Abstract
The invention provides a spiral expansion bolt which comprises a bolt body, an outer sleeve and a nut, wherein the outer sleeve is arranged outside the bolt body; the nut is matched with the bolt body; the bolt is characterized in that a gasket and a spring pad are further arranged between the nut and the outer sleeve, a mounting hole is formed in the outer sleeve, a clamping block is mounted in the mounting hole, a spiral column is arranged on the front portion of the bolt body, and when the nut drives the bolt body to move, the spiral column can push the clamping block to rotate outwards to lock the bolt. The axial fixing of the expansion bolt can be realized through the matching of the front end face and the rear end face of the fixture block and the annular hole, the expansion bolt can limit the movement in the axial front direction and the axial rear direction, the radial fixing of the expansion bolt can be realized through the matching of the upper end face of the fixture block and the annular hole, and the expansion bolt can not move in the radial direction, so that the expansion bolt can be firmly fixed to important articles in the vibration occasion.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the expansion bolt can be axially fixed by matching the front end surface and the rear end surface of the fixture block with the annular hole, so that the expansion bolt can limit movement in the axial front and rear directions, and can be radially fixed by matching the upper end surface of the fixture block with the annular hole, so that the expansion bolt cannot move in the radial direction, and important articles can be firmly fixed in the vibration occasions.
2. According to the invention, the three mounting holes are formed, and one clamping block is rotatably mounted in each mounting hole, so that firm fixation can be realized on the basis of simple structure.
3. The sliding head at the tail part of the clamping block is rotatably arranged between two adjacent spiral columns, the nut drives the threaded columns to move, the six-sided columns are matched in the six-sided holes, the spiral columns axially move, and therefore the clamping block is rotated through the two adjacent spiral columns.

In another embodiment of this embodiment, three mounting holes 21 are uniformly distributed on the front portion of the outer sleeve 2, and the fixture block 3 is rotatably mounted in each mounting hole 21.
