1. A herbal pieces-drying sterilization integrated device, its characterized in that includes: a drying device, a sterilizing device and a detecting device;
the drying device comprises a drying cavity and a microwave generator, wherein the microwave generator is arranged at the upper part of the drying cavity;
the sterilization device comprises a sterilization cavity, a radio frequency generator, an upper polar plate, a lower polar plate and a hot air device, wherein the radio frequency generator is arranged at the upper part of the sterilization cavity, the upper polar plate is arranged at the upper position in the sterilization cavity, the lower polar plate and the upper polar plate are correspondingly arranged at the lower position in the sterilization cavity, the upper polar plate and the lower polar plate are both connected with the radio frequency generator, and the hot air device is arranged at the lower part of the sterilization cavity;
the detection device is used for detecting a drying result and/or a sterilization result.

The integrated drying and sterilizing device for herbal pieces-prepared for chinese traditional medicine according to claim 1, wherein the drying device further comprises a dehumidifying fan and a first temperature sensor, the microwave generator and the dehumidifying fan are installed on the upper portion of the drying chamber, the first temperature sensor is installed inside the drying chamber, and a window is provided on the side of the drying chamber.
3. The integrated drying and sterilizing device for Chinese herbal pieces according to claim 1, wherein the sterilizing device further comprises a second temperature sensor installed inside the sterilizing chamber, and a window is disposed on a side surface of the sterilizing chamber.

The integrated drying and sterilizing device for Chinese herbal pieces according to claim 1, wherein the detecting device comprises a detecting cavity and an infrared probe, the infrared probe is mounted on the detecting cavity, and the infrared probe is an infrared diffuse reflection type probe.

The integrated drying and sterilizing device for Chinese herbal pieces according to claim 1, wherein the drying device comprises four sets of microwave generators, and the four sets of microwave generators are all arranged on the upper part of the drying chamber and are distributed in parallel and uniformly.
6. The integrated drying and sterilizing device for Chinese herbal pieces according to claim 5, wherein 915MHz low-frequency microwaves are selected as each group of microwave generators.
7. The integrated drying and sterilizing device for Chinese herbal pieces according to claim 1, wherein the RF generator is 27.12 MHz.
8. The integrated drying and sterilizing device for Chinese herbal pieces according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a feeding device, a discharging device, a conveying device and a control device;
the feeding device comprises a feeding hopper, and the discharging device comprises a discharging hopper;
the feed hopper, the drying cavity, the detection cavity, the sterilization cavity and the discharge hopper are sequentially arranged in front and back;
the conveying device comprises a variable frequency motor and a conveying belt, the variable frequency motor is used for controlling the speed of the conveying belt, and the conveying device is used for conveying materials among the feeding hopper, the drying cavity, the detection cavity, the sterilization cavity and the discharging hopper;
the control system is electrically connected with the feeding device, the drying device, the detection device, the sterilization device, the conveying device and the discharging device and used for controlling the operation of the system.
9. A method for drying and sterilizing traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces by using the integrated device for drying and sterilizing traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) putting the materials into a drying device;
(2) and (3) drying: feeding the material into a drying cavity, setting the power of a microwave generator, the final drying temperature and the drying time, and then starting drying;
(3) and (3) detection: after drying, detecting whether the water content of the material reaches a target value, if not, returning to the step (2) to continue drying until the water content of the material reaches the target value;
(4) and (3) sterilization: feeding the material with the water content reaching the target value obtained in the step (3) into a sterilization device, setting the distance between an upper polar plate and a lower polar plate, the sterilization final temperature, the air inlet amount and the sterilization time, and then starting sterilization;
