Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of the coating apparatus of the present invention, in this embodiment, the coating apparatus includes a bracket 1, a coating roller 2, a pressing roller 3, an auxiliary roller 4, and a coating liquid collecting tank 5, the coating roller 2, the pressing roller 3, and the auxiliary roller 4 are sequentially installed on a partition board of the bracket 1 from bottom to top, a forgery-preventing paper (such as M in fig. 1) is provided between the pressing roller 3 and the auxiliary roller 4, a trend of the forgery-preventing paper is as an arrow direction in fig. 1, a coating liquid collecting tank 5 is provided right below the coating roller 2, the coating roller 2 has a coating liquid dripping during coating, and the coating liquid collecting tank 5 can be used for collecting the dripping coating.
Fig. 3 shows a structural diagram of the coating roller of the present invention, the coating roller 2 is connected with a connecting pipe 201, the connecting pipe 201 is used as a mixed liquid injection channel of the coating roller 2, and the connecting pipe 201 can convey the mixed liquid to the coating roller 2.
The surface of the press roller 3 is provided with the bulge 301, and the shape of the bulge 301 is determined by the shape of the required watermark pattern or character, so that the shape of the bulge 301 can be determined according to the shape of the watermark, and the press roller can be suitable for manufacturing various watermark papers.
Fig. 4 shows a flow chart of the coating device of the present invention, and the specific steps of the coating in this embodiment include:
s201: the mixed liquid is sent to the coating roller 2 through the connecting pipe 201:
s202: the coating roller 2 rotates to transfer the mixed liquid to the press roller 3;
s203: the compression roller 3 rotates and applies pressure to the anti-counterfeiting paper, so that the wet watermark is pressed on the anti-counterfeiting paper.
After the black watermark paper prepared in this embodiment is detected by the detection mechanism, the detection report is as follows:
as can be seen from the detection reports of the 6 embodiments, the detection items of the wet watermarking paper manufactured by the watermarking solution prepared by the formula accord with the detection according to the GB/T30130-2013 and GB/T22467.1-2008 standards, so that the wet watermarking paper provided by the invention accords with the regulations of the relevant national standards.
The formula adopted by the invention is as follows: the watermark solution prepared by the penetrant and the latex is stirred and dispersed into mixed solution, and the mixed solution is directly printed on the anti-counterfeiting paper through the compression roller, so that the process flow for manufacturing the wet watermark paper is simple, and the production efficiency is improved.
