Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of painting, in particular to water-based paint for furniture.
Background
The furniture for children can basically reach 9% -10% in the whole furniture market, the proportion is very high in the furniture market, because the variety of the whole furniture industry is more, such as parlor furniture, kitchen furniture, bedroom furniture, outdoor furniture, office furniture and the like, the furniture for children only takes 10 years, and the furniture for children occupies one tenth of the market share from zero starting point, and the development speed is fast.
Although the furniture for children starts late in China and the market development is still in the early stage, the furniture for children has a great potential. In recent years, with improvement of living conditions of people, more and more children have independent rooms, a lot of parents invest huge enthusiasm and financial resources in arrangement of the rooms of the children, and the children are provided with furniture which is full of children interest or can grow together with the furniture, so that a good growth environment is created for the children, and therefore the furniture for the children can quickly leap red. From the development of the furniture market in recent years, children's furniture is one of the fastest growing door types in the furniture industry. The child bed and the child table and chair occupy the largest proportion, the child bed occupies 38 percent, the child table and chair occupies 35 percent, and the two products are furniture which cannot be lacked in a child room. The children furniture mainly comprises two types of plate furniture and solid wood furniture, the plate furniture has good stability, is convenient to install and bright in color, and has the defects that if the raw materials and the processing technology are not good, indoor pollution is easily caused. The solid wood furniture has the advantages of natural feeling of solid wood, and has the disadvantages of easy deformation and crack generation and little color change. Generally, the plate-type furniture has more variable shapes than solid wood furniture and is cheaper. The domestic market competition of the children furniture is very strong, and the environmental protection and the design of the children furniture are the key points of enterprises for occupying the market. Children become the focus in the family gradually, so parents focus on most what focus on is the environmental protection problem, whether the environmental protection is more the focus of people's attention, and children's furniture's design always can be more novel than other furniture designs, compares ordinary furniture, has higher requirement in the aspect of production technique, safety ring protects, specifically embodies: 1) along with the increase of processing factories such as external furniture, handicraft articles and the like, the household decoration is gradually industrialized, and the market of furniture paint is rapidly increased. In 2008, the water-based furniture coating reaches 20% in europe and more 40% in the aspect of floor; the water-based furniture coating in the United states reaches about 16 percent. Meanwhile, the application of the water-based wood coating to exterior furniture, artware, factory decoration and the like is increasing day by day, and the application of the water-based wood coating to children furniture is particularly increased. In the market for export sales, the demand for aqueous wood coatings to replace NC coatings is increasing. Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shanghai, Shandong and the like are areas with more concentrated export furniture for children, the demand for water-based paint is increasing, many enterprises have started to make a bold attempt and are popularized and applied, and Yijia (IKEA) requires water-based paint for all furniture in 2009-9. In the market for domestic market, children furniture coated with water-based wood coatings using pine as a substrate is widely popularized from 2009 to 2010, and manufacturers mainly focus on bead triangles.
At present, the decoration water-based degree of the children room is increasingly obvious, and the water-based wood coating is also widely applied to the wall panels, door and window products, wooden doors, wooden floors and the like in the children room. The water-based wood coating is gradually accepted by consumers in children household application due to unique properties such as environmental protection and the like, and is widely applied. However, the application of the product also faces some problems at present, which are as follows: (1) the drying of the coating of the water-based wood coating is greatly influenced by weather, particularly humidity, and the production efficiency is lower than that of the NC coating. Many manufacturers who paint the water-based wood coating on the furniture for children still adopt the original solvent-based coating on the furniture for painting, the production efficiency is low, and the investment of the dehumidification and drying equipment is recommended to be enhanced, so that the production efficiency is improved.
At present, the performance of the waterborne wood coating is single, the functionality of the waterborne wood coating is not strong, and the proposal is that some coating products with the function of purifying the air environment are added in the aspect of benefiting the healthy growth of children; the doodling prevention function of the water-based wood furniture coating for children is added in the aspect of the character characteristic of the natural and active nature of children.
At present, the performances of the children household products and the coatings for the water-based woodware are uneven, the industry of the special coatings for children household in China has no relevant standards, and a segment market is not formed yet.
At present, due to habitual problems, part of oilers are not willing to use relatively strange water-based wood coatings on family decoration of children's houses. In conclusion, in developed countries such as Europe and America, environmental protection and health awareness are very strong, children room decoration is also particularly important, and more than 90% of families can select the paint specially for children. In China, with the improvement of living standard of people, the decoration importance of children rooms is on the rise, and from the aspect of environmental protection and health, the water-based paint special for children home needs to be popularized in China, because even if the water-based paint is a solvent-based paint product which is certified by ten rings, the content of organic volatile matters is far higher than that of the water-based paint.
According to the method, 1L of the water-based wood coating is used for replacing a corresponding 1L of solvent-based coating for each person, the VOC emission can be reduced by 600-1000 g, so that the water-based wood coating is believed to be applied, popularized and popularized in the aspects of children's home and the like.
In the prior art, the conventional water-based paint process for pine wood comprises the following steps: firstly, pine is polished by 240# sand paper, conventional water-based primer is sprayed by 140-.
Therefore, it is imperative to design a water-based paint for furniture.
