The turnover plate and the front sliding plate which are arranged on the upper part of the rack are used for feeding the material box filled with materials, and the fluent strip sliding rail which is arranged on the lower part of the rack is used for discharging the empty material box, so that the material box can be quickly fed in and out.

The isolation mechanism comprises an isolation seat, a swing plate, a swing shaft, a torsion spring and a limit pin; the spacing nail is vertically fixed on the middle rod of the rack, the isolation seat is sleeved on the middle rod of the rack, the spacing groove of the isolation seat is sleeved on the spacing nail in a clearance mode, the inner end of the swinging plate is hinged to the isolation seat through the swinging shaft, the torsion spring is sleeved on the swinging shaft, and the two hanging feet of the torsion spring are hung on the isolation seat and the swinging plate respectively.
The lower part of the rack is provided with an upper row of fluency strip sliding rails and a lower row of fluency strip sliding rails, the two rows of fluency strip sliding rails are obliquely arranged, and the oblique direction of the fluency strip sliding rails is opposite to the oblique direction formed by the turning plate and the front sliding plate.

The outer end of the turning plate 2 is hinged to one side of the upper portion of the rack 1, the inner end of the turning plate 2 is connected with the inner end of the front sliding plate 3, the outer end of the front sliding plate 3 is obliquely fixed to the other side of the upper portion of the rack 1, the turning plate 2 and the front sliding plate 3 which are connected with each other are in an inclined plane, a cylinder body of the electric push rod 4 is fixed on the rack 1, a piston rod end of the electric push rod 4 is hinged to the inner side of the front sliding plate 3 and can drive the front sliding plate 3 to swing around a hinged point of the front sliding plate 3, and the isolation mechanism 5 is installed in the middle of; the slide rails of the plurality of fluency strips 6 are arranged at the lower part of the frame 1 and are positioned right below the turning plate 2 and the front sliding plate 3. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the isolation mechanism 5 includes an isolation seat 51, a swing plate 52, a swing shaft 53, a torsion spring 54, and a limit pin 55; the limit nail 55 is vertically fixed on the middle rod 11 of the rack 1, the isolation seat 51 is sleeved on the middle rod 11 of the rack 1, the limit groove 511 of the isolation seat 51 is sleeved on the limit nail 55 in a clearance manner, the inner end of the swinging plate 52 is hinged on the isolation seat 51 through the swinging shaft 53, the torsion spring 54 is sleeved on the swinging shaft, and two hanging feet of the torsion spring 54 are hung on the isolation seat 51 and the swinging plate 52 respectively.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the working principle of the present invention is:
1. the material worker distributes the materials needed by production to the station and puts the materials on the shelf according to the material numbers.
2. The production and assembly personnel need to start the electric push rod 4 to push the turning plate 2 to move the material box 10 arranged on the turning plate 2 to the front of the operators.
3. After the materials in the station material box 10 are used up, the operator will start the turning plate 2 again to recycle the empty material box 10 onto the middle-layer fluent strip sliding rail 6.
4. When the turning plate 2 returns to the initial state, the turning plate 2 and the isolation mechanism 5 can be automatically opened to slide the second material box 10 to the front of an operator.
