Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a printing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a printing portion 101, a sheet delivery portion 102, a chain path 103, a plurality of gripper assemblies 10, and a faulty gripper finding device 20.
The link 103 connects the printing unit 101 and the delivery unit 102.
A plurality of gripper assemblies 10 are sequentially arranged on the chain path in sequence and can move along with the chain path 103. Gripper assembly 10 is used to grip and hold a substrate (e.g., a sheet) to ensure that the substrate does not move as the printing cylinder rotates.
Each gripper assembly 10 comprises a gripper bar 11, a gripper pad 12, a release roller 13, a gripper bar 14 and a gripper 15. The tooth row seat 11 is fixed on the chain channel 103. The bite block 12 is fixed to the tooth row seat 11. The gripper opening roller 13 is rotatably arranged on the gripper bar seat 11 and is used for driving the gripper seat 14 to reciprocate, so that the gripper 15 is controlled to be pressed on the gripper pad 12 or to leave the gripper pad 12, and the gripper 15 is opened or closed.
The fault gripper searching device 20 is used for searching a fault gripper assembly and comprises a photoelectric sensing block 21, a photoelectric probe 22 and an online counting system 23.
The photoelectric sensing block 21 can move along with one of the gripper assemblies 10, and the selected gripper assembly 10 is set as a reference gripper assembly. In the present embodiment, the photo-sensor block 21 is disposed at a position on or near the reference gripper assembly 10a (e.g., on the gripper bar seat 11 of the reference gripper assembly 10a or on the corresponding outer side surface of the chain path).
The photo probe 22 is capable of emitting a photo-induced signal (e.g., a high level signal) upon sensing the passage of the reference gripper assembly 10 a. In this embodiment, the photoelectric probe 22 is disposed on the printing machine 100 and is located near a position where the photoelectric sensor 21 must pass through.
The online counting system 23 is used for recording the sending time of the photoelectric sensing signal and the time of fixing each printing stock by each gripper assembly 10, determining a reference gripper assembly 10a closest to the fault gripper assembly 10b by comparing the times, and finding out the fault gripper assembly 10b by taking the reference gripper assembly 10a as a reference point.
Specifically, the online counting system 23 is configured to identify a unique identification code (such as a large sheet number) printed on each printing material (such as a large sheet product) by the printing machine, generate a unique check code when each printing material passes through one gripper assembly 10, and record a corresponding relationship between the check code of the gripper assembly 10, the time when the gripper assembly passes through each printing material, and the corresponding identification code.
When a certain gripper assembly fails (namely, a faulty gripper assembly occurs), a certain abnormal printing stock (such as abnormal paper delivery) is generated, the online counting system 23 is further used for searching the unique check code a of the faulty gripper assembly corresponding to the identification code of the abnormal printing stock, then searching the sending time of the photoelectric sensing signal and the time of fixing the abnormal printing stock by the faulty gripper assembly 10B, and calculating the distance between the unique check code a of the faulty gripper assembly 10B and the unique check code B of the reference gripper assembly 10a by comparing the time to find the unique check code B of the reference gripper assembly closest to the faulty gripper assembly so as to determine the distance between the faulty gripper assembly 10B and the reference gripper assembly 10a, thereby finding the faulty gripper assembly 10B.
Further, in this embodiment, the in-line counting system 23 is further configured to sequentially number the reference gripper assembly 10a and the other gripper assemblies 10 in a position order. For example, the reference gripper assembly 10a is numbered as 1, and the other gripper assemblies are sequentially numbered as 2, 3, 4 … … along the moving direction of the gripper assembly 10. The online counting system 23 is further used for combining the number of the reference gripper assembly 10a closest to the fault gripper assembly 10b according to the distance between the fault gripper assembly 10b and the reference gripper assembly 10a, so as to determine the number of the fault gripper assembly 10b and find out the fault gripper assembly 10b quickly and accurately.
As shown in fig. 3, a faulty gripper finding method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s1: a photosensor is provided for movement with the reference gripper assembly. Specifically, the photoelectric sensor is arranged on a reference gripper assembly or a position near the reference gripper assembly, such as a gripper row seat of the reference gripper assembly or a corresponding outer side surface of the chain path.
S2: an opto-electronic probe is provided which emits an opto-electronic sensing signal (e.g., a high level signal) when the reference gripper assembly is sensed to pass by. Specifically, the photoelectric probe can be installed near a necessary position of the photoelectric sensor on the printing machine.
S3: recording the sending time of the photoelectric sensing signal and the time of fixing each printing stock by each gripper assembly, determining a reference gripper assembly closest to the fault gripper assembly by comparing the time, and finding out the fault gripper assembly by taking the reference gripper assembly as a reference point.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, step S3 further includes the following steps:
s31: the unique identification code sprayed and printed on each printed material is identified, a unique check code is generated when each printed material passes through one gripper assembly, and the corresponding relation between the unique check code of the gripper assembly and the corresponding unique identification code is recorded.
S32: and searching the unique check code A of the fault gripper assembly corresponding to the identification code of the abnormal printing stock.
S33: and searching the sending time of the photoelectric sensing signal and the time of fixing the abnormal printing stock by the fault gripper assembly, and finding the unique check code B of the reference gripper assembly closest to the fault gripper assembly by comparing the time.
S34: and calculating the distance between the unique check code A of the fault gripper assembly and the unique check code B of the reference gripper assembly to determine the distance between the fault gripper assembly and the reference gripper assembly, so as to find out the fault gripper assembly.
Further, step S3 includes the following steps: numbering the reference gripper assembly and other gripper assemblies in sequence according to a position sequence; and according to the distance between the fault gripper assembly and the reference gripper assembly, combining the serial number of the reference gripper assembly closest to the fault gripper assembly, and determining the serial number of the fault gripper assembly.
Compared with the prior art, the printing machine and the fault gripping tooth searching device and method thereof have the advantages that the reference gripping tooth assembly closest to the fault gripping tooth assembly is determined through the mutual matching of the photoelectric sensing block and the photoelectric probe, and the fault gripping tooth assembly is found out by taking the reference gripping tooth assembly as a reference point, so that the fault gripping tooth assembly can be quickly and accurately searched out, and the fault can be timely eliminated; meanwhile, the maintenance time of the printing machine by operators is reduced, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the production efficiency and the product quality are effectively improved.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
