Technical Field

Background
In recent years, with the diversified demands of product cigarette specifications and cigarette packet specifications in the cigarette market, the variety and the number of domestic special-shaped packaging machines are gradually increased. Especially, with the development of diversified market specifications of medium-fine cigarette products in China, the requirements on the quality of cigarettes of the medium-fine cigarette products in the market are higher. The cigarette shunt conveying device of the packing machine with normal specifications can not well meet the conveying requirement of medium-fine cigarette products.
The existing cigarette shunt conveying device is used on middle fine-count packaging machine equipment to often cause quality problems such as cigarette contact, cigarette flattening, cigarette wrinkling and the like, so that falling conveying and cigarette composition of cigarettes are affected, the outage rate of a cigarette conveying part of the equipment is high, the equipment is unstable in operation, and certain risks exist in product quality.

The first plate portion 41 and the third plate portion 51 are flat plates arranged vertically, and the second plate portion 42 and the fourth plate portion 52 are bent plates having a substantially C-shape.
The first side plate 40 and the second side plate 50 are arranged opposite to each other, and in the second conveying section 12, the distance between the first side plate 40 and the second side plate 50 increases gradually in a direction away from the first conveying section 11, and then remains unchanged. In the third conveying section 13, the distance between the first side plate 40 and the second side plate 50 gradually decreases in a direction away from the first conveying section 11.
