Abstract
本发明公开了一种硫酸钾的制造方法,特别是公开了一种用海绿石及同类型钾矿石作原料,制造硫酸钾的生产方法。本发明采用海绿石及同类型钾矿石作原料,经焙烧、酸浸、分离、蒸发、结晶,得到硫酸钾成品。本发明具有原料易得、生产工艺简单、设备腐蚀少,硫酸钾制造成本低等优点。
Description
本发明涉及一种硫酸钾的制造方法,尤其涉及一种用海绿石及其同类钾矿石制取硫酸钾的方法。
众所周知,硫酸钾是一种重要的无氯钾肥,适用于忌氯农作物如烟草、果树以及糖类作物的施用。由于世界上原生矿极少发现,目前,硫酸钾的生产一般采用氯化钾为原料加工生产,工艺复杂,设备腐蚀严重,而且制造成本较高。
本发明的目的是要充分利用蕴藏丰富的海绿石及其同类钾矿石为原料,采用硫酸直接浸出法制造硫酸钾,副产氧化铁红。同时,缩短了工艺流程,减少了设备腐蚀,降低了制造成本,满足了市场上对硫酸钾的需求。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
采用海绿石及其同类钾矿石为原料,海绿石是海相成因的矿石,它的主要成分为K2O:8~9%;Fe2O3:4.2%;Al2O3:15.02%;SiO2:65.35%。原料经过粉碎、焙烧,焙烧温度为500~750℃,然后加入20~30%的硫酸进行酸浸反应,使原料中的氧化钾转变为硫酸钾,与此同时,原料中Fe也被硫酸溶出转变为FeSO4进入溶液。其化学反应式为:
K2SO4和FeSO4的混合溶液,在调节适合的酸碱度后,FeSO4转变为Fe(OH)3,由于Fe(OH)3为沉淀物,因而与K2SO4溶液分离,沉淀物经过焙烧制得氧化铁红产品,分离了铁化合物的含K2SO4溶液,经蒸发结晶后,成为商品硫酸钾。
本发明由于采用天然海绿石及同类钾矿石为原料,因而具有原料易得,工艺简单,并减少了设备腐蚀,硫酸钾制造成本低等优点。
实施例1:取1000克海绿石作为原料,经粉碎,并在600℃的温度下进行焙烧,经焙烧后矿物料为900克,用500克30%的稀硫酸进行酸浸,得酸溶液1400克,酸浸后,进行分离,其分离液为1050克,经排放出硅铝渣后,得粗硫酸钾280克,经蒸发结晶后,得到硫酸钾成品200克。

1、一种硫酸钾的制造方法,其特征在于:是以海绿石作原料,经焙烧,焙烧温度为500~750℃,然后,进行酸浸,将浸出液进行分离、结晶,得到硫酸钾的生产方法。
2、根据权利要求1所述的硫酸钾的制造方法,其特征在于:采用20~30%的硫酸溶液对原料进行酸浸反应。
