Abstract
本发明公开了一种结合人IL‑5的单克隆抗体,具有良好的抑制IL‑5诱导的TF‑1细胞增殖以及阻断IL‑5与IL‑5RA的相互作用的生物学活性,并且具有与已知的抗人IL‑5抗体不同的抗原表位,可应用于制备治疗嗜酸性粒细胞过表达介导的疾病(例如哮喘)的药物,具有良好的临床应用前景。
