Background
Artificial respiration is an important component of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and artificial respiration can ensure oxygen supply of a patient body, so that important organs are prevented from being damaged due to oxygen deficiency. Currently common methods of artificial respiration include mouth-to-mouth breathing and mouth-to-nose breathing. Among them, mouth-to-mouth breathing is the most common and effective method in case of hospitals without artificial respiration aids or in the field. However, since the rescuer is in direct mouth-to-mouth contact with the patient, not only is the disease easily transmitted, but also the health of the rescuer is threatened.
At present, the common isolation measure is to adopt a disposable CPR barrier disinfection mask, when in use, the disinfection mask is spread on the face of a patient, and the middle ventilation isolation opening or the one-way valve is aligned with the mouth of the patient and then the patient is rescued by an oral-to-oral artificial respiration method. Although the disinfection mask is convenient to carry and has disinfection components, secretion or body fluid of a patient can still contact a rescuer through the disinfection mask, and the rescuer easily leaks by side in the expiration. Chinese patent document CN 107982617 a discloses an artificial respiration device for avoiding air leakage during artificial respiration, which comprises a ring-shaped air-filled hollow column, wherein an air-blowing mechanism for blowing air into the air-filled hollow column is arranged on the air-filled hollow column, one end of the air-filled hollow column is connected with a sealing bag for being inserted into the mouth of a person to be rescued to avoid air leakage, and the sealing bag is communicated with the air-filled hollow column. The scheme also has the advantages of convenient carrying and gas leakage prevention, but the sealing bag can not adapt to the mouth shapes of all patients, and the blowing process of the inflatable hollow column by the blowing mechanism needs to take a long time before use. Secondly, during use, the rescuer also needs to free one hand to ensure that the breathing apparatus is more stably secured to the patient's mouth.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a portable isolating cover for artificial respiration, which can reduce the probability of expiratory leakage of a rescuer and help to enable the lower jaw of the rescuer to be in a raised state so as to ensure the smoothness of an airway.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the portable isolating cover for artificial respiration comprises a mouth covering part, wherein an air blowing pipeline is arranged on the mouth covering part, an air inlet end of the air blowing pipeline is positioned on the outer side of the mouth covering part, an air outlet end of the air blowing pipeline is positioned on the inner side of the mouth covering part, a one-way valve is arranged in the air blowing pipeline, a mandible covering part is arranged on the inner side of the mouth covering part, so that a mandible cover is formed, and the mouth covering part and the mandible covering part are made of elastic materials.
The invention concept created by the invention is as follows: a mandible cover is formed on the inner side of the mouth covering part, the mandible cover is elastically covered on the mandible of the person to be rescued, so that the mouth covering part is in a state of being attached to the skin of the mouth of the person to be rescued, and when the person to be rescued blows air from the air blowing pipeline, the blown air is not easy to leak. In order to stably cover the mandible of the rescued person, the palm of the rescued person needs to be attached to the mandible cover, the roots of the middle finger and the index finger of the rescued person are placed at the air blowing pipeline, the palm and the roots of the fingers are pushed towards the nose of the rescued person at the same time, and the action is beneficial to lifting the mandible of the rescued person so as to ensure the smoothness of an air passage.
The middle finger and the index finger of the rescuer can also simultaneously complete the action of clamping the nose of the rescued person, thereby achieving the purpose of simultaneously completing the fixation of the isolation cover and the control of the opening and closing of the nostrils by one hand. After the rescuer finishes expiration, the two fingers clamping the nose are opened at the two sides to ensure that the nostrils are unblocked, and before the second expiration, the two fingers are clamped.
Between the mouth of the rescuer and the mouth of the rescued person, the isolation of the mouth covering part and the isolation of the palm of the rescuer are provided, so that the psychological barrier of the rescuer can be better overcome, and the rescue operation can be favorably carried out by the rescuer in a full-circle manner.
As a refinement, the mouth covering portion and the lower jaw covering portion are integrally molded by latex. The latex has certain elasticity and higher comfort.
As an improvement, two sides of the mandible cover are respectively provided with a section of slit, and the slits are positioned at the upper part of the joint of the mouth covering part and the mandible covering part. If the head shape of the person to be saved is small, the slit enables the upper part of the mouth covering part not to completely cover the nostrils of the person to be saved.
As a modification, the air inlet end of the air blowing pipeline is exposed to the outer surface of the mouth covering part by 4-5 cm. The air inlet end of the air blowing pipeline needs to provide a length for clamping fingers, and also needs to ensure that the air blowing pipeline has enough length for a rescuer to blow after being bitten by the mouth.
As an improvement, the air outlet end of the air blowing pipeline is flat. The end part of the air outlet end is arranged between the teeth of the rescued person, so that the mouth of the rescued person is in a slightly opened state, and the artificial respiration is convenient.
As an improvement, the bottom of the lower jaw cover is in a circular arc shape. The rounded bottom portion facilitates the fit with the lower jaw of the person being saved.
As an improvement, the blower line is detachably mounted on the mouth covering portion. When the mouth covering part is stored, the air blowing pipeline and the mouth covering part are in a split state, so that the mouth covering part is convenient to carry.
In conclusion, the invention has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient use, can simultaneously complete the fixation of the isolation cover and the control of the opening and closing of the nostrils by one hand, can also reduce the probability of expiratory leakage of a rescuer, and is beneficial to enabling the mandible of the rescued person to be in a raised state so as to ensure the smoothness of the airway.
Detailed Description
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the portable artificial respiration mask according to the present invention includes a mouth covering part 10 and a chin covering part 30, and the mouth covering part 10 and the chin covering part 30 are integrally formed of latex. The mouth covering part 10 and the chin covering part 30 may be made of other elastic materials. The chin cover portion 30 is positioned inside the mouth cover portion 10, and an upper edge of the mouth cover portion 10 is 2-3 cm higher than an upper edge of the chin cover portion 30. The chin cover portion 30 and the mouth cover portion 10 form a chin cup 40. The lower jaw cover 40 has a circular arc-shaped bottom, and when in use, the lower jaw cover 40 elastically covers the lower jaw of the person to be saved. A slit 50 is formed on each side of the chin cover 40, and the slit 50 is located at an upper portion where the mouth covering portion 10 and the chin covering portion 30 are connected.
An air blowing pipeline 20 is arranged at the upper part of the mouth covering part 10, the air inlet end of the air blowing pipeline 20 is positioned at the outer side of the mouth covering part 10, and the air outlet end of the air blowing pipeline 20 is positioned at the inner side of the mouth covering part 10. The air inlet end of the air blowing pipeline 20 is cylindrical, the air inlet end of the air blowing pipeline 20 is exposed out of the outer surface of the mouth covering part 10 by 4-5 cm, and the air inlet end is used for blowing air for rescuers. The air outlet end of the air blowing pipeline 20 is flat, the air outlet end of the air blowing pipeline 20 is exposed out of the outer surface of the mouth covering part 10 by 3-5 cm, and the air outlet end is clamped between the upper and lower teeth of the rescued person when in use.
