Description

Water-based or solvent-free paint for preventing and treating wall efflorescence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building waterproof coatings, in particular to a water-based or solvent-free coating for preventing and treating efflorescence of inner and outer walls and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The modern internal and external walls of buildings are mainly made of materials containing ordinary portland cement such as concrete and mortar, and the ordinary portland cement contains calcium hydroxide and partial salts. When the surface of the building decoration layer is contacted with water generated by leakage or in the air and reacts with carbon dioxide in the air, salts such as calcium carbonate and the like are generated. If the wall is not completely maintained according to the maintenance standard, the operation of coating decorative materials such as emulsion paint and the like is carried out, and the generation of salt substances is accelerated. When the salt substances are accumulated to a certain degree, the salt substances are gradually separated out from the gaps in the wall body to the surface of the wall body and are condensed, so that the efflorescence phenomenon is generated. The direct influence caused by the saltpetering is the 'hair growth', swelling, powdering, falling off, mildew and the like of the decorative layers of the inner wall and the outer wall, which causes troubles to the life of people.
At present, the main technical means in the aspects of preventing and treating the efflorescence of the inner and outer walls comprise the following two types: 1. before the decorative layer is constructed, an alkali-resistant seal primer is coated. 2. Acid liquor is used for reacting with salt on the surface of the wall body, certain acid liquor is coated to neutralize alkali in the wall body, and then putty powder for the inner wall and the outer wall is scraped and emulsion paint is coated to decorate the wall body.
The technical principle of brushing the alkali-resistant seal primer is that small-particle-size acrylic emulsion with high permeability is utilized to permeate and block gaps on the surface of a wall body on the surface of the wall body, so that salt is temporarily prevented from being separated out. The technical means has the defects that a compact and hard coating with high bonding strength cannot be formed on the surface of a wall body, the waterproof effect cannot be achieved, and the strength of the dried acrylic emulsion is not enough to resist salt precipitation for a long time, so that the problem of wall body efflorescence cannot be radically solved, and the efflorescence phenomenon still occurs after a period of time.
The method utilizes the reaction of acid liquor and precipitated salts, and paints the acid liquor on the surface of the wall body, so that the precipitation of the salts can be inhibited in a short time, and the whiskering phenomenon can appear very quickly after the acid liquor is completely reacted, and the problem of whiskering of the wall body can not be solved for a long time by the scheme. Meanwhile, acid liquor has certain danger, and personal protection must be well done during operation, so the technology is low in operation convenience.

Therefore, the waterproof performance of the invention is far better than that of the alkali-resistant seal primer; the coating of the invention is found to have a chemical corrosion resistance far superior to that of the alkali resistant primer sealer according to standard practice.
Therefore, the water-based or solvent-free paint provided by the invention can form a compact and hard coating on concrete and mortar walls through curing, has excellent adhesive force with the wall surface, can effectively block external moisture from contacting with alkaline substances in the wall for a long time, and has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and other properties, so that the technical scheme can play a role in three aspects of preventing moisture from entering the wall, salt from being generated and salt from being separated out. Can really solve the problems of prevention and treatment of efflorescence of the inner and outer walls.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.
