The invention relates to a manual tool, in particular to a wrench.
Background
At present, the wrenches commonly used in production and life mainly comprise solid wrenches, adjustable wrenches, ratchet wrenches and the like. One end or two ends of the solid wrench are provided with openings with fixed sizes, and one wrench cannot adapt to the working requirements of various specifications, so that the solid wrench can be manufactured into various specifications, and a plurality of complex works need to be carried. The opening width of the adjustable spanner can be adjusted within a certain size range, and bolts or nuts with different specifications can be screwed, but the handle of the conventional adjustable spanner can only rotate by a small angle, so that workpieces can be screwed or unscrewed only by continuous multiple times of rotation. Between two rotations, the spanner needs to be stopped to rotate in the opposite direction, and the common practice is to separate the spanner from the workpiece, and then to put the spanner on the workpiece again for re-rotation. The ratchet handle can simplify the operation, and the wrench can rotate without being separated from a workpiece during rotation, but the size of an opening of a common ratchet wrench is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so that the ratchet handle is very inconvenient. The difficulty is also great if the ratchet mechanism is to be adjustably coupled to the opening.
Disclosure of utility model
The invention aims to solve the problems that an existing adjustable wrench is adjustable in opening, can rotate only by being temporarily separated from a workpiece and is repeatedly sleeved for rotation, and is troublesome to operate and low in efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the wrench comprises a handle portion and a clamping portion, wherein the clamping portion comprises a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, a baffle is integrally connected to the handle portion, the baffle is clamped on the outer side of the first clamping portion, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are connected to enclose a cavity for accommodating a part to be rotated, a first groove body and a first ratchet wheel located in the first groove body are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the cavity, a second ratchet wheel is arranged on the outer side of the clamping portion, a limiting piece is clamped on the second clamping portion, a second groove body is arranged on the end face of the limiting piece, the second groove body is communicated with the side face of the limiting piece, a sliding piece matched with the first ratchet wheel for use to change the size of the cavity is arranged in the second groove body, and a transmission piece matched with the second ratchet wheel for use to achieve positive rotation and negative rotation of the second ratchet wheel is arranged on one side of the handle portion.
The parts to be screwed can be nuts, bolts, screws and nuts. The first clamping part and the second clamping part can be arranged separately or integrally, and when the second clamping part and the first clamping part are arranged separately, the wrench is also suitable for arranging the part to be screwed on the rod-shaped object with infinite length.
When the clamping device is used, the limiting piece is clamped on the second clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are connected to form a cavity. Placing the part to be rotated in the cavity, rotating the limiting piece, and enabling the sliding piece on the limiting piece to be meshed with the first ratchet wheel and move on the first ratchet wheel until the limiting piece contacts with the part to be rotated and fixes the part to be rotated; the handle part is rotated, the handle part acts on the transmission part by external force, and the transmission part drives the second ratchet wheel to rotate, so that the part to be screwed is screwed or unscrewed.
The driving part is matched with the second ratchet wheel, the part to be screwed is screwed or unscrewed by the driving of the handle part, continuous screwing is realized, and the wrench is not required to leave the part to be screwed in the screwing process.
The sliding piece comprises a button, a first spring connected with the button and a first pawl positioned at the end part of the first spring, and the first pawl extends out of the side surface end of the second groove body and is meshed with the first ratchet wheel.
The positive sliding limiting piece, the cavity reduces gradually, when the cavity needs to be enlarged, the button is not put in the center direction of the cavity, the button drives the first pawl, the first pawl is retracted into the second groove body, the limiting piece can slide reversely at this time, the button is loosened, and the position of the limiting piece is fixed.
The second clamping part is provided with a first jack at the outer side of the first ratchet wheel, the limiting part is provided with a first plug matched with the first jack at the corresponding position of the first jack, the first plug is connected with the button, and the limiting part is inserted into or separated from the first jack under the action of the button.
The second clamping part is symmetrically provided with protrusions close to the first clamping part, the protrusions are provided with buckling structures, and one end of the first clamping part, which is close to the second clamping part, is provided with through grooves matched with the buckling structures.
Preferably, the fastening structure comprises a second spring and a clamping piece connected with the second spring, and the clamping piece stretches into or stretches out of the through groove under the action of external force.
The clamping structure is used for fixing the first clamping part and the second clamping part, moving the second clamping part towards the first clamping part until the clamping piece is inserted into the through groove to finish the fixing process of the first clamping part and the second clamping part, when the second clamping part needs to be moved out, the clamping piece is pressed and fixed, the clamping piece drives the second spring to leave the through groove, and the second clamping part can move freely.
