Abstract
The invention provides a shuttle suitable for a cylinder type braided fabric manufacturing device, which is arranged in a guide groove with an inclined plane of the cylinder type braided fabric manufacturing device and is used for loading and introducing weft so as to complete a braiding process, and the shuttle comprises the following components: a shuttle body having a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface opposite to the first inclined surface; and a plurality of shuttle wheels respectively mounted on the first and second inclined surfaces of the shuttle body; the shuttle wheel is respectively embedded into the guide grooves, the inclination angles of the first inclined plane and the second inclined plane are consistent with the inclination angle of the inclined plane in the guide grooves, so that the shuttle wheel is in contact with the inclined plane in the guide grooves and rotates circumferentially on the inclined plane along the guide grooves, and the outer side surface of the shuttle body is provided with a circular roller in contact with a yarn guide ring of the cylindrical braided fabric manufacturing equipment.

In the shuttle suitable for the tubular braid manufacturing apparatus provided by the present invention, there may be further provided the features of: the head of the shuttle body is also provided with a shuttle arrow which is triangular, the top end of the shuttle arrow is contacted with a distributing terminal board in the cylindrical braided fabric manufacturing equipment to be matched with the distributing terminal board to divide the introduced warps, and the divided warps are guided by two side edges of the shuttle arrow to respectively pass through a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane of the shuttle body.
In the shuttle suitable for the tubular braid manufacturing apparatus provided by the present invention, there may be further provided the features of: the inner side surface of the head of the shuttle body is provided with a first shuttle handle, the inner side surface of the tail of the shuttle body is provided with a second shuttle handle, one end of the first shuttle handle and one end of the second shuttle handle are fixed on the shuttle body, the other end of the first shuttle handle and the other end of the second shuttle handle are jointly fixed with a sector base, the center of the sector base is fixedly provided with a sector used for weaving in weft, and the sector is placed on the opening edge of the woven fabric guide drum.

In the shuttle suitable for the tubular braid manufacturing apparatus provided by the present invention, there may be further provided the features of: the inner side of the shuttle body is also provided with a quill for providing weft, and the quill is positioned between the first shuttle handle and the second shuttle handle.
