Background
The agricultural engine is increasingly widely applied, and the agricultural machine market highlights the phenomenon of the need of the engine which can be applied to dry lands and can meet paddy fields. This requirement is increasing for the protection level of the starter placed in the low position of the engine, because the starter has poor starting performance, directly affecting the use of the customer. Aiming at the waterproof requirement, at present, a starter with a full-sealing structure is on the market, wherein sealing rings are added at the joints of all parts and the wire joints. According to the technical scheme, effective measures are not taken for protecting the outgoing line of the starter stator, and water seepage hidden danger exists at the joint of the lead connectors.
For the protection of the wiring terminal of the starter, the current most common is to provide a detachable protection cap, and after the starter is assembled and the wiring of a main engine factory is finished, the protection cap on the wiring terminal can be lost or neglected to be installed, so that the wiring terminal is in an unprotected state.
