Background
At present, the town sewage is treated by a biochemical process represented by a domestic sludge method, and the process treats CODcr、BOD5Has good removal effect, but has poor denitrification and dephosphorization effect, is difficult to reach the national first-grade discharge standard, and can be discharged only by adopting further chemical strengthening treatment. In addition, the biochemical treatment also has the problems of long sewage retention time, small unit area treatment capacity, space limitation on the construction and expansion of sewage treatment plants and the like.
Aiming at the problems of long retention time of phosphorus removal waterpower, facility floor area and the like in the common chemical precipitation method, people develop a series of researches on removing phosphorus in sewage by magnetic flocculation and high gradient magnetic separation from the 70 s of the 20 th century and obtain good results. The method comprises the steps of firstly adding magnetic powder and a medicament into the sewage to flocculate the magnetic powder and pollutants in the sewage into clusters, and then adsorbing and separating the flocculated impurities from the sewage by using magnetic separation equipment to purify the sewage.
Compared with the traditional process, the high-gradient magnetic separation has high processing speed and high processing capacity; the method has good removal effect on phosphorus and bacteria, and the effluent quality is good; the equipment is compact (only 1/3 of the traditional system), the occupied area is small, and the process integration and automation are easy to realize.
The key of the magnetic separation water body purification technology is the performance of the equipment. At present, magnetic separation water body purification equipment in engineering application is mainly divided into three types according to the integration mode of permanent magnetic materials, namely magnetic rod separation purification equipment, magnetic roller separation purification equipment and magnetic ring separation purification equipment. The magnetic rod separation and purification equipment has high magnetic field intensity and is suitable for separating superfine magnetic impurities, but the slag unloading process is complicated and is difficult to adapt to the continuous treatment requirement of large water amount; the magnetic roller separation and purification equipment consists of a magnetic roller, a sewage tank and a slag scraping sheet, sewage flows through the outer surface of the magnetic roller, and magnetic particles (or magnetic floccules) in the sewage are adsorbed and separated by the magnetic roller; the magnetic ring separation and purification equipment is formed by combining a plurality of magnetic rings, the permanent magnet is a rare earth permanent magnet, sewage flows through a magnetic ring space gap, ferromagnetic particles in the sewage are adsorbed by the magnetic rings, and the sewage is purified. The common defects of the three devices are short flowing time and limited adsorption capacity, and influence the magnetic seed recovery effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a continuous high-gradient magnetic separation device, which changes a sewage flow path through a fan-shaped matrix structure in a matrix ring, prolongs the flow time, enhances the adsorption capacity and finally optimizes the recovery effect of magnetic seeds.

In the continuous high-gradient magnetic separation device, the first cover body is provided with a first washing water outlet and a second washing water outlet, and the first washing water outlet and the second washing water outlet are located on two sides of a center line of the first cover body.
In the continuous high-gradient magnetic separation device, the first cover body is provided with a plurality of openings, each opening comprises a first water inlet, a first water outlet, a second water inlet and a second water outlet, the adjacent first water inlet and the adjacent second water inlet are located on two sides of the first washing water outlet, and the adjacent first water outlet and the adjacent second water outlet are located on two sides of the second washing water outlet.

In the continuous high-gradient magnetic separation device, the plurality of sector matrixes are provided with the water outlets, and the water outlets on the adjacent sector matrixes are arranged in the opposite directions. For example, one nozzle is arranged above the sector matrix, and the nozzles of two adjacent sector matrices are arranged below the sector matrices. The waterproof interlayer made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials is adopted, so that sewage can only pass through the water passing port arranged above or below the fan-shaped rectangle, and the sewage flows according to a path designed in the matrix ring.

And each fan-shaped matrix can be washed in the rotating process by utilizing two groups of fixed washing water ports (a first washing water inlet and a first washing water outlet are in one group, and a second washing water inlet and a second washing water outlet are in one group), so that the aim of continuous operation is fulfilled.
Compared with the prior art, the magnetic separation device has the advantages that the matrix ring is arranged between the first cover body and the second cover body, and the structure of the fan-shaped matrix which is provided with the water passing opening and is filled with the steel wires or the iron wires is utilized, so that the flowing path of sewage is improved, and the time of the sewage flowing through the high-gradient magnetic field is prolonged, so that the magnetic separation device has stronger adsorption capacity, and the recovery effect of magnetic seeds is better.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 2, water 18 with magnetic substance flows into the matrix ring 3 from the first water inlet 6 of the upper cover, enters the sector matrix 4 filled with steel wires through a water outlet 401 of the matrix ring 3 arranged above the sector matrix 4, then flows to the next sector matrix through a water outlet arranged below the adjacent sector matrix, and finally flows out from the first water outlet 7. The structural design form of the sector matrix 4 with the water passing port and the steel wires or iron wires filled inside can increase the sewage flowing path, further prolong the time of the sewage staying in the matrix ring 3, and enable the magnetic substances in the sewage to be in contact with the high gradient magnetic field (the high gradient magnetic field is formed by the permanent magnets 16 arranged on the first cover body 1 and the second cover body 2 and the steel wires or iron wires filled in the sector matrices 4) for a longer time, so that more magnetic substances can be captured by the steel wires or iron wires filled in the sector matrices 4.
For washing the magnetic substances trapped by the steel wires filled in the sector matrix 4, the washing water 17 is made to enter from the first washing water inlet 11 of the second cover 2 and then to flow out from the first washing water outlet 8 of the first cover 1, so as to remove the magnetic substances in the matrix.
The fan-shaped matrix 4 with the water passing port 401 and the steel wire or iron wire filled inside is in a structural design form, each fan-shaped matrix 4 can be independently washed, and meanwhile, the magnetic separation device can run without stopping; the structural design that the water passing openings 401 on the adjacent fan-shaped matrixes 4 are opposite in opening direction can change the flowing path of sewage, increase the flowing time, enhance the adsorption capacity and reduce the possibility of blockage.
