Protective structure of starter
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engine manufacturing, in particular to a starter suitable for an agricultural engine.
Background
The agricultural engine is increasingly widely applied, and the agricultural machine market highlights the phenomenon of the need of the engine which can be applied to dry lands and can meet paddy fields. This requirement is increasing for the protection level of the starter placed in the low position of the engine, because the starter has poor starting performance, directly affecting the use of the customer. Therefore, it is urgently required to design a starter with high protection level so as to adapt to the customer demands of wide agricultural markets.
Most of the currently used starters 200 have a waterproof level of 6 or below, while in the case of the equipment such as a tractor working in paddy fields, the engine of the equipment has the working conditions of wading and soaking water, and in such an environment, the starter which is arranged at a low level and can only prevent splashing can be seriously damaged, and the failure modes such as water inlet rust and electrical element failure can occur, so that the cultivation operation of farmers is directly influenced. In dry land, such as wheat engine, the small and dry wheat straw is sucked onto the engine surface and the starter is set around the engine to accumulate rice, corn, wheat and other leaves and some dust. The starter protective cover (shown in fig. 1 and 2) needs to avoid some binding posts and leads due to bridging among the relay, the switch and the shell, certain gaps exist, leaves and dust can enter the protective cover along the gaps, and the protective cover is easy to burn at high temperature, so that the failure phenomenon of a fire-burned vehicle is caused. Meanwhile, the user is not easy to clean the articles in the protective cover.
Aiming at the waterproof requirement, at present, a starter with a full-sealing structure is on the market, wherein sealing rings are added at the joints of all parts and the wire joints. According to the technical scheme, effective measures are not taken for protecting the outgoing line of the starter stator, and water seepage hidden danger exists at the joint of the lead connectors.
For the protection of the wiring terminal of the starter, the current most common is to provide a detachable protection cap, and after the starter is assembled and the wiring of a main engine factory is finished, the protection cap on the wiring terminal can be lost or neglected to be installed, so that the wiring terminal is in an unprotected state.
In order to overcome the defects of the technology, the invention relates to a starter with high protection level.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a protective structure of a starter, which is not provided with a protective cover, so that the starter has the advantages of small arrangement space, compact layout and strong applicability.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a protection structure of a starter, which includes a rear cover disposed at a rear end of a casing by screws, a plurality of posts disposed on the casing, and a wire between the plurality of posts, and includes an insulating protection cover, a first protection cap, and a second protection cap. The insulation protective sleeve is sleeved outside the lead, the first protective cap is arranged on a part of the binding posts, and the second protective cap is arranged on the other part of the binding posts.
In a preferred embodiment, the second protective cap has a dovetail groove structure, which reserves only the space required for the connection terminal.
In a preferred embodiment, the protection structure of the starter further includes a gasket and a seal ring. The sealing gasket is arranged at a screw for connecting the rear cover with the rear end of the shell, and the sealing ring is arranged at the joint of the rear cover and the rear end of the shell.
In a preferred embodiment, the starter guard structure further includes an O-ring and a roll rivet pole. The O-shaped ring is arranged at the switch of the starter, and the rolling riveting magnetic pole is arranged on the shell.
In a preferred embodiment, the protection structure of the starter further includes an outgoing line sheath and an outgoing line. The outgoing line is directly injection-molded on the outgoing line sheath by adopting a hard line and soft line spot welding connection mode.
In a preferred embodiment, the outlet jacket is made of a U-shaped rubber material.
Compared with the prior art, the protection structure of the starter has the advantages that the protection structure omits a protection cover, so that the required arrangement space is small, the layout is compact, and the applicability is strong. And adopt insulating lag, first protective cap, second protective cap and the sheath of being qualified for next round of competitions to satisfy the function of protection casing to and increase sealing gasket, sealing washer, O type circle, roll device such as riveting magnetic pole and strengthen sealed effect, improve the whole leakproofness of starter, solve corrosion and difficult start the problem, promote life. Meanwhile, the protection structure of the starter is optimally designed, and the potential safety hazard of a train is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is, therefore, to be taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it is to be understood that the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Throughout the specification and claims, unless explicitly stated otherwise, the term "comprise" or variations thereof such as "comprises" or "comprising", etc. will be understood to include the stated element or component without excluding other elements or components.
As shown in fig. 1, a starter 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a rear cover 1 provided at a rear end of a casing 4 by a screw 2, a plurality of connection terminals provided on the casing 4, and a wire provided between the connection terminals and the connection terminals, and the protective structure includes a gasket 3, a seal ring 5, a roll-rivet pole 6, a wire-out sheath 7, a lead-out wire 8, an O-ring 9, an insulation shield 10, a first shield cap 11, and a second shield cap 12.
