Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial adhesive bonding processes, in particular to a pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding device and a bonding method.
Background
The pressure-sensitive adhesive is mainly a solvent type or latex type adhesive of acrylic acid series and rubber series;
the adhesive tape is a special adhesive tape, namely adhesive liquid is coated on a substrate, processed into a tape shape and supplied by winding a reel, and comprises a solvent activated adhesive tape, a heating adhesive tape and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, for example, a rubber paste and an electric insulating adhesive which are commonly used in medicine belong to the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises ① pressure-sensitive adhesive ② substrate ③ bottom layer treating agent ④ back surface treating agent ⑤ release paper, and the main components of the pressure-sensitive adhesive comprise rubber type and resin type.
At present, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied more and more, has wider range and stricter requirements, and a new process is updated and iterated in order to improve the production efficiency and quality.
More and more new materials are used on the pressure-sensitive adhesive, such as products of PET, PP, PU, PVC, PE, copper foil, aluminum foil, non-woven fabric, foam, ultrathin films and the like are pushed out/transferred to production, and if the ultrathin adhesive tape has a wrinkle phenomenon in the laminating production, the production efficiency is low, the rejection rate is high, and the wrinkle phenomenon occurs when the laminating unit adhesive is laminated with the ultrathin base material in the production.
The research process in the prior art mainly comprises factors such as a pressing angle, pressure, hardness of a rubber roller, static elimination and the like, and results show that the hardness of the rubber roller and static adsorption during pressing have important influence on wrinkling of the 4-micron ultrathin PET film, so that a technical scheme for selecting a proper rubber roller and a static elimination method to solve wrinkling of the ultrathin PET film in a coating and attaching state is disclosed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcoming the disadvantages of the prior art, and in one aspect, provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive application apparatus, including:
the machine table supports a first base material to be attached with the pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the laminating roller set comprises a laminating steel roller and a laminating rubber roller;
the laminating steel roller is arranged above the machine table and used for providing pressing force for laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the laminating rubber roller is fixed relative to the machine table, the central line of the roller shaft of the laminating rubber roller is parallel to the central line of the roller shaft of the laminating steel roller, and the laminating rubber roller and the laminating steel roller are rolled and pressed in the opposite direction;
laminating rubber roller set up in the top of laminating steel roller, just laminating steel roller is relative laminating rubber roller removes in order to adjust the pressfitting clearance.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding device comprises a driving device, wherein the driving device is connected with the bonding roller set and is used for providing driving force for the bonding roller set to drive the first base material to move;
the driving device further comprises a moving cylinder, and the attaching steel roller is driven by a shaft of the moving cylinder to move relative to the attaching rubber roller.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, the attaching steel roller is disposed at a position of a preset height above the machine table, and the preset height is adjustable.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, a pressure-adjustable controller is arranged on the machine table, and the motion cylinder is provided with a motion control module for receiving an instruction of the pressure-adjustable controller and controlling a shaft of the motion cylinder to drive the attaching steel roller to move relative to the attaching rubber roller.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive laminating device further comprises a release film winding roller set for peeling and winding the release film coated outside the pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the driving device is connected with the release film winding roller group and used for providing driving force for winding release films.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive bonding apparatus includes a heating device for heating and curing the entire first base material to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive is bonded, and the heating device is fixed on the machine table and is located at a position with a preset height from the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising the steps of:
s1, peeling off the first release film on one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, exposing the first adhesive surface, and placing the first adhesive surface on a first base material to be attached to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive and base material complex, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is supported on the machine;
s2, moving and exposing the pressure sensitive adhesive and substrate composite in the S1 to a working area of a heating device;
s3, heating the pressure-sensitive adhesive and substrate composite to a preset temperature, matching the laminating rubber roller with the laminating steel roller along the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive for rolling to realize laminating with the substrate, and positioning the laminating rubber roller above the laminating steel roller;
and S4, peeling the second release film on the other surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, exposing the second adhesive surface, and mutually attaching the second adhesive surface and the second base material.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, in the attaching steps S1 and S4, a release film take-up roll set is respectively adopted to peel and take up the first release film and the second release film.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, the heating device is an electric heater or an infrared drying device; the preset temperature range is 30-50 ℃; the preset temperature is adjusted according to the adhesion degree of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the base material.
