The elastic load-bearing member 30 may be a suspension elastic element on the vehicle to be tested, or may be an elastic member additionally disposed on a hub of the vehicle to be tested, such as a linear spring or a compound spring. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration of the automotive load detection device illustrated in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those illustrated, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
According to the technical scheme, the elastic bearing part 30 is arranged on the hub of the vehicle to be tested, so that a dynamic vertical load model is established on the vehicle to be tested, and the deformation quantity information of the elastic bearing part 30 is detected through the deformation quantity acquisition module 10, so that the actual load quantity of the vehicle to be tested is calculated. The elastic bearing part 30 is simple in structure and easy to install, and can adapt to different detection environments, so that the reliability of the automobile load detection device is improved.
Specifically, the calculating module 40 includes a hub calculating unit 41 and a load calculating unit 42, where the hub calculating unit 41 is configured to calculate a hub load of the hub of the vehicle to be measured according to the deformation amount information, and is further configured to calculate a current load of the vehicle to be measured according to the hub load; the load calculating unit 42 is configured to calculate an actual load of the vehicle to be measured according to the current load of the vehicle to be measured and a preset load of the vehicle to be measured.
In this embodiment, the hub calculating unit 41 is configured to calculate the hub load, and as can be seen from the above, the load F on the elastic load bearing member 30, that is, the hub load, can be calculated by the elastic coefficient function, the deformation length and the preset deformation length, and the specific calculation formula is F (△ X) F (H-C), where F (△ X) is the elastic coefficient function, H is the reading of the cable displacement sensor 12, C is the preset deformation length, and △ X is the deformation lengthThe calculation precision of 0 is that the hub load of each hub on the vehicle to be measured is measured respectively, and then the current load of the vehicle to be measured is calculated through the hub load, in the embodiment, the vehicle to be measured takes a four-wheel vehicle as an example, and the hub loads on a left front wheel, a right front wheel, a left rear wheel and a right rear wheel are respectively set to be F1、F2、F3And F4Setting the current load capacity of the vehicle to be measured as MnThen the current load capacity M of the vehicle to be testedn=F1+F2+F3+F4。
After the hub calculating unit 41 calculates the current load capacity of the vehicle to be measured, the current load capacity of the vehicle to be measured is sent to the load calculating unit 42, and the load calculating unit 42 is used for calculating the actual load capacity of the vehicle to be measured. Since the vehicle to be tested has a certain weight and also has a certain load when the vehicle to be tested is idle, that is, the preset load capacity of the vehicle to be tested, in this embodiment, the preset load capacity of the vehicle to be tested is set to be M0If the actual load capacity of the vehicle to be tested is M, the actual load capacity of the vehicle to be tested is M ═ Mn-M0. And the following formula can be derived according to the above content:

C4and calculating the actual load capacity M of the vehicle to be tested, namely the actual weight of the goods loaded on the vehicle to be tested through the formula and the variables for the preset deformation length of the stay wire displacement sensor 12 on the right rear wheel of the vehicle to be tested.
Further, the automobile load detection system further comprises an alarm module 60 and a controller 50, the controller 50 is electrically connected with the alarm module 60 and the calculation module 40, and the controller 50 is further used for receiving the hub load capacity; when the hub load amount is greater than a preset hub load amount, the controller 50 controls the alarm module 60 to send an alarm. In practical application, because goods on the vehicle to be tested are placed unevenly, the load capacity on a certain hub is high, whether the load capacity of the hub is greater than the preset load capacity of the hub is judged, when the load capacity of the hub is greater than the preset load capacity of the hub, the load capacity on the hub exceeds the standard is indicated, the controller 50 controls the alarm module 60 to give an alarm to prompt a driver to adjust in time, and tire burst or other accidents of the vehicle to be tested in the driving process are avoided.
