1. A method for processing paper mulberry paper, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
S1, cleaning, wringing and picking the steamed and bleached papermulberry barks to obtain papermulberry barks dry pulp;
S2, mixing the papermulberry bark dry pulp, warm water at 60-65 ℃ and a surfactant, pulping, standing, and cleaning with clear water to obtain raw material pulp, wherein the pulping time is 30-50 minutes, the standing time is 20-45 minutes, the cleaning time is 30-80 minutes, the rotating speed of pulping equipment is 80-90r/min in the pulping process, the rotating speed of the equipment is 100-110r/min in the cleaning process, the weight of the surfactant is 8-15wt% of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp, each cubic meter of warm water is mixed with 20-35kg of the papermulberry bark dry pulp, and the surfactant is surfactant OP-9;
s3, naturally controlling water of the raw material pulp, adding the raw material pulp into a papermaking groove filled with water, adding a dispersing agent solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain papermaking pulp, wherein the concentration of the dispersing agent solution is 0.3-0.4 kg/m 3, and the weight of the dispersing agent solution is 100-110 times of the weight of the papermulberry bark dry pulp in S2;
S4, manually papermaking the papermaking slurry to obtain wet paper, wherein the papermaking comprises three times of papermaking, the papermaking slurry is directly splashed within 2 seconds after being beaten up in the first time of papermaking, the papermaking slurry is rocked for 25-30 times back and forth after being beaten up in the second time of papermaking, the papermaking slurry is rocked for 20-25 times back and forth after being beaten up in the third time of papermaking, the papermaking slurry is rocked for 15-20 times left and right, and the rest of papermaking slurry is splashed off after being rocked for 15-20 times back and forth;
s5, orderly loading the obtained wet paper into a paper pressing machine for pressing paper, and drying to obtain the paper mulberry paper.

The method for processing paper mulberry paper according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the washing is carried out in a water tank, the size of the water tank is 120cm multiplied by 80cm multiplied by 70cm, the inner surface and the outer surface of the water tank are tiled, wood grids are arranged at the bottom, gauze is paved on the wood grids, paper mulberry bark fibers are blocked on the gauze when the washing is finished and water is discharged, and the paper mulberry bark is washed by water in a tank of 25-35 kg.
