Abstract
The invention discloses a weeding composition and application thereof. The weeding composition comprises an active ingredient A and an active ingredient B. Wherein the active ingredient A is glufosinate-ammonium and the active ingredient B comprises 2-methyl-4-chloro. The weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is 80: 1-1: 20. The herbicidal composition can be used for controlling perennial grassy weeds, broadleaf weeds and sedge weeds. By compounding various active ingredients, the low-temperature control effect and the control efficiency of perennial weeds can be improved, the weed control speed is improved, the weed control spectrum is expanded, and the dosage of the herbicide is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition, in particular to a weeding composition containing glufosinate-ammonium and application thereof in agriculture.
Background
The chemical name of the refined glufosinate-ammonium is 4- [ hydroxy (methyl) phosphonyl]L-homoalanine, readily soluble in water, poorly soluble in organic solvents, stable to light, melting point 214-216 ℃ and the formula: c5H12NO4P; molecular weight: 181.1, respectively; the structural formula is as follows:
the glufosinate-ammonium belongs to a non-conductive contact herbicide, and is used for preventing and controlling weeds by inhibiting glutamine synthetase, so that the metabolic disturbance of nitrogen in a plant body and the cumulative poisoning of nitrogen are caused, the synthesis and photosynthesis of chloroplast are hindered, and finally the plant is dead. The refined glufosinate-ammonium has the advantages of low toxicity, high safety, wide weeding spectrum, high activity, high weeding speed and the like. In addition, the refined glufosinate-ammonium has good water solubility and is convenient to process and mix for use.
2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (2-methyl-4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid) belongs to phenoxy carboxylic acid selective herbicide, has strong systemic conductivity, is mainly used for post-emergence stem and leaf treatment, and the medicament passes through cuticle and cytoplasmic membrane and is finally conducted to each part to generate different influences on nucleic acid and protein synthesis at different parts, inhibit nucleic acid metabolism and protein synthesis at the top of plants, stop growing points from growing, and ensure that young leaves cannot stretch until photosynthesis can not normally proceed; the medicament is conducted to the lower part of the plant, so that the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein of the stem tissue of the plant is increased, the abnormal division of cells is promoted, the root tip is expanded, the capability of absorbing nutrients is lost, the stem is distorted and deformed, the sieve tube is blocked, the phloem is damaged, and the transportation of organic matters is blocked, so that the normal living capability of the plant is damaged, and finally the plant is dead. The chemical structural formula is as follows:
however, long-term use of the glufosinate-ammonium or 2-methyl-4-chloro single agent can easily cause drug resistance, so that the dosage is increased, the environmental impact is increased, the prevention and treatment effect is reduced, and the medication cost is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the main object of the present invention is to provide a herbicidal composition, which comprises glufosinate-ammonium as one of the active ingredients, and is compounded with 2-methyl-4-chloro to achieve the effects of improving the low-temperature control effect and the control efficiency of perennial weeds, increasing the weed control speed, expanding the weed control spectrum, and reducing the dosage of the herbicide.
