Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides paper mulberry paper and a processing method thereof, wherein the processing method is simple in process and low in cost, and the obtained paper mulberry paper is flexible, fine and smooth, high in strength, good in ink-wetting property and durability, and can meet the use requirements of writing and drawing paper.
The invention provides a processing method of paper mulberry paper, which comprises the following steps:
S1, cleaning, wringing and picking the steamed and bleached papermulberry barks to obtain papermulberry barks dry pulp;
s2, mixing the dry paper mulberry bark pulp, warm water at 60-65 ℃ and a surfactant, pulping, standing, and cleaning with clear water to obtain raw material pulp;
S3, naturally controlling water of the raw material slurry, adding the raw material slurry into a papermaking groove filled with water, adding a dispersing agent solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain papermaking slurry;
S4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, namely, directly splashing the papermaking slurry after the papermaking slurry is lifted up in the first time of papermaking, namely, shaking the papermaking slurry for 25-30 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted up in the second time of papermaking, shaking the papermaking slurry for 20-25 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted up in the third time of papermaking, shaking the papermaking slurry for 15-20 times left and right, shaking the papermaking slurry for 15-20 times back and forth, and splashing the rest papermaking slurry;
s5, orderly loading the obtained wet paper into a paper pressing machine for pressing paper, and drying to obtain the paper mulberry paper.
Preferably, in S1, the washing is carried out in a water tank, the size of the water tank is 120cm multiplied by 80cm multiplied by 70cm, the inner surface and the outer surface of the water tank are tiled, wood grids are arranged at the bottom, gauze is paved on the wood grids, paper mulberry bark fibers are blocked on the gauze when the washing is finished, and 25-35kg paper mulberry bark is washed by one tank of water.
Preferably, in S2, the beating time is 30-50 minutes, the standing time is 20-45 minutes, the cleaning time is 30-80 minutes, the rotating speed of beating equipment is 80-90r/min in the beating process, and the rotating speed of equipment is 100-110r/min in the cleaning process.
Preferably, the beating time is 40 minutes, the standing time is 30 minutes, and the cleaning time is 60 minutes.
Preferably, in S2, the weight of the surfactant is 8-15wt% of the dry paper mulberry bark pulp, and 20-35kg of the dry paper mulberry bark pulp is mixed with each cubic meter of warm water.
Preferably, the weight of the surfactant is 10wt% of the weight of the dry paper mulberry bark pulp, and each cubic meter of warm water is mixed with 25kg of the dry paper mulberry bark pulp.
Preferably, the surfactant is surfactant OP-9.
Preferably, in S2, warm water at 60-65 ℃ is injected into pulping equipment, papermulberry bark dry pulp is added, surfactant is added, pulping is carried out continuously for 40 minutes, standing is carried out for 30 minutes, and clean water is used for cleaning for 60 minutes, so as to obtain raw material pulp.
Preferably, in S3, the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.3-0.4kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 100-110 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2.
Preferably, the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.375kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 105 times of the weight of the dry paper mulberry bark pulp in S2.
Preferably, in S4, the first papermaking step is performed by pouring off the papermaking slurry within 2 seconds after the papermaking step is performed.
Preferably, in S5, the obtained wet paper is placed into a paper press for the next day and then put into the paper press neatly, the large plate is pressed and pressed for 40-80 minutes, and then the wet paper is automatically pressed for 12-20 minutes by a cylinder hydraulic device.
Preferably, the large plate is pressed against and squeezed out of the water for 60 minutes, and then automatically pressed by a cylinder hydraulic device for 15 minutes.

The invention also provides paper mulberry paper, which is processed by adopting the processing method of the paper mulberry paper.
Preferably, the volume of water injected in the beating apparatus during the injection of warm water at 60-65 ℃ is two thirds of the volume of the beating apparatus.
Preferably, in S4, the method further comprises paying-off cover paper, that is, placing a thread on the wet paper which is previously made, and placing the wet paper which is subsequently made.
Preferably, in S2, the cleaning is performed while beating in a beating device, wherein the beating device is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, and the cleaning is performed while adding clear water into the beating device to perform beating cleaning and discharging the same amount of cleaned water.
In the invention, the paper making is manual paper making, and during the paper making process, the front and back and left and right are relative to the paper machine, the front and back are along the front and back direction of the paper machine, and the left and right are along the left and right direction of the paper machine.
