本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种高速挤出SPC地板应用环保钙锌稳定剂,选用特定的金属皂化合物,通过专有的技术复合而成,使用本发明应用于spc地板高速挤出过程中,塑化性能较高,分散均匀,产量可达每条生产线每天55吨,产品达到国家及行业相关标准,解决了普通环保稳定剂容易析出,后期稳定性不足的缺陷,且能够解决生产过程中高剪切下的稳定性问题。

选用特定的金属皂化合物,通过专有的技术复合而成,使用本发明应用于spc地板高速挤出过程中,塑化性能较高,分散均匀,产量可达每条生产线每天55吨,产品达到国家及行业相关标准,解决了普通环保稳定剂容易析出,后期稳定性不足的缺陷,,且能够解决生产过程中高剪切下的稳定性问题。

Claims (5)
1.高速挤出SPC地板应用环保钙锌稳定剂,其特征在于它由以下重量份数的原材料组成:硬脂酸锌22-28份、硬脂酸钙3-7份、沸石30-40份、抗氧剂1-3份、协同热稳定剂10-15份、高端润滑剂5-11份、多元醇8-12份;按计量配比取上述材料,并选用特定的金属皂化合物,通过专有技术复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高速挤出SPC地板应用环保钙锌稳定剂,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:a.超分散处理与微纳米处理,增强稳定效率;b.降粘处理,保护分子链;c.固体增塑处理,强化塑化质量和最终产品质量;d.结合以上三种方法加入高速挤出生产过程中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高速挤出SPC地板应用环保钙锌稳定剂,其特征在于:硬脂酸锌22份、硬脂酸钙3份、沸石30份、抗氧剂1份、协同热稳定剂10份、高端润滑剂5份、多元醇8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高速挤出SPC地板应用环保钙锌稳定剂,其特征在于:硬脂酸锌25份、硬脂酸钙5份、沸石35份、抗氧剂2份、协同热稳定剂13份、高端润滑剂8份、多元醇10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高速挤出SPC地板应用环保钙锌稳定剂,其特征在于:硬脂酸锌28份、硬脂酸钙7份、沸石40份、抗氧剂3份、协同热稳定剂15份、高端润滑剂11份、多元醇12份。
