with the rotor 17 through bolts, and the hanging ring 14 is welded on the upper cylinder cover 13.
The sealing device of the novel rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is further characterized in that the two or more stationary vane groups 18 are connected with the inner wall of the cylinder body 15 through bolts, and the shape of the inner holes of the stationary vane groups 18 is matched with the external shape of the rotor 17.
The two or more blades 19-3 are connected with the rotor 17 through bolts, and the shape of the blade 19-3 is matched with the shape of the inner hole of the cylinder 15.
The invention mainly relates to a movable vane group 19, and in general, a rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine consists of two or more movable vane groups 19.
The movable vane assembly 19 is connected with the rotor 17 through bolts and rotates along with the rotor 17, the movable vane assembly 19 is composed of a sealing ring pressing plate 19-1, a sealing ring 19-2 and movable vanes 19-3, wherein the movable vanes 19-3 are connected to the rotor 17 through connecting bolts, the sealing rings 19-2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the movable vanes 19-3, and the movable vanes 19-3 are respectively fixed to the movable vanes 19-3 through the sealing ring pressing plate 19-1 and the connecting bolts.
The stationary blade group 18 is connected with the cylinder body 15 through bolts, wherein the stationary blade 18-3 is connected with the cylinder barrel 15 through connecting bolts, and the structure of the stationary blade group is the same as that of the movable blade group.
The sealing ring 19-2 is formed by integral vulcanization and is in a non-splicing mode, an annular groove 19-2-1 structure is arranged on one surface of the sealing ring 19-2 connected with the sealing ring pressing plate 19-1, a lip 19-2-4 of the annular groove 19-2-1 is arranged to turn outwards, an inner wall 19-2-3 of the annular groove is arranged to turn inwards, and a notch 19-2-2 is arranged at the bottom of the annular groove 19-2-1.
The notch 19-2-2 is provided to penetrate along the bottom of the annular groove 19-2-1, and the notch 19-2-2 functions to facilitate expansion of the inside of the seal ring 19-2 when oil pressure is applied thereto. In the operation process of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine, high-pressure oil is injected into the sealing ring 19-2, so that the lip 19-2-4 of the sealing ring is enlarged, the compression amount of the sealing ring 19-2 is increased, the sealing performance of the sealing ring 19-2 is improved, and the internal leakage of the steering engine is avoided.
The novel rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine sealing device thoroughly solves the problem of internal leakage of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine caused by splicing of the sealing rings by modifying the sealing form, the mounting position, the mounting mode and the sealing ring structure of the original steering engine, and improves the steering sensitivity and the steering stability of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine due to the phenomenon of steering running of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine caused by internal leakage.
Claims (4)
1. The movable vane group sealing device of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine is characterized by comprising a sealing ring pressing plate (19-1), a sealing ring (19-2) and movable vanes (19-3), wherein the movable vanes (19-3) are connected to a rotor (17) through bolts, the sealing ring (19-2) and the sealing ring pressing plate (19-1) are respectively arranged on two sides of the movable vanes (19-3), and the two sealing ring pressing plates (19-1) are respectively arranged on two sides of the sealing ring (19-2) and are respectively fixed on the movable vanes (19-3) through connecting bolts; one surface of the sealing ring (19-2) is provided with an outwards turned lip (19-2-4), and the sealing ring is provided with a notch (19-2-2).
2. The movable vane group sealing device of the rotary vane type hydraulic steering engine according to claim 1, wherein an annular groove (19-2-1) structure is arranged on one surface of the sealing ring (19-2) connected with the sealing ring pressing plate (19-1), a lip (19-2-4) of the annular groove (19-2-1) is arranged to be turned outwards, and an inner wall (19-2-3) of the annular groove is arranged to be turned inwards.
3. A sealing arrangement for a rotor blade set of a rotary vane hydraulic steering engine according to claim 1, characterized in that the notch (19-2-2) is located at the bottom of the annular groove (19-2-1) and is arranged to run through the bottom of the annular groove (19-2-1).
4. A rotor blade set sealing arrangement for a rotary vane hydraulic steering engine according to claim 1, wherein there are at least two rotor blade sets (19).