The picking of the papermulberry bark refers to picking of yellow stems, sundries, crystals and fake bark on the papermulberry bark.
In the processing method of the paper mulberry paper, a specific surfactant is added in the pulping process, and the pulping and papermaking processes are controlled, so that the paper mulberry paper is oilless, has stronger fiber toughness, pure and tough paper, white and smooth color, uniform structure, strong tensile force, good water absorption, no corrosion and moth resistance, fluency in writing, good painting and drawing, good color retention, suitability for painting, drawing, decoration and mounting, no blurring and dyeing, ink absorption and no fading, wide application and high value.

S2, continuously pulping the dried papermulberry bark pulp, warm water at 65 ℃ and a surfactant for 50 minutes, standing for 20 minutes, and cleaning with clear water for 40 minutes to obtain raw material pulp, wherein the rotating speed of pulping equipment is 80r/min in the pulping process, and the rotating speed of equipment is 110r/min in the cleaning process, wherein the weight of the surfactant is 15wt% of the weight of the dried papermulberry bark pulp, and the warm water at 65 ℃ per cubic meter is mixed with 20kg of the dried papermulberry bark pulp;
S3, naturally controlling water of the raw material pulp, adding the raw material pulp into a papermaking groove filled with water, adding a dispersing agent solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain papermaking pulp, wherein the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.3kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 110 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2;
S4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, namely, directly splashing the papermaking slurry after the papermaking slurry is lifted up in the first time of papermaking, namely, shaking the papermaking slurry for 30 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted up in the second time of papermaking, shaking the papermaking slurry for 20 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted up in the third time of papermaking, shaking the papermaking slurry for 20 times left and right, shaking the papermaking slurry for 15 times back and forth, and splashing the rest papermaking slurry;
S5, placing the obtained wet paper into a paper pressing machine for pressing and drying, and then obtaining the papermulberry paper.
Example 3
A method for processing paper mulberry paper, comprising the following steps:
S1, cleaning, wringing and picking the steamed and bleached papermulberry barks to obtain papermulberry barks dry pulp, wherein the cleaning is carried out in a water tank, the size of the water tank is 120cm multiplied by 80cm multiplied by 70cm, ceramic tiles are attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the water tank, wood grids are arranged at the bottom, gauze is paved on the wood grids, and the papermulberry barks fibers are blocked on the gauze when the cleaning is finished and water is discharged;
S2, continuously pulping the dried papermulberry bark pulp, warm water at 62 ℃ and a surfactant for 50 minutes, standing for 45 minutes, and cleaning with clear water for 80 minutes to obtain raw material pulp, wherein the rotating speed of pulping equipment is 90r/min in the pulping process, and the rotating speed of the equipment is 100r/min in the cleaning process, wherein the weight of the surfactant is 8wt% of the weight of the dried papermulberry bark pulp, and the warm water per cubic meter is mixed with 35kg of the dried papermulberry bark pulp, and the surfactant is a surfactant OP-9;
S3, adding raw material pulp into a raw material groove, naturally controlling water, adding the raw material pulp into a papermaking groove filled with water, and adding a dispersing agent solution to uniformly stir to obtain papermaking pulp, wherein the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.4kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 100 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2;
S4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, namely, the first time of papermaking is to splash away the papermaking slurry within 2 seconds after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the second time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry back and forth for 26 times, the third time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry back and forth for 20 times, shake the papermaking slurry left and right for 18 times, shake the papermaking slurry back and forth for 17 times, and splash away the rest papermaking slurry;
s5, placing the obtained wet paper into a paper pressing machine for the next day, pressing a large plate, squeezing water for 40 minutes, then automatically pressing for 20 minutes by using a cylinder hydraulic device, drying, checking and packaging to obtain the paper mulberry paper, wherein the checking process comprises the steps of checking each paper with a pair of light, checking whether foreign matters and yellow stems exist, checking whether four sides are orderly, whether the four sides are concave-convex and crumple, and allowing the weight of each paper to deviate by 1g up and down, and the packaging process comprises the steps of packaging a plastic bag for each 100 papers, placing product labels for each bag, packaging a box for each 10 papers, and flatly packaging.
Example 4
A method for processing paper mulberry paper, comprising the following steps:
S1, cleaning, wringing and picking the steamed and bleached papermulberry barks to obtain papermulberry barks dry pulp, wherein the cleaning is carried out in a water tank, the size of the water tank is 120cm multiplied by 80cm multiplied by 70cm, ceramic tiles are attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the water tank, wood grids are arranged at the bottom, gauze is paved on the wood grids, and papermulberry barks fibers are blocked on the gauze when the cleaning is finished and water is discharged;
S2, continuously pulping the dried papermulberry bark pulp, warm water at 63 ℃ and a surfactant for 45 minutes, standing for 28 minutes, and cleaning with clear water for 30 minutes to obtain raw material pulp, wherein the rotating speed of pulping equipment is 85r/min in the pulping process, and the rotating speed of equipment is 105r/min in the cleaning process, wherein the weight of the surfactant is 12wt% of the weight of the dried papermulberry bark pulp, and each cubic meter of warm water is mixed with 28kg of dried papermulberry bark pulp, and the surfactant is a surfactant OP-9;
S3, adding raw material pulp into a raw material groove, naturally controlling water, adding the raw material pulp into a papermaking groove filled with water, and adding a dispersing agent solution to uniformly stir to obtain papermaking pulp, wherein the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.32kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 103 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2;
s4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, namely, the first time of papermaking is to splash away the papermaking slurry within 2 seconds after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the second time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry for 25 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the third time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry for 25 times back and forth, 18 times left and right, 18 times back and forth, and the rest of papermaking slurry is to splash away;
S5, placing the obtained wet paper into a paper pressing machine for the next day, pressing the large board, squeezing water for 80 minutes, automatically pressing for 12 minutes by using a cylinder hydraulic device, and drying to obtain the paper mulberry paper.

S2, continuously pulping the dried papermulberry bark pulp, warm water at 61 ℃ and a surfactant for 38 minutes, standing for 34 minutes, and cleaning with clear water for 55 minutes to obtain raw material pulp, wherein the rotating speed of pulping equipment is 84r/min in the pulping process, and the rotating speed of the equipment is 108r/min in the cleaning process, wherein the weight of the surfactant is 11wt% of the weight of the dried papermulberry bark pulp, and each cubic meter of warm water is mixed with 24kg of the dried papermulberry bark pulp, and the surfactant is a surfactant OP-9;
S3, adding raw material pulp into a raw material groove, naturally controlling water, adding the raw material pulp into a papermaking groove filled with water, and adding a dispersing agent solution into the papermaking groove and uniformly stirring to obtain papermaking pulp, wherein the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.38kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 102 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2;
S4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, namely, the first time of papermaking is to splash away the papermaking slurry within 2 seconds after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the second time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry for 25 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the third time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry for 25 times back and forth, shake the papermaking slurry for 15 times left and right, shake the papermaking slurry for 20 times back and forth, and splash away the rest papermaking slurry;

S2, injecting warm water at the temperature of 63 ℃ into pulping equipment, adding a surface active agent, continuously pulping for 40 minutes, standing for 30 minutes, and cleaning with clear water for 60 minutes to obtain raw material pulp, wherein the rotating speed of the pulping equipment is 85r/min in the pulping process, and the rotating speed of the equipment is 105r/min in the cleaning process, wherein the weight of the surface active agent is 10wt% of the weight of the dry paper mulberry pulp, the warm water per cubic meter is mixed with 25kg of the dry paper mulberry pulp, and the surface active agent is surface active agent OP-9;
S3, adding raw material pulp into a raw material groove, naturally controlling water, adding the raw material pulp into a papermaking groove filled with water, and adding a dispersing agent solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain papermaking pulp, wherein the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.375kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 105 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2;
S4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, namely, the first time of papermaking is to splash away the papermaking slurry within 2 seconds after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the second time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry for 28 times back and forth after the papermaking slurry is lifted, the third time of papermaking is to shake the papermaking slurry for 20 times back and forth, 20 times left and right, 15 times back and forth, and the rest of papermaking slurry is to splash away;
S5, the obtained wet paper is orderly put into a paper pressing machine, a large plate is pressed, water is squeezed for 60 minutes, then a cylinder hydraulic device is used for automatically pressing for 15 minutes, drying, checking and packaging are carried out, the checking process comprises the steps of checking whether foreign matters and yellow stems exist on each piece of paper, whether the four sides are orderly, whether the four sides are concave-convex and crumpled, the weight of each piece of paper allows 1g of deviation up and down, the packaging process comprises the steps of packaging a plastic bag for each 100 pieces of paper, placing a product label for each bag, packaging a box for each 10 bags of paper, and flatly packaging.
