A water and air inlet pipe 25 communicated with the flushing tank 10 is arranged on the flushing rack 9 at the top of the flushing tank 10, and the upper end of the water and air inlet pipe 25 is bifurcated into a water inlet pipe 26 and an air inlet pipe 27. A water tank 28 is arranged below the washing rack 9, and a water-air descending pipe 29 for communicating the space in the washing tank 10 and the water tank 28 is arranged between the washing rack 9 and the water tank 28; the top end of the water tank 28 is provided with a transom 30; the bottom of the cistern is provided with a flush pipe (not shown) leading to the squat pot 40.
The application principle of the above arrangement is as follows: when the rotating seat ring 3 is pressed into the flushing tank 10, the inner sealing edge 11 and the outer sealing edge 12 respectively press the outer surfaces of the flushing racks 9 positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the flushing tank 10, so that a water passing gap 13 capable of allowing water to flow is formed between the seat ring 3 in the flushing tank 10 and the inner wall of the flushing tank 10, and then the automatic control system controls a water valve of the water inlet pipe 26, and high-temperature water is injected into the flushing tank 10 to wash and disinfect the seat ring. Because the water temperature of the high-temperature water is too high, people are easily scalded by directly washing the squatting pot 40, and the excrement and urine are washed by the high-temperature water to emit unpleasant smell, the water tank 28 for temporarily storing the high-temperature water is arranged, and the high-temperature water for washing the seat ring 3 flows into the water tank 28 through the water-gas descending pipe 29. In order to quickly cool the water in the water tank, a normal temperature water pipe 31 may be additionally provided to the water tank 28, and normal temperature water may be filled into the water tank 28 through the normal temperature water pipe 31. It should be noted here that the amount of hot water used to flush the seat ring 3 is not so great as to be sufficient to flush the squatting pot 40, so that it is entirely feasible to fill the water tank 28 with water at normal temperature.
In order to enhance the washing effect, the high-temperature water injected into the washing tank 10 may be moderately pressurized.
In order to save the use of high-temperature water, the total area of the cross section of the water passage gap 13 can be reduced to a moderate level.
When the seat ring 3 is washed by high-temperature water, water drops are left on the seat ring 3, the temperature of the seat ring 3 is high, and normal-temperature gas needs to be introduced into the washing groove 10 through the air inlet pipe 27, so that air flow formed by the normal-temperature gas flows through the water passing gap 13 at a high speed. The air flowing through the water gap 13 is introduced into the water tank 28 through the water-air descending pipe 29, the water in the water tank 28 is not full (the automatic control system also conducts regulation through the water level sensor), and the air can escape from the space above the water level through the air window 30.
Two sides of the washing frame 9 are respectively fixed on the left sliding tube II 32 and the right sliding tube II 32, and the left sliding tube II 32 and the right sliding tube II 32 are respectively sleeved on the frame columns 2 on two sides of the ledge 1. This arrangement allows the flushing carriage 9 to slide up and down because the seat 3 is constantly being raised when it is pressed into the flushing channel 10.
In order to adapt to the up-and-down sliding of the washing frame 9, the upper ends of the water inlet pipe 26, the air inlet pipe 27 and the water and air downward pipe 29 are all flexible pipes.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, a urethral catheterization plate 33 is arranged below the front end of the seat ring 3, and one surface of the urethral catheterization plate 33 facing backwards is in a curved groove shape; cylindrical pins 34 extending outwards are arranged on two sides of the urine guide plate 33, correspondingly, round holes are arranged on two sides below the front end of the seat ring 3, and the cylindrical pins 34 extending outwards on two sides of the urine guide plate 33 are positioned in the round holes on two sides below the front end of the seat ring 3; the weight of the part of the urine guide plate 33 below the cylindrical pin 34 is larger than that of the part of the urine guide plate 33 above the cylindrical pin 34, when the seat ring 3 is used, the lower end of the urine guide plate 33 is in a backward inclined state, and when the seat ring 3 is folded upwards, the urine guide plate 33 rotates around the cylindrical pin 34 to be in a vertical state. The function of the arrangement is to guide the urine into the squatting pot hole 40.
The seat ring 3 is provided with a low-pressure water spraying pipe 35 for washing the urethral catheterization plate 33, the tail end of the low-pressure water spraying pipe is arranged between the front end of the seat ring 3 and the upper end of the rearward surface of the urethral catheterization plate 33, and the low-pressure water spraying pipe 35 is provided with a plurality of water spraying holes 36 facing the upper end of the rearward surface of the urethral catheterization plate 33; the low pressure shower 35 is a hose at the region where the seat ring 3 and the ledge 1 are connected. This is provided for flushing the urine guide plate 33 after defecation.
In the above-described application, when the seat ring 3 is washed, water may leak due to the untight seal of the washing tank 10, and the urine guide plate 33 which has just been washed may drop, so that an arc-shaped leakage receiving tank 37 is provided below the washing tank 10, and a flow guide pipe 38 communicating with the water tank 28 is provided at the bottom of the leakage receiving tank 37
It is also necessary to say that the seat ring 3 is used for about 20 seconds in the whole process of ascending, folding, washing, airflow dehydration and temperature reduction, and the time for a toilet user to stand up, tidy clothes and trousers and open the door is about 20 seconds at least. Therefore, the seat ring 3 can be folded and disinfected without delaying the next toilet.

