Technical Field

Background
The construction of blast furnaces requires first the production of a blast furnace shell, which is usually made up of a stack of shell rings made of a plurality of steel plates.
The steel plate for manufacturing the blast furnace shell is very thick and is generally 45-70 mm.

In general, the heat treatment of the vertical welding seam of the blast furnace shell adopts a thermocouple heating and heat preservation method of heat preservation cotton.
Because the construction environment of a blast furnace shell construction site is generally poor, thermocouples and heat insulation cotton cannot be simply, conveniently, quickly and stably fixed on the vertical welding seam, and therefore, the heat treatment of the vertical welding seam of the blast furnace shell is very difficult.
