技术领域
本发明涉及涂层织物技术领域,具体为水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂。
背景技术
涂层织物可广泛用于帐篷、雨披、篷盖布等户外用品,因使用条件恶劣,很容易损坏,消耗量大,因此在涂层织物的外表面一般会涂覆保护涂层,一般使用以溶剂型聚氨酯为主的涂层剂,但是溶剂型聚氨酯涂层剂的缺点是有机溶剂的大量挥发,不仅造成能源的浪费,同时会污染环境,危害人体健康,水性涂层剂是另一种涂层剂,由于因耐水压远不及溶剂型涂层剂,而一直没有得到很好的应用,因此亟需一种高耐水压的水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂。
技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,所述涂层剂由以下份量原料组成:
优选的,所述涂层剂的制备步骤如下:
S1向烧瓶内加入聚酯二醇、二聚酸聚酯二元醇、氢化MDI和N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至75-85℃,控制反应时间为1-2小时;
S2向烧瓶内加入二羟甲基丁酸和N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至75-85℃,继续反应4-5小时;
S3将反应产品放入乳化釜内,加入三乙胺和去离子水进行分散乳化,再加入异佛尔酮二胺,搅拌反应25-35分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
S4向水性聚氨酯乳液内加入增稠剂和交联剂,搅拌,过滤,得到水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
优选的,所述增稠剂为水性增稠剂、碱溶胀缔合型增稠剂、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂中的一种或者两种混合物。
优选的,所述交联剂包括但不限于过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰和二叔丁基过氧化物。
有益效果
本发明提供了水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,具备以下有益效果:
(1)通过聚碳酸酯二醇和二聚酸聚酯二元醇作为和合成原料来制备水性聚氨酯乳液,可提高聚氨酯乳液的成膜性,由于聚碳酸酯的极性较大,内聚能密度大,成膜抗拉伸强度大,使得该涂层剂能够达到较高的耐水压,由于二聚酸聚酯的侧链上的长链烷烃提供了极强的疏水环境,酯键得到有效保护,从而提高了该涂层剂的耐水解性能;
(2)本发明所提供的涂层剂可达到同类溶剂型涂层胶水平,而且具有安全环保,操作方便等优势,同时具有良好的耐寒性、耐磨性、耐水压和耐水解性能,具有广阔的市场前景,利于推广使用。

实施例1
本发明提供了水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,所述涂层剂的制备步骤如下:
S1向烧瓶内加入25份聚酯二醇、30份二聚酸聚酯二元醇、4份氢化MDI和2.7份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至75℃,控制反应时间为1小时;
S2向烧瓶内加入1份二羟甲基丁酸和0.3份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至75℃,继续反应4小时;
S3将反应产品放入乳化釜内,加入0.1份三乙胺和30份去离子水进行分散乳化,再加入0.2份异佛尔酮二胺,搅拌反应25分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
S4向水性聚氨酯乳液内加入0.5份水性增稠剂和1份过氧化二异丙苯,搅拌,过滤,得到水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
实施例2
本发明提供了水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,所述涂层剂的制备步骤如下:
S1向烧瓶内加入30份聚酯二醇、35份二聚酸聚酯二元醇、6份氢化MDI和3.5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至80℃,控制反应时间为1.5小时;
S2向烧瓶内加入2份二羟甲基丁酸和0.5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至80℃,继续反应4.5小时;
S3将反应产品放入乳化釜内,加入0.2份三乙胺和35份去离子水进行分散乳化,再加入0.4份异佛尔酮二胺,搅拌反应30分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
S4向水性聚氨酯乳液内加入1份碱溶胀缔合型增稠剂和2份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌,过滤,得到水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
实施例3
本发明提供了水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,所述涂层剂的制备步骤如下:
S1向烧瓶内加入35份聚酯二醇、40份二聚酸聚酯二元醇、8份氢化MDI和4.5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至85℃,控制反应时间为2小时;
S2向烧瓶内加入3份二羟甲基丁酸和0.5份N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至85℃,继续反应5小时;
S3将反应产品放入乳化釜内,加入0.3份三乙胺和40份去离子水进行分散乳化,再加入0.6份异佛尔酮二胺,搅拌反应35分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
S4向水性聚氨酯乳液内加入1.5份聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂和3份二叔丁基过氧化物,搅拌,过滤,得到水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
结合上述三个实施例以及常规涂层剂进行实验对比,实验数据如下:
综上所述,本发明所提供的水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,涂刮性能稳定,可达到较高耐水压,同时具有良好的耐寒性、耐磨性、耐水解性,可满足户外用品的应用需求。

S1向烧瓶内加入聚酯二醇、二聚酸聚酯二元醇、氢化MDI和N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至75-85℃,控制反应时间为1-2小时;
S2向烧瓶内加入二羟甲基丁酸和N-甲基吡咯烷酮,搅拌升温至75-85℃,继续反应4-5小时;
S3将反应产品放入乳化釜内,加入三乙胺和去离子水进行分散乳化,再加入异佛尔酮二胺,搅拌反应25-35分钟,制得水性聚氨酯乳液;
S4向水性聚氨酯乳液内加入增稠剂和交联剂,搅拌,过滤,得到水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为水性增稠剂、碱溶胀缔合型增稠剂、聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂中的一种或者两种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯纺织涂层剂,其特征在于,所述交联剂包括但不限于过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰和二叔丁基过氧化物。