Claims (8)
1. A folding self-cleaning method of a vehicle toilet bowl which is used by being converted with a squatting position is characterized in that: the wall behind the squatting pot hole (40) is provided with a ledge (1), a rotating device is arranged between the rear part of a seat ring (3) of the toilet and the ledge (1), the upper end of the ledge (1) is provided with a washing and disinfecting device, and an automatic control system is also arranged; when a user leaves the seat ring (3) and stands up after finishing using the toilet, the automatic control system controls the seat ring (3) which is in a horizontal state when in use to rotate upwards around the rotating part of the rotating device to a standing state, and the flushing and disinfecting device washes and disinfects the seat ring (3), thereby completing the folding and disinfection of the seat ring; the seat ring (3) which is in a horizontal state when in use rotates upwards around the rotating part of the rotating device to an erected state: a lifting mechanism is arranged in the rotating device, a rotating part is arranged to be a rotating shaft (4), a rotating arm support (5) fixed with the seat ring (3) is arranged at the rear part of the seat ring (3), the rotating shaft (4) is transversely arranged on the rotating arm support (5), and a pressure guide part is arranged on the ledge (1); when the seat ring (3) is folded, the horizontal seat ring (3) is lifted by a lifting mechanism by utilizing the lever principle, the rear end part of the rotating arm frame (5) positioned behind the rotating shaft (4) is contacted with the pressure guide component in the lifting process, and downward resistance is applied to the rear end part of the rotating arm frame (5) by the pressure guide component to force the seat ring (3) in front of the rotating shaft (4) to rotate upwards around the rotating shaft (4).
2. A method for automatically cleaning and folding a toilet seat for vehicle convertible to squatting position as claimed in claim 1, wherein said washing and disinfecting device is used to wash and disinfect the seat ring (3), after the water for washing the squatting position pot hole (40) is heated to high temperature by the washing and disinfecting device, the seat ring (3) is washed and disinfected with high temperature water at high temperature, and then the washed water is introduced into the squatting position pot hole (40) to wash the excrement in the squatting position pot hole (40).

A method for folding and self-cleaning a toilet seat for vehicle converted from squatting position according to claim 2, wherein the high temperature washing and disinfection of the seat ring (3) with high temperature water is: arranging a washing and disinfecting device as a vertically fixed washing frame (9), arranging an annular washing groove (10) with the shape consistent with that of the seat ring (3) on the forward surface of the washing frame (9), enabling the sectional area of the washing groove (10) to be larger than that of the seat ring (3), and respectively arranging an inward inner sealing and pressing edge (11) and an outward outer sealing and pressing edge (12) on the inner ring and the outer ring at the bottom of the seat ring (3); when the seat ring (3) is folded, the seat ring (3) which rotates upwards is pressed into the washing groove (10), and meanwhile, the inner sealing edge (11) and the outer sealing edge (12) respectively press the outer surfaces of the washing frames (9) positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the washing groove (10), so that a water passing gap (13) through which high-temperature water can flow is formed between the seat ring (3) in the washing groove (10) and the inner wall of the washing groove (10).

A folding self-cleaning method for a vehicle toilet convertible to squatting position as claimed in claim 2, wherein the high temperature water flows downwards from the top of the annular flushing tank (10) through the water passing gap (13) to flush the seat ring (3), and then the normal temperature air flow is introduced from the top of the annular flushing tank (10) to the water passing gap (13) to make the air flow downwards at high speed in the water passing gap (13).
