本发明公开了一种加水变为冰沙果酱状的粉状面膜及其制备方法。所述的粉状面膜由以下质量份的原料组成：珍珠粉20‑30份、绿茶粉10‑20份、赋型剂15‑25份、甜菜碱15‑25份、赤藓醇5‑15份、尿囊素1‑5份。本发明面膜粉剂型特别，保湿效果显著，使用感满意度高，且制备工艺简单，实用操作性强，适合在本领域推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域，具体涉及一种加水变为冰沙果酱状的粉状面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
在现代女性的生活中，面膜已经越来越成为护肤产品中不可或缺的一个品类。面膜分为贴片面膜、泥状面膜、乳霜面膜、粉状面膜等。
市面上的粉状面膜大致分为三种：
一种是中药粉、珍珠粉、植物粉等加水搅拌，分散成均匀糊状后涂在皮肤上，十几分钟干后用清水洗掉；
一种是添加了成膜剂的粉状面膜，加水搅拌成均匀啫喱状后，涂抹在皮肤上，十几分钟完全干后可以成膜，再整片揭下；
一种是面膜粉配合凝胶精华的两剂型产品，将面膜粉和精华倒在面膜碗里，一起搅拌成均匀膏状后涂抹在皮肤上，十几分钟后凝固成软膜，可以整片揭下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种与现有技术不一样的粉状面膜，它在加水的情况下稍加搅拌能迅速增稠为冰沙果酱的特殊状态。
本发明的具体技术方案如下：
一种粉状面膜，由以下质量份的原料组成：
珍珠粉 20-30份、
绿茶粉 10-20份、
赋型剂 15-25份、
甜菜碱 15-25份、
赤藓醇 5-15份、
尿囊素 1-5份；
其中所述的赋型剂为羟甲基淀粉钠、丙烯酸（酯）类交联聚合物钠-2的混合物。
本发明所述的绿茶粉是将绿茶叶干燥、粉碎而得，在其中一些实施例中所述的绿茶的种类为龙井茶。
在其中一个优选实施例中，所述的粉状面膜由以下质量份的原料组成：
珍珠粉 28份、
绿茶粉 12份、
羧甲基淀粉钠 20份、
丙烯酸（酯）类交联聚合物钠-2 4份、
甜菜碱 15份、
赤藓醇 14份、
尿囊素 5份。
在其中一个优选实施例中，所述的粉状面膜由以下质量份的原料组成：

本发明所述的粉状面膜的制备方法可以为：将珍珠粉、绿茶粉、赋型剂、甜菜碱、赤藓醇、尿囊素按量称好后，加入打粉机中混合打成绿色均匀细微粉末，再进行紫外杀菌消毒，灌装1g入面膜杯中再封膜。
本发明所述的粉状面膜的使用方法可以为：揭开面膜杯塑封膜，倒入5-15g纯净水，搅拌混合，形成冰沙果酱状后均匀涂敷于皮肤上，十几分钟后用清水即可轻松清洗干净。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是：
（1）本发明的冰沙果酱状的面膜粉，主要功效为保湿、舒缓镇静。珍珠粉美白提亮肤色；绿茶粉富含茶多酚，能清理肌体内的自由基；甜菜碱有优秀的保湿能力；赤藓醇除了保湿能力外，还能提供温和的凉感，舒缓镇静肌肤；尿囊素修复角质层，舒缓抗炎。
（2）本发明面膜粉剂型特别，保湿效果显著，使用感满意度高，且制备工艺简单，实用操作性强，适合在本领域推广。

实施例1
一种粉状面膜，由以下质量份的原料组成：
珍珠粉 28份、
绿茶粉 12份、
羧甲基淀粉钠 20份、
丙烯酸（酯）类交联聚合物钠-2 4份、
甜菜碱 15份、
赤藓醇 14份、
尿囊素 5份；其中所述的绿茶的种类为龙井茶。
实施例2

