Butyl stearate is added into the ink in the embodiment 2, the water resistance of the printed print is increased in the formula, the blue color band is mainly used for printing documents for archiving invoices and counterfoil links, the water resistance is quite important, and the water resistance of the product is improved based on the butyl stearate, so that the quality guarantee period of the ink product is prolonged.

The preservative in example 3 can adopt food-grade paraben, wherein the paraben can be methyl paraben, ethyl paraben and propyl paraben, and the mixed paraben is preferred. The parabens can destroy the cell membrane of the microorganism, denature proteins in the cell and inhibit the activities of a respiratory enzyme system and an electron conduction enzyme system of the microorganism cell so as to play a role in sterilization, effectively reduce the mildew of the color band and enable the color band to have a longer quality guarantee period.

Embodiment 4 of the present invention is a method of preparing the blue ribbon ink of the present embodiment, the method comprising: putting dioctyl phthalate, vegetable oil, an emulsifier and butyl stearate into a stirring kettle according to the mass percentage, and controlling the stirring kettle to carry out low-speed dispersion treatment; slowly adding phthalocyanine blue, oil-soluble violet 8#, antioxidant and preservative in a stirring kettle according to mass percentage in the process of stirring at low speed for dispersion treatment; after the feeding is finished according to the total mass percentage, controlling the stirring kettle to perform high-speed dispersion treatment according to preset time; grinding the dispersed substances on the basis of a grinder, and then dispersing the substances on the basis of a disperser until the ground ink flows uniformly and does not agglomerate; detecting the printing ink, detecting whether the printing ink meets physicochemical parameters, packaging and storing the printing ink reaching the physicochemical parameters when the printing ink meets the physicochemical parameters, and continuing dispersing and grinding treatment if the printing ink does not meet the physicochemical parameters, wherein the physicochemical parameters are as follows: viscosity 5000-5500 mpa.s, particle fineness: < 5 μm, pH: 6.4-6.6.
The rotating speed of the stirring kettle under the low-speed dispersion treatment is 450-550 revolutions per minute; the rotating speed of the stirring kettle under the high-speed dispersion treatment is 1400-1500 rpm; the preset time is set to be 39-41 minutes.
The step of grinding the dispersed material by a grinder and then dispersing the dispersed material by a disperser until the ground ink flows uniformly and is free from agglomeration comprises: performing primary grinding treatment on the dispersed substances based on a grinder; performing medium-speed dispersion treatment on the material subjected to the first grinding treatment based on a dispersion machine, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine under the medium-speed dispersion treatment is 750-850 rpm; performing a second grinding treatment based on the grinder; performing dispersion treatment on the substance subjected to the second grinding treatment based on a dispersion machine, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 250-350 r/m; carrying out a third grinding treatment based on the grinding machine; and (4) carrying out dispersion treatment on the material subjected to the third grinding treatment based on a dispersion machine, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 250-350 r/m.
The ink was tested here using a rotational viscometer.
The grinding machine is a three-roller grinding machine or a sand grinding machine, the stirring kettle is a stirring type dispersion machine with adjustable rotating speed, and the adjustable range of the dispersion speed of the stirring kettle is 0-1500 rpm; the dispersion machine is a stirring type dispersion machine with adjustable rotating speed, and the adjustable range of the dispersion speed of the dispersion machine is 0-1500 rpm.

Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for preparing a blue ribbon ink according to an embodiment of the present invention, which employs a multi-milling and multi-dispersing method, including the following steps:
s101, adding dioctyl phthalate, vegetable oil, an emulsifier and butyl stearate into a stirring kettle according to the mass percentage, and controlling the stirring kettle to perform low-speed dispersion treatment;
the invention adopts a method of grinding for multiple times and dispersing for multiple times, wherein the disperser adopts a high-speed disperser with adjustable dispersing speed. The grinding machine can be a three-roller machine or a sand grinding machine, wherein the sand grinding machine is preferably an S260 three-roller grinding machine, and the feeding workshop in the embodiment of the method is a closed workshop with a dust removal device.
The dioctyl phthalate, the castor oil, the emulsifier and the butyl stearate are firstly put into a stirring kettle of a feeding workshop, the low gear of the stirrer is turned on, and the dispersion is carried out at the speed of 500 r/min.
S102, slowly adding phthalocyanine blue, oil-soluble violet 8#, an antioxidant and a preservative in a stirring kettle according to mass percentage in the process of dispersing treatment by low-speed stirring;
the phthalocyanine blue, the oil-soluble violet 8#, the antioxidant and the preservative are slowly added after the dust removal device is started and a protection tool is worn, the attention speed of the pigment adding cannot be too high, and otherwise, the pigment is not dispersed in time, and the generation of agglomeration is caused.
S103, controlling the stirring kettle to perform high-speed dispersion treatment according to preset time;
in step S103, after the feeding operation is completed, the cover of the stirring tank is closed tightly, and the disperser is adjusted to the maximum 1440 rpm dispersing speed for high-speed dispersing for 40 minutes, because the pigment used in the present invention has the disadvantages of coarse particles and large oil absorption, the longer the high-speed dispersing time is, the better the grinding effect is, and the best effect of dispersing for 40 minutes is obtained through repeated experiments.
And S101 to S103 need to be carried out in a feeding workshop with a dust settling and removing tower and have a relatively sealed space with settling and removing equipment so as to meet the requirements of dust removal and environmental protection.
S104, grinding the dispersed substances for the first time on the basis of a grinder;
and (3) grinding the dispersed ink for the first time, and before grinding, cleaning the grinding machine to prevent other colors from being polluted, and during grinding, turning on cooling water of a three-roll grinding machine.
S105, performing medium-speed dispersion treatment on the material subjected to the first grinding treatment based on a dispersion machine;
s106, performing secondary grinding treatment based on the grinding machine;
s107, performing dispersion treatment on the substance subjected to the second grinding treatment based on a dispersion machine;
s108, carrying out third grinding treatment based on a grinder;
s109, dispersing the material subjected to the third grinding treatment by a dispersing machine;
the pigment of the ink has thicker particles, and the granularity of the pigment after one-time grinding is still more than 30 microns, so the ink is qualified only after being ground and dispersed for multiple times. The printing ink after primary grinding is placed in a dispersion kettle for medium-speed dispersion at the speed of 800 rpm, the reason for the dispersion is that the oil absorption of phthalocyanine blue is large, part of the pigment is ground once, the viscosity is increased, the overall viscosity is uneven, and the printing ink is better ground after dispersion. The circular grinding and dispersing are carried out for 3 times, if only one set of dispersing agent is used, the first dispersing is carried out by a dispersing machine, the stirring kettle is cleaned, and the secondary, tertiary and more grinding times are not required to be cleaned. And (4) detecting the ink when the flow of the ground ink is uniform and no agglomeration exists.
The rotation speed of the disperser can be set in the low-speed dispersion mode of 300 rpm in the dispersion treatment after the secondary grinding and the tertiary grinding.
S110, judging whether the physicochemical parameters are met, if so, entering S111, and otherwise, entering S108;
the content of the ink inspection comprises the ink granularity, the viscosity and the PH value, and the specific requirements are as follows:
1. particle size less than 5 microns, 2, viscosity 5000 mpa.s-5500 mpa.s range, 2, PH: 6.5.
the used inspection tool is a rotary viscometer, and if the particle fineness is more than 5 mu m, dispersion grinding is carried out until the requirements of physical and chemical parameters are met.

It should be noted that only one grinder and one disperser may be used, and the process shown in fig. 1 may be circulated for grinding and dispersing.
The dispersing machine listed here is a stirring type adjustable rotating speed dispersing machine, and the adjustable range of the dispersing speed is 0 to 1440 rpm.
The three-roller grinder is a grinder with model S260, has good grinding effect and can grind liquids with high viscosity, such as ink, paint and the like.
The printing ink has the advantages of bright color, clear writing, long printing life, long quality guarantee period, fine printing ink granularity, no damage to a printing head and the like, the blue color combination printing ink ribbon is safe and environment-friendly, is widely applied to places such as banks, taxation, customs, postal service and the like, is mainly applied to printing invoice blue combination, blue combination slips of some bills and the like, mainly applied products comprise PB3000II, PR70, PR9, LQ630K and the like, the formula overcomes the defects that the conventional blue color ribbon is not durable to print and has short quality guarantee period, the printing service life of the ink ribbon of the formula is 20 ten thousand per meter under the condition that the ink content is 23 percent, the printing service life of other blue color bands on the market is 15 ten thousand per meter, the freezing point of castor oil is-12 ℃, and the prepared color band ink can be normally used in a high and cold environment and is novel ink for a needle printing type printer.

slowly adding phthalocyanine blue, oil-soluble violet 8#, antioxidant and preservative in a stirring kettle according to mass percentage in the process of stirring at low speed for dispersion treatment;
after the feeding is finished according to the total mass percentage, controlling the stirring kettle to perform high-speed dispersion treatment according to preset time;
grinding the dispersed substances on the basis of a grinder, and then dispersing the substances on the basis of a disperser until the ground ink flows uniformly and does not agglomerate;
detecting the printing ink, detecting whether the printing ink meets physicochemical parameters, packaging and storing the printing ink reaching the physicochemical parameters when the printing ink meets the physicochemical parameters, and continuing dispersing and grinding treatment if the printing ink does not meet the physicochemical parameters, wherein the physicochemical parameters are as follows: viscosity 5000-5500 mpa.s, particle fineness: < 5 μm, pH: 6.4-6.6.
