Abstract
一种用于祛斑、美容、增白的中药穴位贴剂，是由中草药经过提取、制备成药液与水溶性胶液混合，覆于无纺人造丝上，制成药层方块固定于无纺透气胶布上，贴于神阙穴，通过穴位的刺激和吸收，从而调节人体内分泌而达到治病祛斑的作用。医院临床表明总有效率为92.45％。
Description
本发明是祛斑、美容、增白的医药保健外用中药穴位贴剂，属于医药产品。
妇女面部色斑的形成，大多由于育龄妇女多种疾病，而导致内分泌紊乱出现面部色斑。在已有技术中，以《备急千金要方》、《外台秘要》的内服药和目前市场上出现的各种祛斑美容霜涂敷面部遮盖为主。祖国传统医药穴位用药流传已久，将药物制成硬膏剂贴于患部，达到治疗目的。现代贴剂技术的发展，采用无纺人造丝固定于粘合剂的基材上，用于止血或创伤部防感染护理。
本发明的目的在于解决用户使用不便，结合现代透皮吸收技术，利用祖国传统医学，将纯中药提取精制制成祛斑美容穴贴，贴于神阙穴（肚脐），药物通过调节人体内分泌而产生全身作用，从根本上治疗妇女面部色斑，达到祛斑美容的作用。
本发明是将药物按比例提取精制而成药液，与具有缓释性能的水溶性粘性基质混合，覆于无纺人造丝上，制成方块，固定于无纺透气胶布上，上层为隔离层，药材的比例为：乳香5～7%，没药5～7%，山楂5～7%，穿山甲5～7%，厚朴5～7%，白蔹2～4%，白芷2～4%，白芍2～4%，冬瓜子2～4%，桃仁2～4%，淫羊藿1～2%，紫草2～4%，桂枝0.5～1%，羌活1～3%，甘草1～3%，冰片1～3%，细辛0.5～2%，益母草8～10%，葛根5～7%，鸡屎藤5～7%，丹皮5～7%，木香5～7%，赤芍2～4%，艾叶2～4%。
本发明的优点在于通过穴位给药，药物通过透穴和透皮吸收，促进血液运行，调节人体内分泌，通过全身作用从根本上达到治疗色斑的目的。根据医院临床观察表明总有效率为92.45%（见表）

实施例：取乳香6.15g、没药6.10g、山楂6.27g、穿山甲6.35g、厚朴6.10g、白蔹2.95g、白芷3.12g、白芍3.17g、冬瓜子3.0g、桃仁3.12g、淫羊藿1.5g、紫草3.12g、桂枝0.4g、羌活1.50g、鸡屎藤6.15g、丹皮6.20g、木香6.05g、赤芍3.17g、艾叶2.94g，用乙醇回流提取三次，每次1小时，合并回流提取液真空浓缩至100ml与水溶性粘性基质混合，覆于无纺人造丝吸收，制成14cm的方块100块，固定于涂有粘合剂的无纺透气胶布上，上层为隔离层，然后密闭于袋中。

1、一种用于祛斑、美容、增白的穴位贴剂，其特征在于：用中草药通过提取工艺，制备成浓缩药液，与具有缓解性能的水溶性粘性基质混合，覆于无纺人造丝上，制成方块固定于无纺透气胶布上，面层为隔离层。
2、根据权力要求所述的中草药，其特征在于：乳香5～7%，没药5～7%，山楂5～7%，穿山甲5～7%，厚朴5～7%，白蔹2～4%，白芷2～4%，白芍2～4%，冬瓜子2～4%，桃仁2～4%，淫羊藿1～2%，紫草2～4%，桂枝0.5～1%，羌活1～3%，甘草1～3%，冰片1～3%，细辛0.5～2%，益母草8～10%，葛根5～7%，鸡屎藤5～7%，丹皮5～7%，木香5～7%，赤芍2～4%，艾叶2～4%。
