When the cover 3121 is opened to the maintenance port 312, the open end 114 of the outer case 11 is exposed, the electric control board 13 and the components 14 are exposed, so that an operator can directly maintain or replace the electric control board 13 and the components 14 without taking out the electric control case assembly 1 as a whole, thereby improving maintenance efficiency and reducing maintenance operation difficulty.
Referring to fig. 1-4, in some embodiments of the present invention, an air conditioner includes a chassis 2, an indoor portion 100, and an outdoor portion 200, each of the indoor portion 100 and the outdoor portion 200 being provided on the chassis 2. The indoor portion 100 includes a stationary bracket 3, a face frame assembly 4, an indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, and an indoor fan. The outdoor portion 200 includes an outdoor heat exchanger assembly 5, an outdoor fan and compressor assembly 51. The face frame assembly 4 is arranged on the front side of the fixed support 3, the face frame assembly 4, the fixed support 3 and the chassis 2 define an installation cavity, and the indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, the indoor fan and the electric control box assembly 1 are all arranged in the installation cavity. The face frame assembly 4 is provided with an air inlet 42 and an air outlet 41, the indoor fan can drive indoor air to enter the air conditioner from the air inlet 42 and exchange heat with the indoor heat exchanger assembly 6, and air outlet of the air conditioner can be discharged from the air outlet 41.
The fixed bracket 3 comprises a front coaming 32 and a front cover plate 31, wherein a mounting hole for positioning the electric control box assembly 1 is formed on the front coaming 32, and the electric control box assembly 1 is suitable for being penetrated in the mounting hole. The outer box body 11 is provided with a mounting lug 116, and the mounting lug 116 is connected with the front coaming 32 through spot welding, so that the electric control box assembly 1 and the fixed bracket 3 are fixed. The front cover plate 31 is provided on the dash panel 32, the barrier 31a constitutes a part of the front cover plate 31, the service opening 312 on the barrier 31a is opposed to the open end 114 of the outer case 11, and the service opening 312 is opposed to the mounting hole of the dash panel 32.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the lower end of the cover 3121 is formed with a second positioning boss 31211, and the baffle 31a is formed with a second pre-positioning hole 313 to be engaged with the second positioning boss 31211, and the cover 3121 and the baffle 31a can be initially positioned by the engagement of the second positioning boss 31211 with the second pre-positioning hole 313, such that the cover 3121 is precisely mounted on the baffle 31 a. The upper end of the cover 3121 is coupled to the barrier 31a by fourth fasteners 3131 to further fix the cover to the barrier 31a, improving the coupling strength of the cover and the barrier 31a, for example, the fourth fasteners 3131 are screws.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, a wire groove 314 is formed on the baffle 31a, the wire groove 314 penetrates through the inner sidewall of the maintenance port 312, the wire groove 314 may be used for routing, for example, a wire harness of the electronic control box assembly 1, and when the cover 3121 closes the maintenance port 312, the wire harness passes through the wire groove 314 to prevent the cover 3121 from extruding the wire harness, thereby preventing the wire harness from being damaged. When the control panel is formed on the face frame assembly 4, the baffle 31a is closer to the control panel, and the wiring groove 314 is formed on the baffle 31a, so that the wiring harness connected with the control panel can directly run from the wiring groove 314 and enter the electric control box assembly 1 due to the fact that the wiring groove 314 is closer to the control panel, wiring harness winding connected with the control panel is avoided, and wiring of the air conditioner is more reasonable.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, according to some alternative embodiments of the present invention, the fixing bracket includes a front panel 32 and a front cover panel 31, the front cover panel 31 is disposed on top of the front panel 32, a receiving space suitable for a duct member 43 is defined between the front cover panel 31 and the front panel 32, for example, the duct member 43 is a foam member, the duct member 43 has a heat-insulating and sealing function, and the front cover panel 31 functions to support and reinforce the duct member 43. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, an electronic control system includes a first electronic control device 7 and a second electronic control device, the first electronic control device 7 is disposed at one side of a duct member 43 of an air conditioner in a horizontal direction, a duct communicating an air inlet 42 and an air outlet 41 of the air conditioner is defined in the duct member 43, and the first electronic control device may be connected to a fan, a compressor assembly 51, etc. of the air conditioner through a wire harness to supply power to the components. The second electric control device is the electric control box assembly 1, and can be connected with the fan, the compressor assembly 51 and other components of the air conditioner through the wire harness so as to control the components through electric signals, and can be connected with the WIFI module, the anion module and other weak current modules through the wire harness so as to control the components. Through setting up first electrically controlled device 7 and second electrically controlled device, avoided the inside all pencil of air conditioner to connect on an electrically controlled device for the inside pencil of air conditioner is walked the line more reasonable, convenient maintenance.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electrical control system includes a first electrical control device 7 and a second electrical control device, where the second electrical control device is the electrical control box assembly 1 described above, and the electrical control box assembly 1 includes an outer box body 11, an inner box body 12, an electrical control board 13, and a component 14, where the component 14 is a transformer, and two routing holes 117 disposed at intervals are formed on a side wall of the outer box body 11. The electric control box assembly 1 is connected with weak current modules such as a WIFI module, a negative ion module and a control panel module of the air conditioner through a weak current wire harness, and the electric control board 13 of the electric control box assembly 1 can control the weak current modules through the weak current wire harness. The strong current harness of the transformer connection power supply of the electric control box assembly 1 and the weak current harness of the electric control board 13 connection WIFI module, anion module, control panel module, control module and other modules can be respectively wired from the two wiring holes 117 of the outer box body 11, so that strong current and weak current are separated, the wiring disorder is avoided, and meanwhile, the influence between the strong current harness and the weak current harness can be reduced. The first electric control device 7 is connected with a power supply through a strong electric wire harness, and the first electric control device 7 supplies power to strong electric components such as a fan and a compressor assembly 51 of the air conditioner through the strong electric wire harness.