In addition, in this embodiment, a combined calculation manner may also be used, for example, to add the hub load of the left front wheel and the hub load of the right front wheel on the vehicle to be tested, so as to obtain the front axle load on the front axle of the vehicle to be tested, and when the front axle load is greater than a preset front axle load, the controller 50 controls the alarm module 60 to send an alarm to remind a driver to adjust the position of the goods on the vehicle to be tested to avoid overloading the front axle. Further, the controller 50 is further configured to receive the actual load amount, and control the alarm module to send an alarm when the actual load amount is greater than a preset load amount. In this embodiment, it may also be determined whether the actual load capacity is greater than the preset load capacity, where the preset load capacity is a rated load capacity of the vehicle to be tested, and when the actual load capacity is greater than the preset load capacity, it indicates that the vehicle to be tested is in an overload state, and the controller 50 controls the alarm module 60 to send an alarm to remind a driver to adjust the number of goods on the vehicle to be tested to avoid overload, so as to implement monitoring whether the vehicle to be tested is overloaded.
Preferably, the vehicle to be tested can obtain the running speed V of the vehicle to be tested through a vehicle speed sensor, the acceleration a of the vehicle to be tested can be obtained by deriving the speed V, and the change condition of the actual load capacity of the vehicle to be tested is monitored in real time under different speed and acceleration working conditions so as to be used as a later research data source.
In addition, to solve the above problems, the present invention further provides a method for detecting an automobile load, please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic flow diagram of a first embodiment of the method for detecting an automobile load according to the present invention, and the method for detecting an automobile load includes the following steps:
step S10: acquiring deformation information of the elastic load-bearing part;
step S20: and calculating the actual load capacity of the vehicle to be measured according to the deformation information and a preset calculation mode.
The elastic load-bearing member 30 may be a suspension elastic element on the vehicle to be tested, or may be an elastic member additionally disposed on a hub of the vehicle to be tested, such as a linear spring or a compound spring. Detecting the deformation information of the elastic bearing part 30 through a deformation amount acquisition module 10, and communicating and connecting the communication module 20 and the calculation module 40 in a wired or wireless manner to send the deformation information to the calculation module 40 for calculation; the communication module 20 uploads the data of the actual load of the vehicle to be tested, which is obtained by the calculation module 40, to the cloud for storage in a wireless communication manner, so as to monitor whether the vehicle to be tested is overloaded.
In addition, the calculation module 40 can be arranged at the cloud, the communication module 20 is in communication connection with the calculation module 40 in a wireless mode so as to send the deformation amount information to the calculation module 40 for calculation, and the calculation module 40 directly stores the obtained data of the actual load capacity of the vehicle to be measured at the cloud.
Further, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the method for detecting an automobile load according to the first embodiment of the present invention, where the step S10 specifically includes:
step S11: obtaining the deformation length of the elastic load-bearing part;
step S12: and calculating the deformation information according to the elastic coefficient function of the elastic load-bearing part, the deformation length and the preset deformation length.
The process of measuring the length of the preset deformation quantity is specifically that the length of the preset deformation quantity is set to be C, the reading H of the displacement sensor 12 of the pull wire is obtained when the vehicle is in idle load, and the deformation quantity △ M of the elastic bearing member 30 when the vehicle is in idle load is detected, and the length of the no-load deformation quantity is obtained through an actual measurement formula △ M, wherein the length of the no-load deformation quantity is obtained through a formula H- △.
In practical applications, since the types and specifications of the elastic load-bearing members on the market are different, and the elastic characteristics thereof are also different, referring to fig. 6, for the known type of the elastic load-bearing member 30, the deformation △ X calibrated by experiments, that is, the mapping relationship F ═ F (△ X) between the deformation length and the load F of the elastic load-bearing member 30, that is, the elastic coefficient function, can be used to calculate the load F on the elastic load-bearing member 30 through the elastic coefficient function, it should be noted that the deformation length △ X is the difference between the reading H of the pull wire displacement sensor 12 and the preset deformation length C, that is, △ X ═ H-C, where the preset deformation length C can be calculated through the above formula, and the preset deformation length C is a constant.
Further, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of the method for detecting an automobile load according to the first embodiment of the present invention, where the step S20 specifically includes:
