本发明涉及一种含三唑酰草胺的复配除草剂,该复配除草剂包含三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺两种活性成分,两种活性成分的重量比为1:60‑60:1。本发明除草谱广、除草效果明显,对作物安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体的说涉及一种含三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的复配除草剂。
背景技术
三唑酰草胺(ipfencarbazone),开发代号:HOK-201,为三唑啉酮类水稻田除草剂,对禾本科杂草、一年生莎草和一些一年生阔叶杂草高效,特别是对稗草高效,持效期长,即使在水稻移栽时应用也高度安全。三唑酰草胺通过抑制细胞分裂、细胞生长,对稗属杂草有强的防除作用。其会导致稗属杂草矮小,分蘖少,黄化,扭曲,最后死亡。三唑酰草胺在杂草芽前或出芽早期至芽后应用,对稗草、稗属、异型莎草和陌上菜等一年生杂草,萤蔺和水莎草等多年生杂草有优异的防效。三唑酰草胺对移栽期水稻高度安全,杀草谱宽,对稗草属杂草持效期长。三唑酰草胺是水田杂草防除的新工具,可灵活应用,对水稻高度安全,给水稻种植者节约了时间和劳力。结构式如下:
溴丁酰草胺(bromobutide)属酰苯胺类除草剂.能有效防除一年生杂草,如稗、鸭舌草、母草、节节菜和多年生杂草,如细杆萤蔺、牛毛毡、铁荸荠、水莎草和瓜皮草。甚至在低于0.1~0.2kg/ha剂量下,对细杆萤蔺防效仍很高。本品在水稻和杂草间有极好的选择性,在大田试验中,本品与某些除草剂混用对稗草、爪皮草的防除效果极佳。该产品抑制细胞分裂,对光合作用和呼吸作用稍有影响。结构式如下:
目前除草剂经常不按照规范使用,在很多地方产生了抗药性以及药害的问题,对土壤产生了较大的影响。根据我们的田间试验,除草剂的混用可以很好的克服和减轻药害。同时,两种除草剂之间复配后,还会有一定的增效作用,在扩大除草谱的同时,还可以减少对土壤的影响。所以我们将三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺两种有效成分复配,以期达到上述效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺点,提供一种除草效果好、杀草谱广、安全性能高、增产作用显著、施药方便、毒性低的除草组合物。具体的涉及三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的复配除草剂。
上述复配除草剂,三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的重量比为1:60~60:1,优选重量比为1:30~30:1,更优选重量比为1:10~10:1。
利用本发明所述的复配除草剂,配以本领域内技术人员公知的助剂,以本领域内技术人员公知的方法可以制成本发明的剂型。其可以加工的剂型为悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂。
本发明具有的优点:①将两种除草剂进行复配,不仅除草效果好,且杀草谱广,对水稻安全,两种有效成分进行复配,效果更快更好,具有很好的防效。②与现有单剂相比,提高了持效期,复配后具有增效作用,从而降低了使用量,减轻了对环境的污染。③两成分之间无交互抗性。
具体实施方式
申请人首先对三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺两种有效成分在室温盆栽条件下进行除草试验,以评价两种成分复配的除草效果。根据两种有效成分的除草谱,我们将生测对象定为稗草和萤蔺,具体实施情况如下:
试验药剂溶液:准确称取一定重量的三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺原药,用适量的二甲基甲酰胺溶解,加入含有0.1%吐温80乳化剂的清水中,搅拌至均匀,即成含有一定有效成分的溶液。空白对照溶液:用等量二甲基甲酰胺加等量0.1%的吐温80乳化剂的水。
试验方法如下:采用gowing法检验混用后药剂对稗草、萤蔺的活性,试验土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处,采用盆钵底部渗灌方式,使土壤完全湿润,将预处理的供试杂草种子均匀撒播于土壤表面,然后根据种子大小覆土0.5cm~2cm。播种24h后进行土壤喷雾处理。每个处理4个重复,使用空白溶液作对照。处理后置于温室常规培养,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。用温湿度数字记录仪,记录试验期间温室内的温湿度动态数据。21天后调查记录除草活性,称量株鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率(%)。
作用评价方法,根据gowing法评价除草剂联合作用方式,其公式如下:

式中E0为两种有效成分混配后对杂草抑制的理论防效,E为两种有效成分混配后对杂草抑制的实测防效,X为三唑酰草胺在该剂量下对目标杂草的防效,Y为溴丁酰草胺在该剂量下对目标杂草的防效,C为混配制剂的联合作用系数,用以评价两种有效成分的协同作用,当C大于10%时为增效作用,小于10%时为拮抗作用,介于±10%时为加和作用。

从表1可以看出,三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺复配后,对稗草的防效很好,联合作用系数(C)均大于12,两种有效成分复配后的增效作用明显。

上述两个生测试验表明,与单一药剂的作用相比,将三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺复配后,对稗草和萤蔺的防效有很好的增效作用,两种药剂复配后,解决了单一药剂对某一类杂草的防效不好的问题,对水稻田常见种类的杂草均有较好的防治效果。
以下通过具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比,所使用的原药及助剂均为其他厂家购买。配方实例如下:

选择以上实施例,进行防治水稻田杂草的田间药效试验,用于验证防治水稻田杂草的效果,同时与三唑酰草胺单剂和溴丁酰草胺单剂进行对比,确定各个实施例的防治效果。具体实施如下:
15%三唑酰草胺·溴丁酰草胺悬浮剂等制剂防治稗草和萤蔺的除草剂试验。参照《田间药效试验准则》进行田间药效试验和药效评价。防效按照下述公式计算:

从上述数据可以明显看出,三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的复配制剂,对稗草和萤蔺两种常见的杂草,15天的防效和30天的防效均超过90%,相较于三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺单剂,有十分明显的增效作用。同时,两种成分复配后,相对于单剂来说,扩大了除草谱,提高增效作用,在本实验所使用的剂量范围内,对水稻安全。
从田间试验数据可以看出,三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺两种成分复配后对田间杂草的除草效果远高于两种单剂的除草效果,复配后增效作用明显、扩大除草谱、减少农民的施药次数从而降低农民的劳动量,提高经济效益。本发明在可实施且不明显违背本发明的前提下,不同技术方案所描述的技术特征间可以进行任意形式组合而形成其他技术方案。以上具体实施方式和实施例是对本发明进行了详细的说明,但并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不超出权利要求的原则内进行修改和替换,均应属于本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种复配除草剂,其特征在于:所述活性成分由三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺组成,所述三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的重量比为1:60~60:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复配除草剂,其特征在于:所述三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的优选重量比为1:30~30:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复配除草剂,其特征在于:所述三唑酰草胺和溴丁酰草胺的优选重量比为1:10~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复配除草剂,其特征在于:由有效成分和辅料制成悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂。
