Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the electric control box assembly, which is integrated with the inner box body through the components, is beneficial to the modularized assembly of the electric control box assembly and improves the assembly efficiency of the electric control box assembly.
The invention also provides an air conditioner with the electric control box assembly.
The electric control box assembly comprises an outer box body, an inner box body, an electric control plate and components, wherein the inner box body is arranged in the outer box body, the inner box body is an insulating piece, the electric control plate is arranged in the inner box body, the components are arranged in the outer box body and are located outside the inner box body, and the components are connected with the inner box body.
According to the electric control box assembly, the components are arranged in the outer box body and are positioned outside the inner box body, and the components are connected with the inner box body, so that the components and the inner box body form a whole, the modularized assembly of the electric control box assembly is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency of the electric control box assembly is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a mounting bracket is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner box body, and the component is connected to the mounting bracket.
Optionally, the mounting bracket is connected with the outer box body.
Further, the mounting bracket is connected with the outer box body through a first fastener, a first positioning lug is formed on the inner box body, and a first preset positioning hole matched with the first positioning lug is formed on the outer box body.
According to some alternative embodiments of the invention, the inner case is integrally formed with the mounting bracket.
According to some alternative embodiments of the invention, the mounting bracket comprises two sub-mounting brackets which are opposite and spaced, and the components are accommodated in accommodating spaces defined by the two sub-mounting brackets and the inner box body.
Further, the sub-mounting bracket is provided with a mounting plate and a mounting column arranged on the mounting plate, the component is provided with a connecting lug, and the second fastener is suitable for penetrating through the connecting lug and the mounting column to connect the component to the mounting bracket.
Further, a fixing hole is formed in the electric control plate, a fixing column is formed in the inner box body, a third fastening piece is suitable for being arranged in the fixing hole in a penetrating mode and the fixing column in a penetrating mode so that the electric control plate is fixed in the inner box body, and the central axis of the third fastening piece and the central axis of the second fastening piece are perpendicular.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the electric control plate is formed with a fixing hole and a plurality of positioning holes, the inner box body is formed with a fixing column and a plurality of positioning columns, the third fastening piece is suitable for penetrating through the fixing hole and the fixing column to fix the electric control plate in the inner box body, and the number of the positioning columns is the same as that of the positioning holes and corresponds to that of the positioning holes one by one.
Optionally, the number of the positioning columns and the number of the positioning holes are three, and the positioning columns and the positioning holes are distributed in a triangular shape.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the portion of the outer case accommodating the inner case is a first accommodating cavity, the portion of the outer case accommodating the component is a second accommodating cavity, and the area of the cross section of the second accommodating cavity is larger than the area of the cross section of the first accommodating cavity, and the cross section is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the inner case and the component.
Optionally, the outer box body has an open end, a portion of the outer box body opposite to the open end is a back plate, and the back plate is in a step shape.
Further, a mounting bracket is arranged on the outer side wall of the inner box body, the components are connected to the mounting bracket, and the inner box body and the mounting bracket are in a stepped structure.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the outer casing has formed thereon mounting lugs adapted to mount the outer casing to a complete machine.
According to some embodiments of the invention, two routing holes are formed on the outer box body, one of the two routing holes is suitable for routing a strong wire harness, and the other one of the two routing holes is suitable for routing a weak wire harness.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the component is a transformer.
According to the air conditioner of the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the electric control system of the air conditioner comprises the electric control box assembly according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention.
According to the air conditioner provided by the invention, the electric control box assembly is higher in modularization degree, so that the assembly efficiency of the electric control box assembly is higher, and the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.

According to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the fixing bracket includes a front panel and a front cover plate, the front cover plate is covered on top of the front panel, a containing space suitable for containing an air duct member is defined between the front cover plate and the front panel, an air duct communicating an air inlet and an air outlet of the air conditioner is defined in the air duct member, and a part of side wall of the front cover plate forms the baffle.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the electric control system comprises a first electric control device, a second electric control device and a control box assembly, wherein the first electric control device is arranged on one side of an air duct piece of the air conditioner in the horizontal direction, an air duct which is communicated with an air inlet and an air outlet of the air conditioner is defined in the air duct piece, and the second electric control device is arranged below the air duct piece.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An electronic control box assembly 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 5-7, an electronic control box assembly 1 according to a first aspect of the present invention includes an outer box 11, an inner box 12, an electronic control board 13, and components 14. The outer case 11 may be a metal member, so that the outer case 11 has high structural strength. The inner case 12 is disposed in the outer case 11, the outer case 11 can protect the inner case 12, and the inner case 12 is an insulating member, for example, the inner case 12 is a plastic member. The electric control plate 13 is arranged in the inner box body 12, the inner box body 12 can protect the electric control plate 13, and the electric control plate 13 can be prevented from being directly contacted with the outer box body 11 to be short-circuited because the inner box body 12 is an insulating piece.