The transmission piece comprises a cylinder, a knob is arranged at the top end of the cylinder, a second pawl and a third pawl are sleeved at the bottom end of the cylinder in a crossing manner, a fixing rod is connected to one side of the cylinder, a rotating rod is connected to the other side of the cylinder, a fixing groove is formed in one side, close to the transmission piece, of the handle portion, the fixing rod is located in the fixing groove and moves back and forth in the fixing groove under the action of external force, the rotating rod is located between the second pawl and the third pawl, and the second pawl and the third pawl are meshed with the second ratchet wheel respectively.
When the handle part is required to be pulled clockwise, the knob is rotated clockwise, the fixed rod and the rotating rod rotate along with the fixed rod, the fixed rod is fixed on one side of the fixed groove, the rotating rod props against the second pawl (the third pawl), so that the second pawl (the third pawl) cannot be contacted with the second ratchet, the handle part is pulled clockwise, the third pawl (the second pawl) is meshed with the second ratchet, the handle part can be continuously pulled to carry out screwing or unscrewing operation on the part to be screwed, the part to be screwed does not need to be separated in the pulling process, and the operation efficiency is higher, otherwise, when the handle part is required to be pulled anticlockwise, the knob is rotated anticlockwise, the fixed rod and the rotating rod rotate along with the rotating rod, so that the fixed rod is fixed on the other side of the fixed groove, the rotating rod props against the third pawl (the second pawl), so that the third pawl (the second pawl) cannot be contacted with the second ratchet, the second pawl (the third pawl) is contacted with the second ratchet, the handle part is pulled anticlockwise, and the second pawl (the third pawl) is meshed with the second ratchet, so that the handle part is continuously pulled by the second ratchet, and the handle part can be continuously pulled or unscrewed.
One end of the baffle is hinged with a ring body, a lock catch is arranged at the end part of the ring body, and a lock head matched with the lock catch is arranged at the other end of the baffle.
The ring body, the lock catch and the lock head are arranged to fix the first clamping part and the second clamping part, so that the wrench is more stable in use.
The inner side of the first clamping part is movably provided with a first clamping surface and a second clamping surface.
The movable arrangement means that the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface can move up and down along the first clamping part, and the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface can be separated from the first clamping part to be replaced.
The first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are specially arranged for the smaller part to be screwed, the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are surfaces in contact with the part to be screwed and are used for fixing two surfaces of the part to be screwed, the limiting piece is used for fixing the other surface of the part to be screwed, and the first clamping surface, the second clamping surface and the limiting piece are used for fixing three surfaces of the part to be screwed, so that the stability of the part to be screwed in rotation is guaranteed.
The connecting ends of the first clamping surface, the second clamping surface and the first clamping part are provided with a fourth spring and an insert connected with the fourth spring, one end of the insert, which is far away from the fourth spring, is provided with a smooth curved surface, and the first clamping part is provided with a plurality of third groove bodies matched with the insert for use.
When the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface need to be moved up and down, the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface act upwards or downwards, the plug-in unit leaves one of the third groove bodies and stops when the plug-in unit is at a proper position, the plug-in unit is clamped in the other third groove body, and when the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are used for fixing a part to be screwed, the upper end surfaces of the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are positioned on the same horizontal plane.
By adopting the scheme, the positions of the first clamping surface and the second clamping surface are adjusted, and the problem that the part to be screwed cannot be screwed or unscrewed normally due to suspension caused by undersize of the part to be screwed is avoided.
The upper end face and the lower end face of the second clamping portion are symmetrically provided with first grooves, one side, close to the first clamping portion, of the second clamping portion is provided with second grooves, and the first grooves and the second grooves are used for clamping the limiting pieces.
The first clamping part is fixedly connected with the second clamping part.
The first clamping portion and the second clamping portion may be integrally connected.

Preferably, the second clamping portion is provided with the arch near first clamping portion symmetry, be provided with buckle structure on the arch, the one end that first clamping portion is close to second clamping portion is provided with the logical groove that uses with buckle structure cooperation.
The second clamping part and the limiting piece are respectively connected with the first clamping part through a third spring.
The second clamping part and the limiting piece are connected with the first clamping part through the spring, so that the wrench is suitable for the to-be-screwed part to be arranged on the rod-shaped object with an infinite length, and the phenomenon that the second clamping part and the limiting piece are lost when being detached is avoided.
