Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textiles. In particular to a method for producing colored spun yarns and fabrics thereof by adopting compact spinning and siro compact spinning of cotton, tencel, modal, viscose, mercerized or shrinkproof wool, tussah silk and the like dyed by vegetable dyes and polylactic acid fibers.
Background
The raw material of the polylactic acid fiber is mainly derived from corn starch, has the functions of bacteriostasis, mite prevention, hydrophilicity, ventilation, skin friendliness and the like, can be automatically degraded, is a safe and environment-friendly novel textile raw material, and has the characteristics of poor heat resistance and difficult dyeing. The heat generated by the spinning equipment running at high speed can melt the polylactic acid fiber and adhere to the card clothing, thereby not only reducing the production efficiency and increasing the fiber loss, but also damaging the card clothing and greatly improving the spinning cost. And the polylactic acid fiber dyed at high temperature has crisp and hard hand feeling and the strength is reduced by more than 50 percent. Therefore, the novel textile raw material cannot be applied to the fields of yarns, fabrics and clothes in batches at present.
By adopting the plant dye dyed polylactic acid fiber dyed yarn with the antibacterial function and the processing method of the fabric thereof, the polylactic acid fiber is not dyed, the fabric adopts a special low-temperature washing finishing processing mode, the adverse effect of high temperature on the performance of the fabric is avoided in the spinning and fabric processing links, the functions of bacteriostasis, mite prevention, ventilation and skin friendliness of the fabric can be fully exerted, and the problem that the polylactic acid fiber cannot be applied to the fields of yarn, fabric and clothes in batches is solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plant dye dyed polylactic acid fiber dyed yarn with an antibacterial function and a processing method of a fabric thereof. The polylactic acid fiber is used as a novel textile material, has the functions of bacteriostasis, mite prevention, skin friendliness, ventilation and the like, has poor heat resistance and is not easy to dye. In the spinning link, the polylactic acid fiber is melted and attached to the card clothing by the heat generated by the equipment running at high speed, so that the production efficiency is reduced, the fiber loss is increased, the card clothing is damaged, and the spinning cost is greatly improved; after high-temperature dyeing and finishing by petrochemical dyes, the polylactic acid has crisp and hard hand feeling and the strength is reduced by more than 50 percent. The plant-dyed polylactic acid dyed colored spun yarns are prepared by blending hydrophilic bleached cotton, tencel, modal, mercerized wool or shrink-proof wool, tussah silk and other fibers dyed by plant dyes with polylactic acid fibers, so that the polylactic acid fibers are prevented from being dyed and high-temperature damage in the dyeing process is avoided. Meanwhile, the antibacterial performance of the dyed yarn and fabric can be improved after hydrophilic bleached cotton, tencel, modal, mercerized wool or shrink-proof wool, tussah silk and the like dyed by vegetable dye are blended with polylactic acid fiber.
The plant dye with the antibacterial function is adopted to dye the polylactic acid fiber dyed yarns to weave the dyed fabric, and a special low-temperature washing mode is adopted in the finishing link, so that the influence of high temperature on the performance of polylactic acid is avoided again without high-temperature processing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
1. the fiber components of the plant dye dyed polylactic acid fiber dyed yarns with the bacteriostatic function are as follows according to the weight ratio: the polylactic acid fiber accounts for 20-70%, one or two colored fibers of hydrophilic bleached cotton, tencel, modal, viscose, mercerized wool or shrink-proof wool, tussah silk and the like dyed by vegetable dye account for 40-3%, and the rest 40-27% is one or two natural-color fibers of hydrophilic bleached cotton or tencel, modal, viscose, mercerized wool or shrink-proof wool.
Plant dye dyed polylactic acid fiber dyed yarn with bacteriostasis function is produced through compact spinning and siro compact spinning
In order to make the antibacterial performance of the polylactic acid fiber dyed yarns more outstanding, the inventor finds that the antibacterial performance of the dyed yarns and fabrics of the polylactic acid fiber dyed yarns and the polylactic acid fiber dyed yarns is obviously higher than that of the dyed yarns and fabrics blended with the chemically dyed fibers by blending one or more colored fibers of hydrophilic bleached cotton, tencel, modal, mercerized wool, shrink-proof wool, tussah silk and the like according to a certain proportion.
2. Adopt plant dyestuff dyeing polylactic acid fibre look textile yarn that possesses antibacterial function to weave yarn dyed fabric, use special low temperature washing arrangement mode, specifically include: in the after-finishing process, 1-3 g/l of oil removing agent PO (calculated by weight relative to water) is added, and the operation is carried out for 20-40 minutes at the temperature of 60-95 ℃; after washing, adding 1-5 g/l of hydrophilic softening agent (calculated by weight relative to water) and 2-3 g/l of natural color fixing agent FCG (calculated by weight relative to water), and operating at 55-75 ℃ for 20-30 minutes; drying and shaping at the low temperature of 90-110 ℃ after dehydration.
The preparation method of the hydrophilic softening agent comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the following components in parts by weight into a stainless steel reaction kettle: 5-15 parts of monoglyceride, 10-40 parts of polyester polyether, 1-5 parts of water-soluble chitosan, 5-10 parts of a non-ionic emulsifier and 79-30 parts of purified water, starting a stirrer, stirring at the rotating speed of 150-300 revolutions per minute at 60 ℃ for 30-60 minutes, cooling and discharging.
Through multiple tests, the inventor finds that the finished fabric processed by the hydrophilic softening agent has soft, smooth and flat hand feeling and better hydrophilic performance, and has no influence on the bacteriostatic performance, the color and the color fastness of the polylactic acid fiber dyed knitted fabric dyed by vegetable dye.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the processing method of the plant dye dyed polylactic acid fiber dyed yarn and the fabric thereof with the antibacterial function adopts one or more colored fibers of hydrophilic bleached cotton, tencel, Modal, mercerized wool, shrink-proof wool, tussah silk and the like dyed by the plant dye to be blended with the polylactic acid fiber according to a certain proportion to prepare the dyed yarn and the fabric, adopts a special low-temperature washing mode in the fabric after-finishing, solves the problem of damage of dyeing high temperature to the performance of the polylactic acid fiber, and simultaneously improves the antibacterial performance of the polylactic acid blended yarn-dyed yarn and the fabric, so that the novel textile raw material of polylactic acid can be applied to the field of textile and clothing.
