Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a disk-shaped wok stand, the top surface of which has a plurality of circles of first platforms 111 and a plurality of circles of first slopes 112 (similar to the side surface of a frustum, see fig. 4), wherein the first slopes 112 are inclined upward from inside to outside, and at least one circle of first platforms 111 is located between two circles of first slopes 112, so that not only can the flue gas be smoothly discharged upward and inclined outward along the top surface of the disk-shaped wok stand, but also the arrangement of the first platforms 111 is beneficial to the aggregation of combustion heat energy air groups, and reduces the flow rate of the high temperature flue gas, thereby prolonging the heat exchange time between the high temperature flue gas and the wok bottom, and thus reducing the heat exchange loss; in addition, the first platform 111 and the first slope 112 can reflect the heat energy of the flame above the dish-shaped wok stand to the bottom of the wok, wherein the first platform 111 has better reflection effect than the first slope 112, so that the heat radiation loss is reduced.
Therefore, the disc-shaped pot frame provided by the embodiment can reduce heat loss and is convenient for improving the combustion heat utilization rate.