The first clamping part is provided with a rotating shaft, and the second clamping part is movably connected with the first clamping part through the rotating shaft.
Compared with the prior art, the wrench has the beneficial effects that the wrench can realize the adjustment of the opening size, the screwing or unscrewing operation of the parts to be screwed with different sizes, and the continuous pulling of the parts to be screwed can be realized without leaving the parts to be screwed in the process of pulling the parts to be screwed, so that the working efficiency is improved.

Like fig. 1, 2, a spanner, including handle portion 17 and clamping part, the clamping part includes first clamping part 1 and second clamping part 2, handle portion 17 an organic whole is connected with baffle 37, the outside of first clamping part 1 is located to baffle 37 card, first clamping part 1 and second clamping part 2 enclose into the cavity 3 that holds the part of waiting to revolve, first clamping part 1 inboard activity is provided with first clamping face 4 and second clamping face 5, the number of first clamping face 4 and second clamping face 5 can be not limited to 1, the number of first clamping face 4 and second clamping face 5 can be the same, also can be different. The limiting piece 11 is of an up-down symmetrical structure, when the limiting piece is used, the upper half part or the lower half part of the limiting piece 11 is singly used, the upper half part or the lower half part of the limiting piece 1 is clamped in the first groove 9 and the second groove 10, the same working process as the limiting piece 11 can be completed, the fixing effect of the component to be rotated is achieved, but the limiting piece 11 has the fixing effect at two ends of the component to be rotated, and compared with the single use of the upper half part or the lower half part, the stability of the component to be rotated of the limiting piece 11 is better.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connection ends of the first clamping surface 4 and the second clamping surface 5 with the first clamping portion 1 are provided with a fourth spring 33 and an insert 34 connected with the fourth spring 33, one end of the insert 34 away from the fourth spring 33 is provided with a smooth curved surface, and the first clamping portion 1 is provided with a plurality of third groove bodies 35 matched with the insert 34 in use.
When the first clamping surface 4 and the second clamping surface 5 need to be moved up and down, an upward or downward acting force is applied to the first clamping surface 4 and the second clamping surface 5, the fourth spring 33 is extruded under the action of external force, and the insert 34 is driven to leave the original third groove body 35 until the insert is fixed in the other third groove body 35 at a proper position.
The number of the third grooves 35 may be 2, or may be 3, 4, or even more, and may be set according to the use requirement.
The positions of the first clamping surface 4 and the second clamping surface 5 are adjustable, so that the wrench can be suitable for parts to be screwed with different sizes, and the problem that the undersized parts to be screwed are suspended in the cavity 3 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the sliding member includes a button 19, a first spring 20 connected to the button 19, and a first pawl 21 located at an end of the first spring 20, where the first pawl 21 extends out of a side end of the second slot 12 and engages with the first ratchet 7. When the first pawl 21 is required to slide rightwards, the button 19 is pressed towards the center of the cavity 3, the first pawl 21 is acted by the first spring 20 to return to the second groove body 12, when the limiting piece 11 moves rightwards to a proper position, the button 19 is released, the first pawl 21 is meshed with the first ratchet 7, and the first pawl 21 cannot slide rightwards continuously.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the transmission member 18 includes a cylinder 24, a knob 25 is disposed at the top end of the cylinder 24, a second pawl 26 and a third pawl 27 are disposed at the bottom end of the cylinder 24 in a crossing manner, a fixing rod 28 is connected to one side of the cylinder 24, a rotating rod 29 is connected to the other side of the cylinder 24, a fixing groove 30 is disposed on one side of the handle portion 17 close to the transmission member 18, the fixing rod 28 is disposed in the fixing groove 30 and moves back and forth in the fixing groove 30 under the action of an external force, the rotating rod 29 is disposed between the second pawl 26 and the third pawl 27, the second pawl 26 and the third pawl 27 are engaged with the second ratchet 8, and the second pawl 26 and the third pawl 27 are connected to the handle portion 17 through sixth springs 48.
As shown in fig. 8 and 11, the fastening structure 15 includes a second spring 22 and a clip 23 connected to the second spring 22, where the clip 23 extends into or out of the through slot 16 under the action of an external force.
After the operation of the wrench is finished, the clamping piece 23 needs to be pressed, so that the clamping structure 15 leaves the through groove 16, but when the diameter of a part to be screwed is large, an operator cannot stretch into the cavity 3 to finish the operation, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, a third button 44 is arranged on the side face of the second clamping part 2, a telescopic rod 47 is arranged at the end part of the third button 44, the telescopic rod 47 extends inwards and is fixedly connected with the clamping piece 23, and a fifth spring 45 is sleeved on the telescopic rod 47.
