Description

Production process of three-proofing soil-release fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fabric preparation, in particular to a production process of a three-proofing soil-release fabric.
Background
The realization of the textile functionality is favored by the market based on the method of new technology, new raw materials, new finishing, application development and combination matching of new technology, and the concept of fashion, safety, health, environmental protection and special function. The textiles are innovated so as to improve the practical performance of the textiles and the added value of products through functional finishing, thereby improving the performance of the textiles. The finishing agent comprises finishing agents with antibacterial, anti-mite, antistatic, ultraviolet resistance, negative ion far infrared, temperature regulation, color change, microcapsule odor type and the like and composite functional finishing agents thereof, wherein the finishing agent is most popular with three-proofing (waterproof, oil-proofing and antifouling) finishing and easy-to-clean finishing.
Three proofings refer to the ability of the fabric to prevent contamination by water, oil and stains. Generally, three test criteria are identified: water resistance (AATCC-22), oil resistance (AATCC-118) and stain resistance (AATCC-193).
Soil release refers to the ability of a substrate to release soil after it has been stained during a cleaning or wiping process. The substrate here refers primarily to synthetic fibers and also includes plastic surfaces or polymer coatings, such as textiles, carpets, synthetic leather, etc. The easy-to-clean treatment has the function of endowing the treated easy-to-clean surface with stronger stain release capacity, so that the easy-to-clean surface is easier to clean and easy to clean.
Most of the existing functionalities on the market, the existing three-proofing and soil-release textile fabric and the finishing process thereof have the three-proofing function (without soil release) or the soil-release function (hydrophilic and without the three-proofing functions) independently, because the three-proofing and the soil-release are two functions which are contradictory to each other in principle: the three-proofing performance is good, the easy-decontamination performance potential is necessarily weakened, and vice versa. There are also a few products on the market that can achieve the three-proofing and soil release functions, such as japan dajin, and 3M in the united states all have similar products. But are essentially balanced by the sacrifice of some of the performance of each. Therefore, the problems of poor water repellency, oil repellency, easy decontamination effect and low grade exist, so that the requirement of a high-end market is difficult to meet, and finding a balance point of two contradictory parties is a key point.
Another problem is that because the common organosilicon soft finishing agent (including methyl silicone oil, amino modified organosilicon, polyether modified organosilicon, etc.) affects the effect of three-proofing and easy-to-remove dirt finishing, there is a problem that the three-proofing grade of the finished fabric is lower, or the finished fabric has poor hand feeling, so that the requirements of special clothing cannot be met, such as the requirement of a tool on the stiff feeling of the fabric is difficult to meet, or the requirement of common clothing on the softness and smoothness of the fabric is difficult to meet; therefore, the preparation method of the functional fabric capable of solving the contradiction between the three-proofing finishing and the easy-to-clean finishing is needed to meet the actual requirements of the three-proofing and easy-to-clean textile fabric in production and life.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Examples
The production process of the three-proofing soil release fabric comprises a cleaning step and a three-proofing soil release finishing step. The used fabric is polyester-cotton interwoven fabric.
In the washing step, the grey fabric is washed in a washing treatment solution containing a detergent and a fabric protective agent to obtain the fabric without oil stains, dirt and surfactants. In the cleaning treatment liquid, the concentration of the cleaning agent is 2-4 g/L, and the concentration of the fabric protective agent is 1-4 g/L. The cleaning temperature is controlled to be 60-80 ℃; the cleaning time is 20-40 min.
In the cleaning step, the method further comprises the following steps after cleaning by using the cleaning treatment liquid: washing with clear water, adjusting the pH value of the cloth surface to 5-6 after washing with clear water, discharging and drying the cloth, and drying the raw grey cloth at the temperature of 100-120 ℃. The number of times of rinsing with clear water is 2-3, and the rinsing time is 5-15min each time.
In the three-proofing soil-release finishing step, the washed fabric is shaped and baked on a shaping machine, so that the three-proofing soil-release textile fabric is obtained. And during shaping, a three-proofing soil-release finishing solution containing a three-proofing finishing agent, a soil-release finishing agent, a synergist, a hyperbranched polymer, a moisture absorption quick-drying functional finishing agent and a cross-linking agent is used for padding the fabric in a rolling groove of the shaping machine.
The concentration of the three-proofing finishing agent in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution is 60-80 g/L, the concentration of the soil-release finishing agent in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution is 80-120 g/L, the concentration of the synergist in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution is 1-3 g/L, the concentration of the polyester hyperbranched polymer in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution is 3-5g/L, the concentration of the moisture absorption quick-drying functional finishing agent in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution is 20-40g/L, and the concentration of the crosslinking agent in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution is 5-10 g/L.