The component 14 may be a transformer, where the component 14 is disposed in the outer box 11 and is located outside the inner box 12, so that the outer box 11 can protect the component 14 and the component 14 does not interfere with the arrangement of the electronic control board 13, and the component 14 is connected with the inner box 12, for example, the component 14 is connected to one side of the inner box 12.
Because the component 14 is connected with the inner box body 12, the component 14 and the inner box body 12 form a whole, the component 14 and the inner box body 12 form a module of the electric control box assembly 1, and the integration of the inner box body 12, the electric control plate 13 and the component 14 is realized.
When the electric control box assembly 1 is assembled, the electric control plate 13 can be arranged in the inner box body 12, then the component 14 is connected with the inner box body 12, the component 14 and the inner box body 12 form a whole, and finally the integrated component 14 and the inner box body 12 are arranged in the outer box body 11. Compared with the components 14 and the inner box body 12 which are respectively arranged in the outer box body 11, the electronic control box assembly 1 disclosed by the application has the advantages that the components 14 and the inner box body 12 are integrated, and then the integrated components 14 and the inner box body 12 are arranged in the outer box body 11, so that the modular assembly of the electronic control box assembly 1 is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency of the electronic control box assembly 1 is improved.
According to the electronic control box assembly 1, the components 14 are arranged in the outer box body 11 and are positioned outside the inner box body 12, and the components 14 are connected with the inner box body 12, so that the components 14 and the inner box body 12 form a whole, the modularized assembly of the electronic control box assembly 1 is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency of the electronic control box assembly 1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 5-7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a mounting bracket 121 is provided on an outer sidewall of the inner case 12, and the component 14 is connected to the mounting bracket 121, which facilitates connection of the component 14 to the inner case 12 and ensures reliability of connection, while improving structural strength of the inner case 12, for example, the component 14 may be connected to the mounting bracket 121 by screws.
Referring to fig. 5-7, alternatively, the mounting bracket 121 may be connected to the outer case 11, for example, the mounting bracket 121 may be connected to the outer case 11 by a screw, so that the inner case 12 is fixed to the outer case 11, thereby fixing the integrated inner case 12 and component 14 to the outer case 11, which is beneficial to improving the structural strength and stability of the electronic control box assembly 1.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, further, a mounting bracket 121 may be coupled to the lower side of the inner case 12, the mounting bracket 121 and the outer case 11 may be coupled by a first fastening member 12111, for example, the first fastening member 12111 may be a screw, a first positioning lug 1211 may be formed on the inner case 12, the first positioning lug 1211 may be formed on the top of the inner case 12, a first pre-positioning hole 111 engaged with the first positioning lug 1211 may be formed on the outer case 11, and the first pre-positioning hole 111 may be formed on the top of the outer case 11. When the inner case 12 to which the component 14 is attached is mounted into the outer case 11, the first pre-positioning hole 111 of the outer case 11 may be inserted through the first positioning lug 1211 of the inner case 12 to pre-position the mounting of the inner case 12 and the component 14, and then the mounting bracket 121 may be connected to the outer case 11 through the first fastener 12111, so that the inner case 12 and the component 14 may be conveniently and rapidly mounted into the outer case 11.
Referring to fig. 5-7, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the inner case 12 is integrally formed with the mounting bracket 121, for example, the inner case 12 and the mounting bracket 121 may be integrally injection molded. Therefore, the inner box body 12 and the mounting bracket 121 have higher connection strength, so that the integrated inner box body 12 and the components 14 are more stable in structure, and meanwhile, the assembly process of the electric control box assembly 1 can be simplified.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the mounting bracket 121 includes two sub-mounting brackets 121a disposed opposite to and spaced apart from each other, the component 14 is accommodated in an accommodating space defined by the two sub-mounting brackets 121a and the inner case 12, the side walls of the component 14 may abut against the side walls of the two sub-mounting brackets 121a, and the top wall of the component 14 may abut against the bottom wall of the inner case 12, so that the component 14 is more reliably and stably fixed on the mounting bracket 121, and the component 14 is accommodated in the accommodating space, thereby preventing the component 14 from shaking to collide with the outer case 11.
Referring to fig. 5-7, further, the sub-mounting bracket 121a has a mounting plate 1212 and a mounting post 12121 provided on the mounting plate 1212, the mounting post 12121 may be formed at a side of the mounting plate 1212 remote from the component 14 so that the component 14 may be accommodated in an accommodation space defined by the mounting plates 1212 of the two sub-mounting brackets 121a, and a sidewall of the component 14 may be substantially fitted with the mounting plate 1212 so that the component 14 is stably mounted. The component 14 is provided with a connecting lug 141, and the second fastening member 121211 is adapted to be inserted through the connecting lug 141 and the mounting post 12121 to connect the component 14 to the mounting bracket 121, for example, a screw hole is formed in the connecting lug 141, and the second fastening member 121211 is a screw. The second fastening piece 121211 penetrates through the connecting lug 141 and the mounting column 12121 to fix the component 14 on the mounting bracket 121, so that the component 14 and the mounting bracket 121 have higher connecting strength, the integral structure of the connected inner box body 12 and the component 14 is more stable, and the structural strength and stability of the electronic control box assembly 1 are improved.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, further, a fixing hole 131 is formed on the electric control plate 13, a fixing post 1213 is formed on the inner case 12, and a third fastening member 12131 is adapted to penetrate through the fixing hole 131 and the fixing post 1213 to fix the electric control plate 13 in the inner case 12, so that the electric control plate 13 and the inner case 12 have high connection strength, for example, the third fastening member 12131 is a screw. The central axis of the third fastening member 12131 and the central axis of the second fastening member 121211 are vertically disposed, for example, the central axis of the third fastening member 12131 is parallel to the front-rear direction, and the central axis of the second fastening member 121211 is parallel to the up-down direction, and this design facilitates threading of the third fastening member 12131 and the second fastening member 121211, and ensures stable and reliable connection.
Referring to fig. 5-7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the electronic control board 13 is formed with a fixing hole 131 and a plurality of positioning holes 132, the inner case 12 is formed with a fixing post 1213 and a plurality of positioning posts 1214, and the third fastening member 12131 is adapted to penetrate through the fixing hole 131 and the fixing post 1213 to fix the electronic control board 13 in the inner case 12, for example, the third fastening member 12131 is a screw, and the number of the positioning posts 1214 is the same as and corresponds to the number of the positioning holes 132 one by one. Through the cooperation of a plurality of reference columns 1214 and a plurality of locating holes 132, and the quantity of reference columns 1214 is the same and the one-to-one correspondence with the quantity of locating holes 132, can initially position automatically controlled board 13 and interior box body 12 for automatically controlled board 13 installs in interior box body 12 accurately, later wears to locate fixed hole 131 and fixed column 1213 through third fastener 12131, in order to further fix automatically controlled board 13 in interior box body 12, improves automatically controlled board 13 and interior box body 12's joint strength.
In the description of the present invention, "plurality" means two or more.
Referring to fig. 5-7, alternatively, the positioning columns 1214 and the positioning holes 132 are all three and are all distributed in a triangle shape, for example, when the electric control plate 13 is substantially rectangular, one positioning hole 132 is formed in the middle of the left end of the electric control plate 13, and the other two positioning holes 132 are respectively formed in the upper and lower parts of the right end of the electric control plate 13, so that the three positioning holes 132 are distributed in a triangle shape. By arranging three positioning columns 1214 and three positioning holes 132 to match, and the positioning columns 1214 and the positioning holes 132 are distributed in a triangular shape, the electric control plate 13 is precisely connected with the inner box body 12, and the electric control plate 13 is prevented from shaking in the inner box body 12.
Referring to fig. 5-7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the outer case 11 accommodating the inner case 12 is a first accommodating cavity 112, the portion of the outer case 11 accommodating the component 14 is a second accommodating cavity 113, the area of the cross section of the second accommodating cavity 113 is larger than the area of the cross section of the first accommodating cavity 112, the cross section is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the inner case 12 and the component 14, for example, the arrangement direction of the inner case 12 and the component 14 is an up-down direction, and the cross section is parallel to a horizontal plane. Since the electronic control board 13 is of a plate-like structure, the dimension of the electronic control board 13 in the thickness direction (the thickness direction of the electronic control board 13 is in the front-rear direction) is small, and the dimension of the inner case 12 accommodating the electronic control board 13 in the front-rear direction can also be designed small, so that the area of the cross section of the first accommodating chamber 112 can be designed small. The size of the component 14 in the front-rear direction may be larger, for example, when the component 14 is a transformer, the size of the component 14 in the front-rear direction is larger, so that the area of the cross section of the second accommodating cavity 113 accommodating the component 14 needs to be designed larger to ensure that the component 14 is accommodated in the outer case 11 as a whole. The area of the cross section of the second accommodating cavity 113 is larger than that of the cross section of the first accommodating cavity 112, so that the space requirement of the component 14 is met, the first accommodating cavity 112 is designed smaller, the whole volume of the electric control box assembly 1 is reduced while the space requirement of the inner box body 12 is met, other components of the air conditioner are convenient to set when the electric control box assembly 1 is applied to the air conditioner, and the whole volume is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5-7, the outer housing 11 optionally has an open end 114 that facilitates maintenance and replacement of the inner housing 12 with the components 14, servicing the electronic control board 13. The part of the outer box 11 opposite to the open end 114 is a backboard 115, the backboard 115 is in a ladder shape, a protruding part in the ladder-shaped backboard 115 corresponds to the second accommodating cavity 113, a recessed part in the backboard 115 corresponds to the first accommodating cavity 112, and therefore the area of the cross section of the second accommodating cavity 113 is larger than that of the cross section of the first accommodating cavity 112, and the structure is simple and attractive.
Referring to fig. 5-7, further, the outer side wall of the inner case 12 is provided with a mounting bracket 121, and the component 14 is connected to the mounting bracket 121, so that the component 14 is conveniently connected to the inner case 12, for example, the component 14 may be connected to the mounting bracket 121 by a screw. The inner case 12 and the mounting bracket 121 constitute a stepped structure, for example, the mounting bracket 121 protrudes rearward in the front-rear direction so that the inner case 12 and the mounting bracket 121 integrally form a stepped structure. Since the electronic control board 13 has a plate-like structure, the size of the electronic control board 13 in the front-rear direction is small, and the size of the inner case 12 accommodating the electronic control board 13 in the front-rear direction can also be designed small. And the size of the component 14 in the front-rear direction may be larger, the mounting bracket 121 may protrude rearward to increase the contact area of the mounting bracket 121 with the component 14, so as to improve the connection strength of the component 14 and the mounting bracket 121. Meanwhile, the mounting bracket 121 protrudes backwards so that the overall structure of the inner box body 12 and the mounting bracket 121 is matched with that of the outer box body 11, wherein the mounting bracket 121 protruding backwards is accommodated in the second accommodating cavity 113 and corresponds to the protruding part of the back plate 115, the inner box body 12 is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity 112 and corresponds to the recessed part of the back plate 115, the space utilization rate in the outer box body 11 is improved, and the size of the electronic control box assembly 1 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5-7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the outer case 11 is formed with a mounting lug 116 adapted to mount the outer case 11 to a complete machine, for example, when the electronic control box assembly 1 is used in an air conditioner, the mounting lug 116 may be fixed with the dash panel 32 of the air conditioner by spot welding to fix the electronic control box assembly 1 in the complete machine.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, according to some embodiments of the present invention, two routing holes 117 are formed on the outer case 11 at intervals, one of the two routing holes 117 is adapted to route a strong current harness, and the other of the two routing holes 117 is adapted to route a weak current harness, so that strong current and weak current are separated, thereby avoiding confusion of routing, and reducing influence between the strong current harness and the weak current harness. When the electronic control box assembly 1 is provided with the electronic control box cover, the electronic control box cover is suitable for closing the open end 114 of the outer box body 11, and the wiring hole 117 is designed to prevent the wire harness from being extruded when the outer box body 11 and the electronic control box cover are closed, so that the wire harness is prevented from being damaged.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an air conditioner according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention, an electronic control system of the air conditioner includes an electronic control box assembly 1 according to the above-described embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. For example, the air conditioner is a window air conditioner, or the air conditioner is a split wall-mounted air conditioner, or the air conditioner is a split floor type air conditioner.
According to the air conditioner provided by the invention, by arranging the electric control box assembly 1, the modularization degree of the electric control box assembly 1 is higher, so that the assembly efficiency of the electric control box assembly 1 is higher, and the assembly efficiency of the air conditioner is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, an air conditioner is a window air conditioner according to some embodiments of the present invention. The electric control box assembly 1 is arranged in the air conditioner, and the electric control box assembly 1 can control the air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 1-4, according to some embodiments of the present invention, an air conditioner includes a chassis 2 and a fixing bracket 3, the chassis 2 is disposed at the bottom of the air conditioner, and the chassis 2 may carry other components of the air conditioner. The fixed bolster 3 is established on chassis 2, and fixed bolster 3 plays the effect of supporting and improving structural strength, and fixed bolster 3 includes dash panel 32 and preceding apron 31, and preceding apron 31 can be covered and establish on dash panel 32, and the upper edge of dash panel 32 can be formed with the coaming turn-ups, is formed with coaming screw hole 321 on the coaming turn-ups, and the roof of preceding apron 31 can be formed with the apron screw hole 311 that corresponds with coaming screw hole 321, and coaming screw hole 321 and apron screw hole 311 fixed connection can be worn through the screw to dash panel 32 and preceding apron 31. The electronic control box assembly 1 is provided in the fixed bracket 3, for example, a mounting lug 116 is formed on the outer box body 11, and the mounting lug 116 can be connected with the dash panel 32 by spot welding.
The fixing bracket 3 has a baffle 31a extending in a vertical direction, the open end 114 of the outer case 11 is opposite to and contacts the baffle 31a, a maintenance opening 312 is formed in a portion of the baffle 31a opposite to the open end 114 of the outer case 11, a cover 3121 capable of opening and closing the maintenance opening 312 is provided at the maintenance opening 312, and the cover 3121 substantially closes the electric control box assembly 1 when the maintenance opening 312 is closed. When the cover 3121 is opened to the maintenance port 312, the open end 114 of the outer case 11 is exposed, the electric control board 13 and the components 14 are exposed, so that an operator can directly maintain or replace the electric control board 13 and the components 14 without taking out the electric control case assembly 1 as a whole, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance operation difficulty.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in some embodiments of the present invention, an air conditioner includes a chassis 2, an indoor portion 100, and an outdoor portion 200, each of the indoor portion 100 and the outdoor portion 200 being provided on the chassis 2. The indoor portion 100 includes a stationary bracket 3, a face frame assembly 4, an indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, and an indoor fan. The outdoor portion 200 includes an outdoor heat exchanger assembly 5, an outdoor fan and compressor assembly 51. The face frame assembly 4 is arranged on the front side of the fixed support 3, the face frame assembly 4, the fixed support 3 and the chassis 2 define an installation cavity, and the indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, the indoor fan and the electric control box assembly 1 are all arranged in the installation cavity. The face frame assembly 4 is provided with an air inlet 42 and an air outlet 41, the indoor fan can drive indoor air to enter the air conditioner from the air inlet 42 and exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, and air outlet of the air conditioner can be discharged from the air outlet 41.