The telescopic rod 47 is fixedly connected with the third button 44, and the telescopic rod 47 reciprocates under the action of the fifth spring 45.
When the clamping device is used, the limiting piece 11 is clamped on the second clamping part 2, then the clamping structure 15 of the second clamping part 2 is fixed in the through groove 16, connection between the first clamping part 1 and the second clamping part 2 is achieved, and at the moment, the first clamping part 1 and the second clamping part 2 enclose a cavity 3 for placing a part to be screwed. Placing the part to be rotated in the cavity 3, fixing two surfaces of the part to be rotated on the first clamping surface 4 and the second clamping surface 5 of the first clamping part 1, rotating the limiting piece 11, and enabling a sliding piece on the limiting piece 11 to be meshed with the first ratchet wheel 7 and move on the first ratchet wheel 7 until the limiting piece 11 contacts with the part to be rotated and fixes the other surface of the part to be rotated, wherein the first clamping surface 4, the second clamping surface 5 and the limiting piece 11 form three surfaces for fixing the part to be rotated, so that the stability of the part to be rotated in the rotating process is ensured; before the handle 17 is rotated, the knob 25 is rotated clockwise (anticlockwise), the fixing rod 28 and the rotating rod 29 are rotated along with each other, the fixing rod 28 is fixed at one end of the fixing groove 30, the rotating rod 29 blocks the second pawl 26 (the third pawl 27) so that the second pawl 26 (the third pawl 27) cannot contact with the second ratchet 8, the third pawl 27 (the second pawl 26) contacts with the second ratchet 8, the handle 17 is rotated clockwise, the third pawl 27 (the second pawl 26) is meshed with the second ratchet 8, the handle 17 can be continuously rotated to screw or unscrew the part to be rotated, the part to be rotated does not need to be separated in the rotating process, and the operation efficiency is higher, otherwise, the anticlockwise rotation of the handle 17 is similar to the clockwise rotation.
When the screwing or unscrewing process of the part to be screwed is finished, the hand stretches into the cavity 3 to press the clamping piece 23, so that the clamping structure 15 is separated from the opening groove 16, or the third button 44 is directly pressed to be released, the third button 44 drives the clamping piece 23 to be separated from the opening groove 16, and the first clamping part 1 and the second clamping part 2 are relatively separated.
Examples
As shown in fig. 14, unlike embodiment 1, one end of the baffle 37 is hinged with a ring 38, the end of the ring 38 is provided with a lock catch 31, and the other end of the baffle 37 is provided with a lock head 32 cooperating with the lock catch 31.
Before the handle 17 is turned, the lock catch 31 of the ring 38 needs to be buckled in the lock head 32 to secondarily fix the part to be screwed, so that the problem that the part to be screwed is suspended in the screwing and unscrewing processes is avoided.
Examples
As shown in fig. 15, unlike in embodiment 2, the second clamping portion 2 and the stopper 11 are connected to the first clamping portion 1 by third springs 36, respectively.
The second clamping part 2 and the limiting piece 11 are connected with the first clamping part 1 through the third spring 36, so that the wrench is still in a mutually connected state when not in use, and the phenomenon that the second clamping part 2 and the limiting piece 11 are lost to influence normal use is avoided.

As shown in fig. 16, unlike in embodiment 2, a rotation shaft 46 is provided to the first clamping portion 1, and the second clamping portion 2 is movably connected to the first clamping portion 1 through the rotation shaft 46.

As shown in fig. 17, 18 and 19, unlike in embodiment 4, the second clamping portion 2 is provided with a first insertion hole 40 at an outer side of the first ratchet 7, and the stopper 11 is provided with a first plug 39 corresponding to the first insertion hole 40 at a corresponding position of the first insertion hole 40, the first plug 39 is connected to the button 19, and is inserted into or separated from the first insertion hole 40 by the button 19.
After the wrench is used, the limiting piece 11 slides to the outermost side along the opposite direction of the handle part 17, and the first plug 39 is inserted into the first insertion hole 40, so that the limiting piece 11 is fixed on the second clamping part 2, and the problem that the limiting piece 11 falls off when the wrench is opened is avoided.
The number of the first jacks 39 may be 1 or more, and in actual use, the first jacks 40 are preferably arranged in an even number, and the even number of the first jacks 40 are symmetrically arranged in pairs.
