In order to make up for the defects, the invention provides a vegetable cleaning and washing device, aiming at solving the problem of low efficiency of manually cleaning batch vegetable.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a vegetable cleaning device comprising a rotating assembly and a water spray assembly.
The runner assembly includes outer sleeve, inner skleeve, ring gear and driving piece, the inner skleeve rotate connect in inside the outer sleeve, just the inner skleeve both ends all extend to the outer sleeve both ends outside, ring gear fixed mounting be in the inner skleeve one end outside, the driving piece install in ring gear one side, just the driving piece output connect in the ring gear, the water spray subassembly includes inlet tube and shower nozzle, the inlet tube install in the inside top of inner skleeve, just the shower nozzle install in the inlet tube outside, the water inlet has been seted up in the inlet tube outside.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer ring of the inner sleeve is provided with a sliding groove, the inner ring of the outer sleeve is provided with a groove, and the groove is internally provided with steel balls in a rolling manner, and the steel balls roll in the sliding groove.
In an embodiment of the present invention, at least two sliding grooves are provided, and the sliding grooves are of an annular structure.
In one embodiment of the invention, the driving member comprises a motor and a driving gear, the driving gear is mounted on an output shaft of the motor, and the driving gear is meshed with the gear ring.
In one embodiment of the invention, a support rod is arranged on one side of the motor, and the output shaft of the motor is rotatably connected to the support rod.
In one embodiment of the invention, a clamp is arranged outside the water inlet pipe, and the clamp is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the inner sleeve.
In a second aspect, the invention also includes a housing mechanism and a dish placement mechanism.
Casing mechanism includes casing and support column, the casing cover the outer sleeve is outside, just the support column connect in the outer sleeve with between the casing, the dish placement mechanism includes backup pad and supporting leg, the supporting leg install in backup pad both sides bottom, just supporting leg bottom fixed connection in the inside bottom of casing.
In one embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the driving member is mounted at the bottom end inside the casing.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the two sides of the supporting plate are fixedly connected with a baffle.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the top of the supporting plate is provided with a water outlet, and the supporting plate is disposed in an inclined manner.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the cleaning device for the clean vegetables is used, the water inlet of the water inlet pipe is communicated with an external high-pressure water source, the high-pressure water source enters the water inlet pipe and is finally sprayed out from the spray head to wash the surfaces of the vegetables, the driving piece drives the gear ring to rotate, the spray head rotates for a certain angle through the matching of the gear ring and the inner sleeve, then the motor rotates reversely to drive the inner sleeve and the spray head to rotate reversely, so that the surfaces of the vegetables are repeatedly washed, the vegetables which are not thorough to be washed can be manually and simply washed after the vegetables are taken out, and the overall cleaning efficiency of the vegetables is improved.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a vegetable cleaning device, which includes a rotating assembly 10 and a water spraying assembly 20.
The water spraying assembly 20 is connected with an external high-pressure water source and is used for quickly washing the surface of dishes, and if the dishes are not easy to wash, the dishes can be simply and manually washed after being washed; the rotating component 10 drives the water spraying component 20 to rotate back and forth, so that water sprayed by the water spraying component 20 can contact the surface of the dish from a larger angle, and the washing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 2-5, the rotating assembly 10 includes an outer sleeve 110, an inner sleeve 120, a gear ring 130 and a driving member 140, the inner sleeve 120 is rotatably connected to the inner sleeve 110, two ends of the inner sleeve 120 extend to the outer sides of two ends of the outer sleeve 110, the gear ring 130 is fixedly mounted on the outer side of one end of the inner sleeve 120, the gear ring 130 and the inner sleeve 120 are fixed by welding, the driving member 140 is mounted on one side of the gear ring 130, and the output end of the driving member 140 is connected to the gear ring 130. The outer ring of the inner sleeve 120 is provided with a sliding groove 150, the inner ring of the outer sleeve 110 is provided with a groove 160, steel balls 170 are installed in the groove 160 in a rolling mode, and the steel balls 170 roll in the sliding groove 150. The sliding slots 150 are at least two, and the sliding slots 150 are annular structures for the inner sleeve 120 to rotate inside the outer sleeve 110. The driving member 140 includes a motor 141 and a driving gear 142, the driving gear 142 is mounted on an output shaft of the motor 141, the driving gear 142 is engaged with the gear ring 130, a supporting rod 143 is disposed on one side of the motor 141, and the output shaft of the motor 141 is rotatably connected to the supporting rod 143.
Referring to fig. 2, the water spraying assembly 20 includes a water inlet pipe 210 and a nozzle 220, the water inlet pipe 210 is installed at the top end of the inner sleeve 120, the nozzle 220 is installed at the outer side of the water inlet pipe 210, and a water inlet 230 is opened at the outer side of the water inlet pipe 210. The water inlet pipe 210 externally mounted has the clamp, and clamp fixed connection is in inner sleeve 120 inner wall, passes through bolt fastening between clamp and the inner sleeve 120, and the clamp is used for fixed water inlet pipe 210.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention further includes a housing mechanism 30 and a dish placing mechanism 40.
Wherein the housing mechanism 30 is used to support the device as a whole, and the dish placing mechanism 40 is used to place dishes, and is used in cooperation with the water spraying assembly 20.
Housing mechanism 30 includes a housing 310 and a support post 320, housing 310 being sleeved outside outer sleeve 110, and support post 320 being connected between outer sleeve 110 and housing 310. Wherein, the bottom of the driving member 140 is mounted at the bottom of the interior of the housing 310.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the dish placing mechanism 40 includes a supporting plate 410 and supporting legs 420, the supporting legs 420 are installed at the bottom of both sides of the supporting plate 410, the supporting legs 420 and the supporting plate 410 are fixed by bolts, and the bottom ends of the supporting legs 420 are fixedly connected to the bottom end inside the cabinet 310. The two sides of the supporting plate 410 are fixedly connected with the baffle plates 430, the supporting plate 410 and the baffle plates 430 are fixed by welding, and the baffle plates 430 prevent dishes from sliding off from the side supporting plate 410 in the washing process; the apopore 440 has been seted up at the backup pad 410 top, and the backup pad 410 sets up for the slope, and the backup pad 410 of slope setting can make the dish limit wash the unloading of landing.
The working principle of the vegetable cleaning device is as follows: during the use, place the vegetable in backup pad 410 top, the water inlet 230 and the outside high-pressure water source intercommunication of inlet tube 210, high-pressure water source gets into inside the inlet tube 210, finally spout the vegetable surface of backup pad 410 top from shower nozzle 220, wash the vegetable surface, motor 141 rotates the driving gear 142 that drives the output and rotates, cooperation through ring gear 130 and inner skleeve 120, make shower nozzle 220 rotate after the certain angle, motor 141 reverses, drive inner skleeve 120 and shower nozzle 220 antiport, make the vegetable surface washed repeatedly, the vegetable that washes slides down along backup pad 410, can receive the vegetable from backup pad 410 tip, wash incomplete vegetable, can wash again by hand.
