Abstract
The invention discloses an antifouling sofa fabric and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to the technical field of household textile products. According to the invention, the modified glass fiber and the 3M waterproof mousse are added into the preparation raw materials, so that the tensile property and the antifouling property of the sofa fabric can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, different auxiliaries are adopted to be used together with the organic fluororesin, so that the antifouling grade and the color fastness of the sofa fabric can be further improved, and the size stability of the sofa fabric is enhanced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household textile products, in particular to an antifouling sofa fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The sofa is a seat necessary for household life, the outer part of the sofa is provided with a fabric covering, and the interior of the sofa is filled with soft polyurethane foam, down feather filler or artificial cotton and the like, so that the sofa can be used for sitting, leaning, lying and the like, and brings comfortable feeling to people. However, in daily life, tea, soup, etc. are often spread on sofas to form stains and oil stains. Because the sofa fabric is poor in stain resistance and cannot be wiped cleanly, the sofa fabric sometimes even can be immersed into the interior of a sofa before being wiped, stains are left on the sofa fabric, and uncomfortable feeling is brought to a user.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides an antifouling sofa fabric and a preparation method thereof, and the invention aims to solve the technical problems that: how to improve the antifouling grade of the sofa fabric.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a can antifouling sofa fabric, including the enhancement layer, the enhancement layer both sides all are provided with the stabilizer layer, two one side that the stabilizer layer carried on the back mutually all is provided with the surface course, all fix through the adhesive bonding between enhancement layer and the stabilizer layer, between stabilizer layer and the surface course, the enhancement layer has the modified glass fiber who is part by weight to make 20-30, the stabilizer layer is made by the raw materials of part by weight as follows: 60-80 parts of polyester fiber and 15-25 parts of cotton, wherein the surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of polyamide fiber, 30-40 parts of cotton yarn and 12-18 parts of 3M waterproof mousse.
In a preferred embodiment, the reinforcing layer is a net structure formed by weaving modified glass fibers, the stabilizing layer is a net structure formed by blending or interweaving polyester fibers and cotton, and the surface layer is a net structure formed by blending or interweaving polyamide fibers, cotton yarns and 3M waterproof mousse.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the antifouling sofa fabric, which comprises the following preparation steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials: preparing raw materials of the sofa fabric, wherein the raw materials comprise 20-30 parts of modified glass fiber, 60-80 parts of polyester fiber, 15-25 parts of cotton, 100-120 parts of polyamide fiber, 30-40 parts of cotton yarn and 12-18 parts of 3M waterproof mousse;
step two: glass fiber modification treatment:
(A) placing the glass fiber in a low-temperature plasma device with working gas of nitrogen, working pressure of 15Pa and discharge power of 90-100W for processing for 150s to obtain pretreated glass fiber;
(B) mixing polyvinyl alcohol and water according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 2-6 g:100m L, and stirring at 80-90 ℃ for 30min at 400r/min for 200-;
(C) mixing the pretreated glass fiber and polyvinyl alcohol solution according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 8-12g:100m L, stirring at 80-90 ℃ for 50-55min at 400r/min, filtering by adopting 300-mesh filter cloth, and vacuum drying the obtained solid at 80-90 ℃ for 15h to obtain modified glass fiber;
step three: weaving and forming: weaving modified glass fibers into a net-shaped structure to obtain a reinforcing layer, then blending or interweaving polyester fibers and cotton to obtain a stable layer, blending or interweaving polyamide fibers, cotton yarns and 3M waterproof mousse to obtain a net-shaped structure to obtain a surface layer, and finally, adhering and fixing the reinforcing layer and the stable layer, and the stable layer and the surface layer through an adhesive to obtain a sofa fabric prefabricated body;
step four: padding treatment: placing the sofa fabric prefabricated body obtained in the third step into a combined synergist for padding finishing;
step five: drying treatment: placing the padded and finished sofa fabric preform in an oven at 80-85 ℃ for drying and shaping;
step six: baking treatment: and (3) rapidly raising the temperature of the oven to 170 ℃ while the sofa fabric is hot, and baking and forming the dried and shaped sofa fabric.
In a preferred embodiment, in the fourth step, the combined synergist is prepared by mixing organic fluorine resin and the compound, and the padding time is 20-30 min.
In a preferred embodiment, the formulation is 2% adjuvant, 5% FX-190, 3% PF and 1% MgCl by mass2The blend of (1).
In a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary agent is any one of a crosslinked resin FR-ECO, a hexamethylol resin, and a 2D resin.
In a preferred embodiment, in the fifth step, the drying time is 10 min.
In a preferred embodiment, in the sixth step, the baking time is 90 s.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
according to the invention, the modified glass fiber and the 3M waterproof mousse are added into the preparation raw materials, so that the tensile property and the antifouling property of the sofa fabric can be greatly improved, and meanwhile, different auxiliaries are adopted to be used together with the organic fluororesin, so that the antifouling grade and the color fastness of the sofa fabric can be further improved, and the size stability of the sofa fabric is enhanced.
