Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the manufacturing process of the lightweight high-performance outdoor equipment fabric provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s1: preparing a fabric, and organizing yarns into a three-line grid fabric in a plain weave mode, wherein the density of the fabric is as follows: warp direction, weft direction =250T, 230T, grid body 10D, grid edge 15D and fabric gram weight of 24g/m2The fabric is light in weight, and tearing physical properties are ensured through the multi-line lattice fabric.
S2: and (2) dyeing at low temperature, namely dyeing the fabric at the temperature of 50-110 ℃, adding 8 mass percent of UV-SUN auxiliary agent into the dye according to the weight of the fabric, and improving the daylight color fastness by more than half grade, wherein the heating rate is 0.4-0.6 ℃/min. Specifically, after the fabric is dyed and heated to 50 ℃ at the speed of 0.6 ℃/min, the temperature is heated to 95 ℃ at the speed of 0.4 ℃/min, and then the temperature is maintained for 90min, so that the best strength is ensured, and then the temperature is reduced at the speed of 3 ℃/min, and the temperature is controlled below 50 ℃.
S3: softening and shaping by water repellent at low temperature, performing water repellent treatment on the dyed fabric by using a water repellent auxiliary agent, wherein the water repellent temperature is 80-145 ℃, so that the water repellent auxiliary agent on the surface of the fabric enters a half-cooked state, the fabric is easy to dry because of being thinner, the water repellent agent is not required to be formed into a film as fast as possible, basic drying is performed firstly, the curing time is reserved to the baking completion of the coating at the back, specifically, the fabric is conveyed into a drying oven at the speed of 40m/min, the drying temperature of the first section to the tail section is changed into 80-130-145-130 ℃ in sequence, and the drying temperature of the first section to the tail section is changed into nine sections.

Specifically, because the water-splashing agent is weak cation, the water-based adhesive adopts anionic water-based polyurethane, and can be effectively neutralized with the water-splashing agent, and the water-splashing agent comprises the following components: 100 parts of waterborne polyurethane with the solid content of 45 percent, wherein the waterborne polyurethane with the solid content of 45-50 percent has the effect of good adhesion and difficult glue penetration, 3 parts of NCO type bridging agent and time type bridging agent react slowly and can be effectively and fully adhered, 10 parts of anionic waterborne organosilicon emulsion keeps the ionic consistency of the waterborne raw materials, 3 parts of thickening agent and the viscosity of the anionic waterborne polyurethane of 30000CPS, the baking temperature is 100-120-140-150-160 ℃ in sequence, the temperature is gradually increased from low to high, the temperature of the last two sections of baking ovens is ensured to reach more than 150 ℃, and the complete volatilization of water is ensured.
S5: after coating, the fabric is sent into a ripening chamber for ripening treatment, so that the fabric in a half-ripened state is completely ripened.
The water pressure of the fabric prepared by the process is ISO 811:2018(60cmH2O/min) 600-1000 MMH20, and the tearing can reach ISO13937-4 method 45N.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the manufacturing process of the lightweight high-performance outdoor equipment fabric provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s1: preparing a fabric, and weaving yarns into a double-line grid fabric in a plain weave mode, wherein the fabric density is as follows: warp and weft =240T and 180T, a lattice body 7D, a lattice edge 10D, and a fabric gram weight of 18g/m2The fabric is light in weight, and tearing physical properties are ensured through the multi-line lattice fabric.
S2: and (2) dyeing at low temperature, namely dyeing the fabric at the temperature of 50-110 ℃, and adding 4 mass percent of UV-SUN auxiliary agent in terms of the weight of the fabric into the dye, wherein the heating rate is 0.4-0.6 ℃/min. Specifically, after the fabric is dyed and heated to 50 ℃ at the speed of 0.6 ℃/min, the temperature is heated to 95 ℃ at the speed of 0.4 ℃/min, the temperature is maintained for 90min, then the temperature is reduced at the speed of 3 ℃/min, and the temperature is controlled below 50 ℃.
S4: and (4) coating, namely coating the fabric obtained in the step S3, wherein the coating mode adopts release paper transfer coating, coating is carried out by a circular knife operated by release paper transfer equipment, the coating is coated on the release paper, and the coating is adhered to the fabric after baking.
S5: after coating, the fabric is sent into a ripening chamber for ripening treatment, so that the fabric in a half-ripened state is completely ripened.
The method reduces the permeation of glue to the cloth, compared with a direct coating method, the tearing strength is obviously more advantageous, and the gram weight of the coating is controlled in ISO 3801:1977, 515-20G/M2The water pressure is better controlled and can reach ISO 811:2018(60cmH2O/min) 4000-5000MMH2O hydrostatic pressure, the film forming is more uniform, and the tearing strength can reach 55-60N.
The fabric prepared by the process has the advantages of convenience in carrying, pilling resistance, high strength, wear resistance, water resistance, dust prevention, aging resistance, light resistance, yellowing resistance, good yarn cracking resistance, dirt resistance (dirt resistance) and other performances, and solves the problems that the existing fabric has a single function and is difficult to meet the requirements of outdoor campers on safety and comfort.
