The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an automatic positioning frame which utilizes the same driving mechanism to clamp and fix two surfaces of a workpiece.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is to provide an automatic positioning frame, which includes a workpiece platform for supporting a workpiece, an abutting plate vertically and fixedly disposed on one side of the workpiece platform, and a clamping mechanism disposed on the workpiece platform for clamping the workpiece between the workpiece platform and the abutting plate;
the clamping mechanism comprises a swing rod, a first clamping arm, a first clamping head, a sliding part, a second clamping arm, a driving rod, an elastic part and a driving mechanism, wherein the lower end part of the swing rod is rotatably arranged on the workpiece platform, the first clamping arm is fixedly arranged on the swing rod, the first clamping head is fixedly arranged on the first clamping arm, the sliding part is arranged on the swing rod in a sliding mode along the length direction of the swing rod, the middle part of the second clamping arm is rotatably arranged at the upper end part of the swing rod, the second clamping head is fixedly arranged at one end of the second clamping arm, one end part of the driving rod is rotatably connected with the other end of the second clamping arm, the other end part of the driving rod is rotatably connected with the sliding part, the elastic part is arranged between the sliding part and the second clamping arm, the workpiece platform is provided with the driving mechanism for driving the swing rod to rotate towards the, the second clamping head is opposite to the workpiece platform, and the clamping surface of the first clamping head is perpendicular to the clamping surface of the second clamping head.
The further improvement is that: the driving mechanism is a driving air cylinder, a cylinder body of the driving air cylinder is rotatably connected with the workpiece platform, and a piston rod of the driving air cylinder is rotatably connected with the sliding piece.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 1, an automatic positioning frame includes a workpiece platform 1 for supporting a workpiece, an abutting plate 2 vertically and fixedly disposed on one side of the workpiece platform 1, and a clamping mechanism disposed on the workpiece platform 1 for clamping the workpiece between the workpiece platform 1 and the abutting plate 2;
the clamping mechanism comprises a swing rod 3, a first clamping arm 4, a first clamping head 5, a sliding part 6, a second clamping arm 9, a second clamping head 10 and a driving rod 7, wherein the lower end part of the swing rod 3 is rotatably arranged on the workpiece platform 1, the first clamping arm 4 is fixedly arranged on the swing rod 3, the first clamping head 5 is fixedly arranged on the first clamping arm 4, the sliding part 6 is arranged on the swing rod 3 in a sliding mode along the length direction of the swing rod 3, the middle part of the second clamping arm 9 is rotatably arranged at the upper end part of the swing rod 3, the second clamping head 10 is fixedly arranged at one end of the second clamping arm 9, one end part of the driving rod 7 is rotatably connected with the other end part of the second clamping arm 9, the other end part of the driving rod 7 is rotatably connected with the sliding part 6, an elastic part 11 is arranged between the sliding part, the first clamping arm 4 is located between the abutting plate 2 and the swing rod 3, the first clamping head 5 is over against the abutting plate 2, the second clamping head 10 is over against the workpiece platform 1, and a clamping surface of the first clamping head 5 is perpendicular to a clamping surface of the second clamping head 10.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism is a driving cylinder 8, a cylinder body of the driving cylinder 8 is rotatably connected to the workpiece platform 1, and a piston rod of the driving cylinder 8 is rotatably connected to the sliding member 6.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sliding element 6 is a sliding sleeve slidably sleeved on the swing rod 3, in addition, a sliding groove may be formed in the swing rod 3 along the length direction thereof, and the sliding element 6 is provided with a protruding portion matched with the sliding groove, for example, the sliding groove is a dovetail groove, and the protruding portion is a dovetail slider.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 11 is a spring sleeved on the swing rod 3, but is not limited to a spring, and any elastic member can be used, such as a gas spring.
For convenience of processing, the abutting plate 2 and the workpiece platform 1 are integrally formed, that is, the workpiece platform 1 is L-shaped, and the abutting plate 2 is a part of the L-shaped.
In order to improve the clamping of the workpiece, the first clamping head 5 and the second clamping head 10 are both elastic chucks, and specifically, the first clamping head 5 and the second clamping head 10 both include a rotary bearing and an elastic sleeve sleeved outside the rotary bearing, and the elastic sleeve is made of rubber or silica gel.
The working principle is as follows: the driving cylinder 8 is started, a piston rod of the driving cylinder 8 extends out, then the swing rod 3 is driven to swing towards the workpiece, when a first clamping head 5 on a first clamping arm 4 on the swing rod 3 is abutted to the workpiece, the swing rod 3 is limited to be incapable of swinging, the acting force of the driving cylinder 8 acts on the sliding piece 6 at the moment, the elastic force of the elastic piece 11 is overcome, then the driving cylinder is driven to slide upwards along the swing rod 3, a connecting rod mechanism formed by the sliding piece 6, the driving rod 7 and the second clamping arm 9 deforms, so that the second clamping head 10 on the second clamping arm 9 moves downwards to abut against the surface of the workpiece, locking and positioning of two sections of the workpiece are realized, when the workpiece is reset, only the driving cylinder 8 needs to be reset, the first clamping arm 4 resets along with the swing rod 3, and the sliding piece 6 slides downwards under the action of the elastic force to reset the second clamping arm.
