In order to more clearly illustrate the implementation of the present invention, the specific process steps used are given as follows:
1) manually placing a tire bead on a tire bead presetting device 8 in a tire body fitting drum area 29, and clamping a left tire bead and a right tire bead to a waiting position by a clamping ring in a tire body transfer ring 7;
2) the carcass laminating drum 5 in the carcass laminating drum area 29 is laminated with inner lining layers, tire sides, cord fabrics, gluing cores, cushion rubbers and other sizing materials, and rolling is carried out at different levels according to different process requirements;
3) the tire body transfer ring 7 enters a tire body cylinder assembly receiving position from the waiting position to receive a tire body cylinder;
4) the tyre body transferring ring 7 receives the tyre body cylinder and the tyre bead and moves from the tyre body drum area 38 to the forming drum area 28, the forming drum 13 moves from the forming station to the tyre blank receiving station, after receiving the tyre blank, the tyre body transferring ring 7 moves to the waiting position, and the forming drum 13 moves to the working position;
5) applying and rolling the belt to the tread on the belt drum 19 of the belt drum area 27;
6) the belt drum 19 is moved into a belt take-up position, after which the belt transfer rings 16 have taken up the belt package, radially into a belt take-up position in the building drum area 28;
7) the building drum 13 of the building drum area 28 is moved to the belt take-up position, inflated and shaped, and the belt transfer ring 16 is moved to the waiting position;
8) the forming drum 13 and the green tire move to a forming rolling position to perform turn-up forming and green tire rolling of the tire;
9) the tire unloading ring 14 takes the tire blank from the forming drum 13, and then the tire blank is taken and moved to the tire unloading device 9 to finish tire unloading;
10) the flat placement of the embryo is finished on the tire retreading device 10;
11) the above carcass building drum area 29, belt drum area 27 and building drum area 28 are cyclically operated.
In the embodiment, the belt layer drum area 27 and the forming drum area 28 are sequentially arranged in parallel front and back, and the belt layer transfer ring 16 radially moves to transfer the belt layer assembly, so that the defect of transverse layout is overcome, and the occupied area of equipment is greatly reduced; the belt ply transfer ring 16 is positioned between the tire body fitting drum 5 and the forming drum 13 and is installed by adopting an overhead beam, after the tire body assembly is transferred, the belt ply assembly can be directly transferred, the forming time sequence does not need to wait, the forming time sequence continuity is realized, and the forming efficiency is greatly improved; the overhead belted layer transfer ring 16 and the tire body transfer ring base 11 are not crossed and overlapped, so that the tire body transfer ring 7 and the forming drum chassis 15 are not hindered from moving transversely and freely; when the pre-cut tread rubber material forming process is adopted, the tread feeding frame 22 is positioned on the front side of the belt ply drum 19, and automatic tread conveying is adopted, so that automatic tread feeding can be realized; the assembly line type forming improves the productivity utilization rate of the equipment.