The fixed bracket 3 comprises a front coaming 32 and a front cover plate 31, wherein a mounting hole for positioning the electric control box assembly 1 is formed on the front coaming 32, and the electric control box assembly 1 is suitable for being penetrated in the mounting hole. The outer box body 11 is provided with a mounting lug 116, and the mounting lug 116 is connected with the front coaming 32 through spot welding, so that the electric control box assembly 1 and the fixed bracket 3 are fixed. The front cover plate 31 is provided on the dash panel 32, the barrier 31a constitutes a part of the front cover plate 31, the service opening 312 on the barrier 31a is opposed to the open end 114 of the outer case 11, and the service opening 312 is opposed to the mounting hole of the dash panel 32.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the lower end of the cover 3121 is formed with a second positioning boss 31211, and the baffle 31a is formed with a second pre-positioning hole 313 to be engaged with the second positioning boss 31211, and the cover 3121 and the baffle 31a can be initially positioned by the engagement of the second positioning boss 31211 with the second pre-positioning hole 313, such that the cover 3121 is precisely mounted on the baffle 31 a. The upper end of the cover 3121 is coupled to the barrier 31a by fourth fasteners 3131 to further fix the cover to the barrier 31a, improving the coupling strength of the cover and the barrier 31a, for example, the fourth fasteners 3131 are screws.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, a wire groove 314 is formed on the baffle 31a, the wire groove 314 penetrates through the inner sidewall of the maintenance port 312, the wire groove 314 may be used for routing, for example, a wire harness of the electronic control box assembly 1, and when the cover 3121 closes the maintenance port 312, the wire harness passes through the wire groove 314 to prevent the cover 3121 from extruding the wire harness, thereby preventing the wire harness from being damaged. When the control panel is formed on the face frame assembly 4, the baffle 31a is closer to the control panel, and the wiring groove 314 is formed on the baffle 31a, so that the wiring harness connected with the control panel can directly run from the wiring groove 314 and enter the electric control box assembly 1 due to the fact that the wiring groove 314 is closer to the control panel, wiring harness winding connected with the control panel is avoided, and wiring of the air conditioner is more reasonable.

The air duct piece 43 defines an air duct communicating the air inlet 42 and the air outlet 41 of the air conditioner, the indoor fan can drive indoor air to enter the air duct from the air inlet 42 and exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, air outlet of the air conditioner can be discharged from the air outlet 41, and a part of the side wall of the front cover plate 31 forms a baffle 31a.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, an electronic control system includes a first electronic control device 7 and a second electronic control device, the first electronic control device 7 is disposed at one side of a duct member 43 of an air conditioner in a horizontal direction, a duct communicating an air inlet 42 and an air outlet 41 of the air conditioner is defined in the duct member 43, and the first electronic control device may be connected to a fan, a compressor assembly 51, etc. of the air conditioner through a wire harness to supply power to the components. The second electric control device is the electric control box assembly 1, and can be connected with the fan, the compressor assembly 51 and other components of the air conditioner through the wire harness so as to control the components through electric signals, and can be connected with the WIFI module, the anion module and other weak current modules through the wire harness so as to control the components. Through setting up first electrically controlled device 7 and second electrically controlled device, avoided the inside all pencil of air conditioner to connect on an electrically controlled device for the inside pencil of air conditioner is walked the line more reasonable, convenient maintenance.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electrical control system includes a first electrical control device 7 and a second electrical control device, where the second electrical control device is the electrical control box assembly 1 described above, and the electrical control box assembly 1 includes an outer box body 11, an inner box body 12, an electrical control board 13, and a component 14, where the component 14 is a transformer, and two routing holes 117 disposed at intervals are formed on a side wall of the outer box body 11. The transformer of the electric control box assembly 1 is connected with a power supply through a strong electric wire harness, the transformer is connected with the electric control board 13, and the transformer can adjust the current and the voltage supplied by the power supply to be suitable for the electric control board 13 to work. The electric control board 13 of the electric control box assembly 1 is connected with a control module of a fan, a compressor assembly 51 and other components of the air conditioner through weak electric wire bundles so as to control the components through electric signals. The electric control box assembly 1 is connected with weak current modules such as a WIFI module, a negative ion module and a control panel module of the air conditioner through a weak current wire harness, and the electric control board 13 of the electric control box assembly 1 can control the weak current modules through the weak current wire harness. The strong current harness of the transformer connection power supply of the electric control box assembly 1 and the weak current harness of the electric control board 13 connection WIFI module, anion module, control panel module, control module and other modules can be respectively wired from the two wiring holes 117 of the outer box body 11, so that strong current and weak current are separated, the wiring disorder is avoided, and meanwhile, the influence between the strong current harness and the weak current harness can be reduced. The first electric control device 7 is connected with a power supply through a strong electric wire harness, and the first electric control device 7 supplies power to strong electric components such as a fan and a compressor assembly 51 of the air conditioner through the strong electric wire harness.