In some embodiments, the insulation protecting sleeve 10 is sleeved outside the wire to insulate and protect the wire, the first protecting cap 11 is arranged on a part of the plurality of binding posts, the first protecting cap 11 in the embodiment is similar to a tobacco pipe in shape, the tobacco pipe part of the first protecting cap is tightly buckled on the binding posts, and the cigarette holder part of the first protecting cap is tightly wrapped on the binding terminals of the insulation protecting sleeve 10, so that the binding terminals are not exposed to the outside, and water drainage and tightness at the binding posts and the binding terminals can be well ensured. The second helmet 12 is provided on the plurality of posts of the other portion. The second helmet 12 has a dovetail groove structure. The shape of the dovetail groove structure of the embodiment is similar to that of a pipe shape, the second protective cap 12 is only provided with a dovetail groove at the side part of the pipe, the second protective cap 12 can be opened along the dovetail groove during installation, the dovetail groove structure is reserved with only a space for a wiring terminal, the wiring terminal is covered back after the installation, and the waterproof effect of the wiring terminal and the wiring terminal can be guaranteed by using the elasticity of rubber. The sealing gasket 3 is arranged at the screw 2 for connecting the rear cover 1 with the rear end of the machine shell 4, and the sealing ring 5 is arranged at the joint of the rear cover 1 and the rear end of the machine shell 4. An O-ring 9 is provided at the switch of the starter, and a roll-rivet pole 6 is provided on the casing 4. And the outgoing line sheath 7 is arranged on the shell 4 in interference fit with the shell 4, the outgoing line 8 adopts a connection mode of spot welding of hard wires and flexible wires, and the hard wire part is directly injection-molded on the outgoing line sheath 7. The outgoing line sheath is made of U-shaped rubber material.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a starter according to an embodiment of the prior art, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a starter according to an embodiment of the prior art, fig. 3 is a schematic view of a protecting structure of the starter according to an embodiment of the present invention, and in some embodiments, the protecting structure of the starter of the present invention eliminates a drain pipe on a rear cover 1 of the starter to prevent water from being sucked backward. And a sealing gasket 3 is added on a screw 2 of a rear cover 1 of the starter, and a sealing ring 5 is added at the joint of the rear cover 1 and a machine shell 4 so as to prevent water from entering the interface. The shell 4 of the starter is originally fastened with magnetic poles by socket head cap screws 2, and the magnetic poles are changed into the current rolling riveting magnetic poles 6, so that water inflow is prevented.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged schematic view of the structure of the second helmet 12 according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 5, and fig. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of the structure of the outgoing line sheath 7 and the outgoing line 8 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, the wires connecting the starter relay and the switch add insulation protection. Meanwhile, on the wiring terminal between the wires, one end of the starter is connected by a starter supplier, a first protective cap 11 is added, and when the starter leaves the factory, the first protective cap 11 is sleeved on the wiring terminal from a cigarette holder, so that one end of the wires and the first protective cap 11 are integrated. The second protective cap 12 is added at the other end of the main machine factory, so that the wiring terminal and the binding post are covered in time after the wiring of the main machine factory is facilitated. And the second protective cap 12 only reserves the space required by the wiring terminal, and after the wiring is connected, the protective cap with the dovetail groove structure is in a closed state, so that leaves and dust are not easy to enter the interior. The first protective cap 11 and the second protective cap 12 are integrated with the lead and the wiring terminal, and are not separated from the lead when being disassembled, so that the loss phenomenon of the first protective cap 11 and the second protective cap 12 is avoided, and the waterproof and dustproof effects of the wiring terminal and the wiring terminal can be ensured at any time.
Referring again to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the structure of the mating portion between the casing 4 of the starter and the stator lead-out wire 8 adopts a U-shaped rubber lead-out sheath 7, which is in interference fit with the casing 4 to seal and prevent water. And the outgoing line 8 adopts a connecting mode of spot welding of a hard wire and a soft wire, and the hard wire part of the outgoing line 8 is directly injection-molded on the outgoing line sheath 7 to prevent external water from flowing in along a wire.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in some embodiments, the switch of the starter is sealed by the original rubber sleeve, and is changed into the O-ring 9, so that the rubber material can be effectively reduced while the sealing function is achieved, and the defect similar to the rubber sleeve can be effectively avoided, the rubber sleeve has no vent hole, and is easy to be sucked and flattened during the switching operation. The air vent is arranged, and water entering from the outside can possibly flow into the switch iron core from the air vent.
In summary, the protection structure of the starter has the advantages that the protection structure omits the protection cover, so that the required arrangement space is small, the layout is compact, and the applicability is strong. And adopt insulating lag, first protective cap, second protective cap and the sheath of being qualified for next round of competitions to satisfy the function of protection casing to and increase sealing gasket, sealing washer, O type circle, roll device such as riveting magnetic pole and strengthen sealed effect, improve the whole leakproofness of starter, solve corrosion and difficult start the problem, promote life. Meanwhile, the protection structure of the starter is optimally designed, and the potential safety hazard of a train is reduced.