As a further improvement of the embodiment of the present invention, the infrared drying device includes an infrared heat source of multiple infrared bands; the infrared heat source comprises a middle infrared band of 2.5-4 μm and a near infrared band of 0.75-2 μm;
the infrared heating time on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is 30-300 s.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. in the prior art, an upper laminating compression roller is a steel roller, a lower laminating roller is a rubber roller, the relative positions of the two rollers are exchanged, the upper laminating rubber roller is the laminating rubber roller, the lower laminating steel roller is the laminating steel roller, when the release film bears the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the pressure-sensitive adhesive passes through an oven and then contacts with the rubber roller, and the steel roller is smooth and has no adhesiveness and electrostatic adsorption, so that wrinkles can not be caused when the release film, especially the 4um ultrathin PET film enters the laminating process, and the phenomenon of poor product appearance when the pressure-sensitive adhesive is laminated on the 4um ultrathin PET film on a coating machine is solved;
2. the laminating steel roller related to the embodiment of the invention is arranged at the position of the preset height, the preset height is adjustable, and the laminating steel roller can move relative to the laminating rubber roller to adjust the laminating gap, so that the application range of laminating is expanded;
3. the embodiment of the invention ensures that even if the rubber roller is hardened after long-term use, the rubber roller does not contact with the 4um ultrathin PET film any more, so that the rubber roller does not need to be replaced frequently, the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved;
4. the embodiment of the invention adopts the infrared heating multi-infrared wave band heating mode, can be suitable for different adhesive systems, and has wide application range; and the adopted infrared external pressure sensitive adhesive heating mode has high heating efficiency, the infrared heating mode has quick cooling, and the use of the equipment is not influenced in the cooling process.

Detailed Description
The present invention discloses a pressure-sensitive adhesive applying apparatus for overcoming the disadvantages of the prior art, and in one aspect, the present invention provides a pressure-sensitive adhesive applying apparatus, as shown in fig. 1, including:
the machine table 1 supports a first base material to be attached with pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the laminating roller group 2 comprises a laminating steel roller 21 and a laminating rubber roller 22;
the laminating steel roller 21 is arranged above the machine table 1 and used for providing pressing force for laminating the pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the laminating rubber roller 22 is fixed relative to the machine table 1, the central line of the roller shaft of the laminating rubber roller 22 is parallel to the central line of the roller shaft of the laminating steel roller 21, and the laminating rubber roller 22 and the laminating steel roller 21 are rolled and pressed in the opposite direction;
the laminating rubber roller 22 is arranged above the laminating steel roller 21, and the laminating steel roller 21 moves relative to the laminating rubber roller 22 to adjust the pressing gap.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive laminating device comprises a driving device 3, wherein the driving device 3 is connected with the laminating roller group 2 and is used for providing driving force for the laminating roller group 2 to drive the first base material to move;
the driving device 3 also comprises a moving air cylinder, and the attaching steel roller 21 is driven by the shaft of the moving air cylinder to move relative to the attaching rubber roller 22.
The laminating steel roller 21 is arranged at a position with a preset height above the machine table 1, and the preset height is adjustable.
The machine table 1 is provided with a pressure-adjustable controller, and the motion cylinder is provided with a motion control module for receiving an instruction of the pressure-adjustable controller and controlling a shaft of the motion cylinder to drive the attaching steel roller 21 to move relative to the attaching rubber roller 22.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive laminating device also comprises a release film winding roller set which is used for stripping and winding the release film coated outside the pressure-sensitive adhesive;
the driving device 3 is connected with the release film winding roller group and used for providing driving force for winding release films.
Optionally, the pressure-sensitive adhesive laminating device comprises a heating device for heating and curing the whole first base material laminated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the heating device is fixed on the machine table 1 and is located at a position with a preset height on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for applying a pressure-sensitive adhesive, the method comprising the steps of:
s1, peeling off the first release film on one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, exposing the first adhesive surface, placing the first adhesive surface on a first substrate to be attached to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive and substrate composite, and supporting the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on a machine;
s2, moving and exposing the pressure sensitive adhesive and substrate complex in the S1 to a working area of a heating device;
s3, heating the pressure-sensitive adhesive and substrate composite to a preset temperature, matching the laminating rubber roller with a laminating steel roller along the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive for rolling so as to realize laminating with the substrate, and positioning the laminating rubber roller above the laminating steel roller;
and S4, peeling the second release film on the other surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, exposing the second adhesive surface, and mutually attaching the second adhesive surface and the second base material.
In the attaching steps S1 and S4, a release film winding roll set is respectively adopted to peel and wind the first release film and the second release film.
Wherein, the heating device is an electric heater or an infrared drying device; the preset temperature range is 30-50 ℃; the preset temperature is adjusted according to the adhesion degree of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the base material.
The infrared drying device comprises an infrared heat source with multiple infrared bands; the infrared heat source comprises a middle infrared band of 2.5-4 μm and a near infrared band of 0.75-2 μm;
the infrared heating time on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is 30-300 s.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

3. the embodiment of the invention ensures that even if the rubber roller is hardened after long-term use, the rubber roller does not contact with the 4um ultrathin PET film any more, so that the rubber roller does not need to be replaced frequently, the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved;
4. the embodiment of the invention adopts the infrared heating multi-infrared wave band heating mode, can be suitable for different adhesive systems, and has wide application range; and the adopted infrared external pressure sensitive adhesive heating mode has high heating efficiency, the infrared heating mode has quick cooling, and the use of the equipment is not influenced in the cooling process.
