Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of fastening tapes, in particular to a manufacturing process of a waterproof moisture-permeable antistatic fastening tape.
Background
In present daily life, the use of thread gluing area is very general, through hair side and the laminating of colluding the face adhesion, and the connection that can be fine gets up, and convenient direct the loosening again simultaneously has greatly made things convenient for people's life.
However, the existing fastening tape is mostly formed by directly attaching a rough surface and a hook surface on the surface of nylon fabric, so that the process flow is complex, the shaping processing is not facilitated, the water resistance is poor, the tape is easy to peel off when being soaked and washed by water, the tape is not conducive to moisture permeation in daily use, the tape is easy to be corroded by sweat, the use stability is poor, the selected material is unreasonable, the performances of the rough surface and the hook surface are affected, and the improvement is needed. In addition, when the conventional common nylon fastening tape is used for matching fastening tapes of working clothes with antistatic requirements, such as firefighter uniform, electrician uniform, oil depot working uniform, laboratory working uniform and the like, the specific resistance is high, static electricity is easy to generate and accumulate, charges are difficult to dissipate, an antistatic function is not provided, and the safety requirement is difficult to meet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a manufacturing process of a waterproof moisture-permeable antistatic fastening tape.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a manufacturing process of a waterproof moisture-permeable antistatic fastening tape is characterized by comprising the following steps:
p1, selecting nylon filaments as raw materials, and making into a blank belt by a ribbon loom;
p2, putting the prepared embryonic band into high-temperature dyeing equipment for dyeing, and adding an antioxidant fading resistant agent into a dyeing agent;
p3, brushing the nylon yarns on the surface of the dyed embryonic band into curly hair by a fluffer, and then carrying out sizing treatment to manufacture a hair-surface embryonic band;
p4, carrying out gluing and sizing treatment on the hook surface of the dyed embryonic band, and then carrying out hook breaking treatment on the hook surface of the nylon monofilament on the surface of the hook surface embryonic band by a hook breaking machine to manufacture a hook surface embryonic band;
p5, preparing a sizing working solution and a solidification solution, pouring the sizing working solution into a liquid storage tank of a sizing machine, and sizing the rough-surface embryonic band and the hook-surface embryonic band through a sizing roller of the sizing machine;
p6, pouring the solidification liquid into a solidification tank, then allowing the hair-side embryonic band and the hook-side embryonic band with the gluing working liquid to pass through the solidification liquid in the solidification tank, and then washing the solidified hair-side embryonic band and the hook-side embryonic band with warm water at 45 ℃;
p7, pre-drying the fastening tape in a pre-dryer;
p8, unfolding the blank belt of the hair side and the blank belt of the hook side, introducing into the perforating machine, and drilling holes on the surfaces of the blank belt of the hair side and the blank belt of the hook side to form moisture permeable holes;
p9, spreading the blank belt which is air-dried and shaped into a perforating machine, and drilling holes on the surface of the blank belt to form moisture permeable holes;
p10, immersing the punched blank belts of the hair side and the hook side into an antistatic agent solution for impregnation, and increasing the conductivity of the blank belts of the hair side and the hook side after the impregnation treatment, so that electrostatic charge leaks in time, the accumulation of surface charges of the blank belts of the hair side and the hook side is avoided, and the temperature is 72 ℃ and the time is 50-55 min;
p11, adding the hair-side embryonic band and the hook-side embryonic band which are subjected to the electrostatic treatment into a dryer for drying treatment;
p12, putting the dried hair-side embryonic band and the dried hook-side embryonic band into a dip dyeing machine, adding the dried hair-side embryonic band and the dried hook-side embryonic band into the water-resistant finishing liquid, soaking for 2 to 3 hours to obtain a water-resistant embryonic band, and then putting the water-resistant embryonic band into a dryer for drying;
p13, performing cutting treatment on a slitting machine according to the required size to obtain the waterproof moisture-permeable fastening tape;
and P14, packaging, and carrying out plastic packaging on the divided rough surface and the hook surface.
In the step P2, the fading resistant agent is phenol fading resistant agent, and the dyeing temperature is 125 ℃.
The gluing working solution in the step P5 is prepared by mixing 90 wt% of PU oily glue and 10 wt% of N.N-dimethylformamide.
The solidification liquid preparation in the step P5 is composed of a solidification liquid prepared by mixing N.N-dimethylformamide and water, and the weight percentage of the formula is as follows:
n, N-dimethylformamide DMF 5-10%, and water 90-95%.
In step P9, the diameter of the moisture permeable holes is 1.1 mm to 1.4 mm, and the transverse and longitudinal arrangement intervals are 8 mm to 10 mm.
The antistatic agent solution in the step P10 comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100-110 parts of deionized water, 20-25 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 7-10 parts of sodium stearate, 6-9 parts of sucrose ester and 5-7 parts of betaine.
The water-resistant finishing liquid in the step P12 is a water-based polyurethane cross-linking agent, and is prepared by reacting a mixture of 40% by weight of HDI trimer, 12% by weight of polyethylene glycol, 30% by weight of dimethylolpropionic acid and 18% by weight of triethylamine at 60-70 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fastening tape is provided with a plurality of moisture permeable holes, so that the fastening tape is favorable for ventilation and perspiration, the erosion of perspiration is reduced, and the stability of the fastening tape is improved; the blank belts of the hair side and the hook side are punched after being manufactured, so that the ventilation effect is good; the conductivity of the fastening tape is increased after the antistatic agent solution dipping treatment, and then the fastening tape is subjected to water-resistant treatment, so that antistatic and water-resistant treatment are performed, the structural stability can be ensured, the water-resistant and antistatic effects are improved, the surface charge accumulation of the fastening tape is avoided, and the antistatic performance of the fastening tape is improved.
