Wherein the water-based epoxy ester resin is GS-5000B water-based epoxy resin of Guangxi trees of Changzhou; the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 0612 emulsion of Wanhua chemistry; the drier is TP-026 drier; the cosolvent is dipropylene glycol methyl ether; the neutralizer is dimethylethanolamine; the dispersant is XH-9001 dispersant; the defoaming agent is polysiloxane; ultramarine blue 5008 is provided by Kaiyn chemical Co., Ltd; the film-forming auxiliary agent is diethylene glycol butyl ether; the base material wetting agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane; the anti-flash rust comprises NALZIN FA 179 and sodium nitrite of a Hamming moded with a mass ratio of 2: 1; the thickening agent is DeuRheo WT-204 of Haimines.
The preparation method of the water-based single-color paint comprises the following steps:
a. mixing water-based epoxy ester resin, cosolvent, drier and 1/2 parts of neutralizer according to the weight ratio, stirring for 12min at 400r/min, sequentially adding 1/2 parts of deionized water, dispersant and defoamer, adjusting the stirring speed to 700r/min, stirring for 8min, sequentially adding ultramarine and flash rust inhibitor, and grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 25um to obtain early-stage slurry;
b. and sequentially adding the rest of deionized water, the rest of neutralizing agent, the film forming aid and the substrate wetting agent into the styrene-acrylic emulsion, stirring for 8min at a speed of 400r/min, then adding the early-stage slurry, and adjusting to the construction viscosity by using the thickening agent to obtain the water-based monochromatic paint.
Example 3
An aqueous monochromatic paint, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of water-based epoxy ester resin, 40 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 1 part of drier, 5 parts of cosolvent, 3 parts of neutralizer, 3 parts of dispersant, 1 part of defoamer, 20 parts of ultramarine, 10 parts of film-forming assistant, 1 part of substrate wetting agent, 5 parts of anti-flash rust agent, 1 part of thickener and 30 parts of deionized water.

The preparation method of the water-based single-color paint comprises the following steps:
a. mixing water-based epoxy ester resin, cosolvent, drier and 1/2 parts of neutralizer according to the weight ratio, stirring for 15min at 400r/min, sequentially adding 1/2 parts of deionized water, dispersant and defoamer, adjusting the stirring speed to 800r/min, stirring for 10min, sequentially adding ultramarine and flash rust inhibitor, and grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 25um to obtain early-stage slurry;
b. and sequentially adding the rest of deionized water, the rest of neutralizing agent, the film forming aid and the substrate wetting agent into the styrene-acrylic emulsion, stirring for 10min at the speed of 500r/min, then adding the early-stage slurry, and adjusting the construction viscosity by using the thickening agent to obtain the water-based monochromatic paint.
Comparative example 1
The same amount of pure acrylic emulsion was used in place of the acrylic emulsion in 1, and the other components and methods were the same as in example 1 to obtain an aqueous monochromatic paint.
Comparative example 2
An aqueous single-color paint was obtained by replacing ultramarine blue in example 1 with an equal amount of cobalt blue and by following the same procedure as in example 1.
The properties of the aqueous single color paints obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were measured, and the results are shown in the following table:

Claims (10)
1. An aqueous monochromatic paint, characterized in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15-30 parts of water-based epoxy ester resin, 40-60 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.5-1 part of drier, 2-5 parts of cosolvent, 1-3 parts of neutralizer, 1-3 parts of dispersant, 0.5-1 part of defoamer, 10-20 parts of ultramarine, 5-10 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1 part of base material wetting agent, 2-5 parts of flash rust inhibitor, 0.5-1 part of thickener and 10-30 parts of deionized water.
2. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the type of the waterborne epoxy ester resin is GS-5000B; the model of the styrene-acrylic emulsion is 0612.
3. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the drier is a water-based metal composite drier; the cosolvent is one or a combination of more of ethylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether.
4. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the neutralizing agent is one or the combination of two of triethylamine and dimethylethanolamine.
5. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dispersing agent is a high molecular weight block copolymer solution containing pigment affinity groups; the defoaming agent is polysiloxane.
6. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the film-forming assistant is one or the combination of two of dodecyl alcohol ester and diethylene glycol butyl ether.
7. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the base material wetting agent is one or a combination of two of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether and polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane.
8. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the flash rust prevention is a mixture of organic zinc chelate and nitrite.
9. The aqueous monochromatic paint according to claim 1, characterized in that: the thickening agent is an associated polyurethane thickening agent.
10. A process for the preparation of an aqueous mono-chrome paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: at least comprises the following steps:
a. mixing water-based epoxy ester resin, cosolvent, drier and 1/2 parts by weight of neutralizer, stirring for 10-15min at 400r/min, sequentially adding 1/2 parts by weight of deionized water, dispersant and defoamer, adjusting the stirring speed to 600 + 800r/min, stirring for 5-10min, adding ultramarine and flash rust inhibitor, and grinding until the fineness is less than or equal to 25 mu m to obtain prophase slurry;
b. and sequentially adding the rest of deionized water, the rest of neutralizing agent, the film-forming aid and the substrate wetting agent into the styrene-acrylic emulsion, stirring for 5-10min at 500r/min, adding the early-stage slurry, and adjusting to the construction viscosity by using the thickening agent to obtain the water-based single-color paint.