上述实施例1-2和对比例1-2的粉状面膜的制备方法为：将各物料按按量称好后，加入打粉机中混合打成绿色均匀细微粉末，再进行紫外杀菌消毒，灌装1g入面膜杯中再封膜。
试验1
将实施例1-2和对比例1-2所制得的粉状面膜各加入10倍量的纯净水，搅拌混合均匀，均匀放入玻璃皿中观察，具体见图1-4。从图1-4可见，实施例1-2所制得的粉状面膜加水变为冰沙果酱状，而对比例1-2则不能形成。
试验2 安全性测试
对实施例1-2所制得的粉状面膜进行人体斑贴实验，并设置空白对照组。选用100名健康志愿受试者，年龄25-60岁，男女不限，分成2组，每组50人。选用合格的斑试器，以封闭式斑贴试验方法，将受试物约 0.020ml ～0.025ml 放入斑试器小室中，贴敷于受试者手臂内侧，24 小时后除去斑试器，分别于 0.5 小时、24 小时、48 小时按皮肤封闭型斑贴试验皮肤反应分级标准（见表1）观察皮肤反应，并记录其结果见表2。

由表2可见，100名志愿者通过本发明中所述的空白组、实施例1、实施例2的斑贴试验，在0.5、24、48小时观察皮肤反应，其中0例出现皮肤不良反应，说明本发明中所制得的粉状面膜是安全的。
试验3 功效测试
对实施例1-2所制得的粉状面膜进行功效测试，并设置对照组，其中对照组与实施例2的区别在于使用的普通绿茶粉。挑选20-50岁50个人，男女各半，身体健康，生活规律，无皮肤病，随机分为5组，每组10人，受试对象清洁脸部皮肤后，擦干，敷用面膜，然后在测试环境温度为20℃-22℃，相对湿度为40％-60％的环境中测定左脸的水分含量。在左脸上划出2个2cm× 2cm的正方形实验区域，作为样品的测试区，采用多功能皮肤测试仪的Corneometer CM825 探头进行皮肤含水量测试，该探头是通过测定皮肤的电容值反映皮肤水分的变化，CM值越高代表角质层含水量越高。多功能皮肤测试仪分别测定涂抹制得样品前和涂抹制得样品后1、2、4小时的脸部皮肤含水率，记录结果，取算术平均值。具体结果见表3。比较后进行统计学分析，各组比较结果表明，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。
所述的粉状面膜的使用方法为：揭开面膜杯塑封膜，倒入5-15g纯净水，搅拌混合，形成冰沙果酱状后均匀涂敷于皮肤上，十几分钟后用清水清洗干净。
受试者填写满意度调查表，采用 5 分制（5 分非常满意，4 分满意，3 分一般，2分不满意，1 分非常不满意）。收集受试者自我评估满意度调查，结果见表4。

由表3测试结果表明，实施例1-2制得的冰沙果酱状面膜对皮肤有良好的保湿效果，且使用龙井绿茶时持久保湿效果更佳。

由表4受试者自我评价满意度调查结果表明，绝大部分受试者对于本发明的冰沙果酱状面膜产品的总体使用感受是比较满意的，总体评价比较高。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉状面膜，其特征在于，由以下质量份的原料组成：
珍珠粉 21份、
绿茶粉 20份、
羧甲基淀粉钠 10份、
丙烯酸（酯）类交联聚合物钠-2 6份、
甜菜碱 25份、
赤藓醇 6份、
尿囊素 2份。
5.权利要求1所述的粉状面膜的制备方法为：将珍珠粉、绿茶粉、赋型剂、甜菜碱、赤藓醇、尿囊素按量称好后，加入打粉机中混合打成绿色均匀细微粉末，再进行紫外杀菌消毒，灌装1g入面膜杯中再封膜。
6.权利要求1所述的粉状面膜的非治疗目的使用方法为：揭开面膜杯塑封膜，倒入5-15g纯净水，搅拌混合，形成冰沙果酱状后均匀涂敷于皮肤上，十几分钟后用清水清洗干净即可。
