Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticide formulations, in particular to a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent containing pendimethalin and flumioxazin.
Background
The microcapsule suspension-suspending agent is a stable dosage form formed by mixing a component which is microencapsulated and a component which is a suspending agent. The microcapsule suspension-suspending agent is prepared by taking a high polymer material as a capsule wall or a capsule membrane, preparing pesticide active ingredients in a capsule core into microcapsules by various chemical and physical methods such as interfacial polymerization, emulsion crosslinking polymerization and the like, then stably suspending the microcapsules in water, and mixing the microcapsules with another active ingredient. For example, the pesticide composition has the characteristic of quick acting while meeting the requirement of prolonging the release of pesticide effect, improves the pesticide effect while preventing the influence of light and microorganisms on the active ingredients of the pesticide, resists rain wash and the like, and is an important direction for the technical development of pesticide preparations in the future.
Pendimethalin (Pendimiethalin), also known as Pendimethalin and aniline herbicides can effectively prevent and kill annual gramineae and some annual broad-leaved weeds, and can be widely applied to various crops such as corn, soybean, peanut, cotton, direct seeding upland rice, potato, tobacco, vegetables and the like to prevent and kill barnyard grass, crabgrass, green bristlegrass, bluegrass, chenopodium album, amaranthus and other weeds in fields.
Flumioxazin (Flumioxazin), an N-phenylphthalimide herbicide, which is created and developed by sumitomo chemical industry co, can inhibit protoporphyrinogen oxidase, cause photosensitization and peroxidation of cell membrane lipid, cause irreversible damage to cell membrane tenderness and mechanisms, and cause stem and leaf necrosis of sensitive weeds after stem and leaf treatment in fields, death after sunlight irradiation, bud necrosis of sensitive weeds after soil treatment, and death after short-time sunlight irradiation.
In the prior art, no report is provided about the composition of pendimethalin and flumioxazin and a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent thereof. The invention aims to solve the technical problem of preparing a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent of pendimethalin and flumioxazin, which has reasonable components and is convenient to use, so as to achieve the purposes of reducing the application times and improving the economic benefit.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, wherein the percentages are by weight, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
1. Indoor Activity assay
To further understand the combined effect of the compounding of the present application on weeds, the inventors performed indoor activity assays on the compounding of pendimethalin and flumioxazin:
test targets: barnyard grass
The test method comprises the following steps: adopting a greenhouse potting method: sowing the weed seeds of the target to be tested on the inner cover of the plastic pot, putting the plastic pot into a greenhouse for culturing after fine soil is coated on the inner cover, carrying out stem leaf spraying treatment when weeds grow to 2-4 leaves, spraying 1mL of pesticide liquid in each pot, repeating the treatment for 4 times, and setting the treatment without the pesticide as a control. Culturing in a greenhouse after treatment, observing the growth condition of the target weeds regularly, calculating the control effect after 15 days, and calculating ED by using a least square method50(95% confidence interval) and the cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) was calculated by the Sun cloud Pepper method. The test results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 results of the combined action of pendimethalin and flumioxazin at different ratios on barnyard grass
As can be seen from Table 1, the combination of pendimethalin and flumioxazin has a significant synergistic effect on barnyard grass in the ratio range of 400:1 to 1: 5.
2. Preparation of microencapsulated suspension-suspensions
1.1 selection of emulsifier combinations
Commonly used anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants and cationic surfactants were screened for excellent emulsifier combinations using commonly used orthogonal experiments, and the results are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 Cross emulsification Effect of different emulsifiers
Note: , + + + + indicates very good emulsification, + indicates good emulsification, and + indicates emulsification in general, -indicates no emulsification.
The above results show that the emulsification effect is best when different surfactants (anionic and amphoteric) are mixed, while the emulsification effect is general when one emulsifier is used alone, and even the non-emulsification phenomenon occurs when cationic and anionic surfactants are used together. Therefore, when selecting the surfactant, an anionic surfactant is selected as the aid 1, and an amphoteric surfactant is selected as the aid 2, so that the emulsifying effect is improved.

The basic indexes of the microcapsule suspension-suspending agent prepared in inventive example 1 and comparative example 1 are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 basic indications of the suspension-suspension formulations of the microcapsules of the invention
The tests show that the microcapsule suspension-suspending agent has excellent performance, good dispersion and suspension properties and has the dual advantages of the microcapsule and the suspending agent; compared with comparative example 1, the suspension rate is improved to a certain extent.
1.3 measurement of Release Rate of pendimethalin microcapsules in Water
Adding 10mL of water into each microcapsule, soaking for 1 day, centrifuging to separate liquid and microcapsule, taking out liquid, measuring the amount of pendimethalin, adding 10mL of water into microcapsule, and repeating for 6 days to obtain pendimethalin released by microcapsule every 6 days. Taking the release time as an abscissa and the release rate as an ordinate, making a curve of the relationship between the release rate and the release time to obtain a release curve of the pendimethalin microcapsule in water, wherein the test result is shown in figure 1. It can be seen that the microcapsule of the present invention has excellent slow release performance, homogeneous release of the effective components and long release period after adding the protective colloid.
3. Test of field drug effect
Reagent to be tested: the compound herbicides of examples 1-2 and comparative example 1.
Control agents: 33% pendimethalin emulsifiable concentrate (control agent 1) and 50% flumioxazin wettable powder (control agent 2).
And (3) controlling crops: cotton.
Control target: herba Setariae viridis, Abutili, Echinochloa crusgalli, and Amaranthus retroflexus
The test method comprises the following steps: the test was carried out in a cotton field, each group treated 3 times repeatedly, the treatment area being about 20m2Accurately weighing various medicaments according to the area of a test cell, and carrying out spraying treatment before seedlings. The death of weeds is counted at 30 days after the application of the herbicide, the herbicidal activity of various agents is compared, and in addition, the growth of crops is observed within 40 days after the application of the herbicide to investigate whether the agents have phytotoxicity on the crops. The results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 herbicidal effect of pendimethalin-flumioxazin microcapsule suspension-suspending agent after 30d
The field test result shows that the pendimethalin-flumioxazin microcapsule suspension-suspending agent has no phytotoxicity to cotton seedlings. In subsequent investigation, the duration of the microcapsule suspension-suspending agent of the present invention is significantly longer than that of each single agent in all tested agents, which indicates that the duration of the agent is significantly prolonged after the composition of the present invention is made into a microcapsule suspension-suspending agent.