The three-proofing finishing agent comprises 10-18 parts by mass of octadecyl phenol, 8-13 parts by mass of fluoroalkyl polysiloxane, 5-8 parts by mass of carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-8 parts by mass of urea-formaldehyde resin, 30-40 parts by mass of glycerol, 8-12 parts by mass of trifluoropropyl methyl cyclotrisiloxane, 3-5 parts by mass of fatty alcohol oxyether, 2-5 parts by mass of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 3-5 parts by mass of soluble rare earth chloride.

Figure BDA0002695524940000051
SmartClean. The moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing agent is suitable for polyester and blended fabrics, the fabrics treated by the moisture-absorbing and quick-drying finishing agent have excellent hand feeling, and meanwhile, the polyester fibers and the blended fabrics have excellent hydrophilic, moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing performances.
Figure BDA0002695524940000052
SmartClean can graft hydrophilic groups on the fiber, and endow the polyester fiber with excellent soft hand feeling and hydrophilic performance. The terylene and the blended fabric have good moisture absorption, and the blended fabric has excellent moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance. The terylene and the blended fabric are soft and hydrophilic, and the abrasion, crease and chicken scratch of the fabric are reduced. The fiber is endowed with fluffy characteristic, so that the napped and fluffed products have plumer cold water melting materials, and are convenient to use after being uniformly stirred. And the compatibility is good, and the product can be compounded with other products to form high-concentration products.
The textile can be gradually stained in the using process, once the textile is stained, the dirt is easy to clean under normal washing conditions, and meanwhile, the textile can not adsorb the dirt in the washing liquid and can not be stained again, so that the textile has the property of easy stain removal. The soil adsorbed on the fabric is removed from the fabric, which depends on the surface properties of the fabric, in addition to the washing-related factors. When the dirt is adhered to the surface of the fabric and the fabric is strong, the contact angle of the dirt is 0-90 degrees; and when the contact angle is larger than 90 degrees and gradually increases, the binding force is gradually reduced, and when the contact angle reaches 180 degrees, dirt can be separated from the fabric. In practice, soil removal is achieved by gradually increasing the contact angle to 180 ° so that the soil beads up and leaves the fabric. The soil release capacity of the fiber can be improved by introducing hydrophilic groups to the surface of the nonpolar fiber or by carrying out fiber surface treatment by using a hydrophilic polymer. The soil release finish actually promotes the diffusion of water into the fiber and into the oil-fiber interface, and facilitates the separation of oil from the fiber due to the promotion of the hydration of the interface. The more easily water diffuses, the more easily the oil stain falls off. The water diffusion depends on the swelling capacity of the soil release capacity, and the swelling capacity is derived from the chemical property, the hydrophilicity, the crosslinking degree, the water washing temperature and the like. Of course, after entering water, a certain mechanical acting force is needed for the oil stain rolling beads to leave. In general, increased hydrophilicity of the fibers accelerates water penetration and facilitates soil removal.
The hyperbranched polymer comprises hyperbranched polyester quaternary ammonium salt, hyperbranched polyester polyol and hyperbranched amine polymer, and in the embodiment, the three hyperbranched polymers are prepared according to the following ratio of 1: 1: 1, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1. Due to the ester group, the polyester fiber can be well combined with polyester fiber. More branch chains can be combined with the fiber surface to form an accommodating space, and the three-proofing finishing agent and the soil-release finishing agent can be well fixed on the fiber surface.
Soluble rare earth chloride in the three-proofing finishing agent interacts with the hyperbranched polymer, so that octadecyl phenol, fluoroalkyl polysiloxane, carboxymethyl cellulose and urea-formaldehyde resin can be effectively contacted with fibers well.
Furthermore, the hyperbranched polymer also comprises hyperbranched unsaturated polyester, in particular hyperbranched polyester quaternary ammonium salt, hyperbranched polyester polyol, hyperbranched amine polymer and hyperbranched unsaturated polyester according to the ratio of 1: 1: 1: 1, and mixing the components in a ratio of 1.
Furthermore, in the three-proofing soil-release finishing step, a three-proofing softening agent is further included in the three-proofing soil-release finishing solution so as to obtain the three-proofing soil-release textile fabric with ultra-soft hand feeling. The concentration of the three-proofing softening agent in the three-proofing soil release finishing solution is 20-30 g/L.
Comparative example 1
The three-proofing soil release finish used in this comparative example was from great Japan, and no hyperbranched polymer was used.
Comparative example No. two
The three-proofing soil release finish used in this comparative example was from 3M company, USA, and no hyperbranched polymer was used.
The three-proofing soil release fabric prepared in the embodiment, the first comparative example and the second comparative example is tested, and the base structure is as follows:
