Abstract
The invention provides an antibacterial, mildewproof and mothproof raw rice paper stock, prepared rice paper and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: the raw rice paper pulp is prepared by fishing paper, squeezing, baking and pasting and drying the paper in sequence, and chitosan acetic acid solution is added into the liquor obtained in the paper fishing process. The invention provides the rice paper with the functions of resisting bacteria, preventing mildew and preventing worm damage, and meanwhile, the writing effect and the natural color of the rice paper are not influenced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of rice paper manufacturing, and relates to rice paper raw stock, prepared rice paper and a preparation method, in particular to antibacterial, mildew-proof and moth-proof rice paper raw stock, prepared rice paper and a preparation method.
Background
The Xuan paper is the most important of four treasures in the study, and has flexible texture, beautiful texture, white and fine texture, clear ink rhyme, lasting quality, and capacity of showing the color and wetness of the writing ink and changing infinitely, so that the picture is interesting. Under the writing of ancient poetry, the Xuan paper was known as the king of paper. The Xuan paper is originated from China, and the generation of the Xuan paper plays an important role in the development of national calligraphy and painting arts.
The making process of the rice paper is mainly divided into eighteen steps, and the traditional method comprises the steps of steaming branches of the pteroceltis tatarinowii bunge, soaking, peeling, drying in the sun, adding lime and soda (or sodium bicarbonate), steaming again, removing impurities, washing, tearing into thin strips, airing in the places facing the sun, and whitening after sun and rain. Then pulping the slivers into glue: pulping the processed bark and forage respectively, adding vegetable gum (such as succus Averrhoae Carambolae), stirring, making into paper with bamboo curtain, brushing on kang, oven drying, cutting, and finishing into sheet.
In the current rice paper manufacturing industry, the contradiction between the supply and demand of raw materials is prominent, and the requirement of production energy expansion is difficult to meet. The raw materials of the rice paper mainly comprise wingceltis bark and sand field straw, both of which are non-economic crops, the economic return rate is low, the planting area is reduced year by year, the raw material supply is in short supply, the production and processed paper products cannot be met, meanwhile, the existing rice paper has the defects that the existing rice paper is easy to damp and mildew and easy to be damaged by worms in the using and storing processes, and the like, and the large-scale production of the rice paper is greatly limited.
CN108411703A discloses a moisture-proof rice paper material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9-14 parts of pteroceltis tatarinowii bark fiber, 18-32 parts of corna straw fiber, 6-11 parts of antioxidant, 2-7 parts of compatilizer, 0.8-3.4 parts of flame retardant, 26-43 parts of alfalfa fiber, 22-35 parts of reed stem fiber, 14-29 parts of basalt fiber, 23-37 parts of soybean meal and 32-46 parts of glutinous rice pulp; the soluble solid content of the glutinous rice pulp is 42% -52%; the monofilament diameter of the basalt fiber is 0.35-0.65um, and the monofilament length of the basalt fiber is 3-9 mm.
CN109112870A discloses a rice paper raw stock, which comprises the following components by mass percent: 70-75 parts of cornfield straw, 28-35 parts of pteroceltis tatarinowii bark, 1-1.5 parts of plant photo-oxidant, 1-1.5 parts of auxiliary agent and 8-10 parts of calcium active powder, wherein the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a paper flame retardant and carambola juice agilawood powder.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the rice paper prepared in comparative examples 1-4 has inferior antibacterial, mildewproof and mothproof effects compared with example 3, because the invention endows the rice paper with antibacterial, mildewproof and mothproof properties by adding wormwood, aloe, liquorice and clove to the rice paper raw stock. In addition, the wormwood, the aloe, the liquorice and the clove are all indispensable, because the wormwood has strong special smell and can play a role in expelling parasites, the aloe is a substance with strong antibacterial property and can kill fungi, moulds, bacteria, viruses and other germs and inhibit the development and propagation of pathogens, the liquorice contains flavonoid compounds and has a bactericidal effect, and the clove can inhibit the growth of bacteria and microorganisms. In addition, the chitosan acetic acid solution is added into the liquor for scooping up the paper, and then the liquor is put in the paper for scooping up the paper, so that the antibacterial and mildew-proof effects of the rice paper are realized on the premise of not influencing the writing effect and the natural color of the rice paper, the antibacterial rate to large intestine and golden grape reaches more than 99%, the mildew-proof grade is 0, and the insect-proof effect is achieved. More importantly, the invention particularly limits the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution, and if the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution is less than 0.1 wt%, the antibacterial effect and the antibacterial durability of the prepared rice paper can be influenced. It should be noted that the data of the antibacterial, mildewproof, and mothproof performances of comparative example 7 in table 2 are the same as those provided in the examples of the present invention, because increasing the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution is helpful to provide the antibacterial performance of the rice paper, but if the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution is higher than 0.8 wt%, the paper strength and uniformity of the rice paper are affected, the ink moistening performance is affected, the chitosan has a certain film forming property, and if the addition amount is too large, the air permeability of the rice paper is reduced, therefore, for the comparative example 7, the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution is increased favorably from the viewpoint of the antibacterial and mildewproof performances, but from the viewpoint of the writing performance of the paper, the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution is not too high, so the application especially limits the addition amount of the chitosan acetic acid solution to the range of 0.1 to 0.8 wt%.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated in detail by the above examples, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed methods, i.e. it is not meant that the present invention must rely on the above detailed methods for its implementation. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
