Description

Pressure type multi-stage air-flotation oil-water separation device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil-water separation devices, in particular to a pressure type multistage air floatation oil-water separation device.
Background
At present, in the field of oilfield produced water treatment, the most common oil removal technology is gravity settling, but the process occupies a large area and has limited treatment precision. In the air floatation process, the oil droplets are accelerated to float upwards under the action of buoyancy through adhesion of the micro bubbles and the oil droplets, so that the oil removing efficiency can be greatly improved.
No matter the gravity settling or the air flotation device commonly used in the oil field at present works under the normal pressure condition, and the pressure of the water coming from the front end can be discharged after the sewage is treated by the gravity settling or the air flotation, so that the energy waste is caused. The sewage is contacted with the surrounding environment, so that not only is the sewage aerated with oxygen, but also toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive substances in the sewage are emitted into the surrounding environment to cause secondary pollution. If the chloride ion content of produced water of some oil fields is high, the corrosion of subsequent process equipment and pipelines can be aggravated after the water is subjected to oxygen exposure; if the space on the offshore oil platform is narrow, flammable and explosive gas contained in the sewage is emitted to the surrounding environment, and the hidden danger of fire can be increased.
The pressurized oil remover in the domestic market mainly comprises an inclined plate oil remover and a jet flow air flotation oil remover, the inclined plate has low oil removing efficiency, and the inclined plate is easy to damage or block. Compared with the more commonly used dissolved air flotation in the field of oilfield produced water, the jet air flotation has larger bubbles, is difficult to remove emulsified oil with smaller particle size, and has low oil removal efficiency.

The new technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a pressure type multistage air-flotation oil-water separation device comprises a tank body, an air-water mixing pipeline, a reaction barrel, a water inlet rectifying baffle, a water outlet rectifying baffle, a filler plate, an oil discharge port, a drain outlet and a water outlet pipeline, wherein the air-water mixing pipeline extends into the tank body and is provided with a water inlet and a dissolved air-water inlet; the top of the tank body is provided with an oil discharge port, and the bottom of the tank body is provided with a sewage discharge port.
The gas in the gas-dissolving water inlet is nitrogen or air.
The water inlet rectifying baffle is a stainless steel plate.
The water outlet rectification baffle is a stainless steel plate.
The filler plate is a plastic plate.
The tank bodies are connected in series by 2-6.
The tank body is a vertical closed container with pressure.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has modularization, simple and convenient installation, high treatment efficiency, small occupied area and total retention time less than or equal to 1 h; the pressure type can be connected in series in multiple stages and flexibly arranged; the system can directly receive the effluent of the three-phase separator, and is connected with a filtering system in series by utilizing the excess pressure, so that the lifting links are reduced, and the short flow of a well factory is realized; the operation management is convenient, and unattended operation is realized.

The front of the tank body is matched with a mixing reaction facility, and the oily sewage, the reverse-phase demulsifier (which can not be added) and the backflow dissolved gas water enter the tank body after mixed reaction through a gas-water mixing pipeline. The reverse demulsifier improves the demulsification effect of the oily sewage, the backflow gas-dissolved water releases micro bubbles, the micro bubbles are combined with oil drops and the demulsifier to form an air floating body with the density far less than that of water, the air floating body quickly floats upwards and is converged to the top of the tank body to form an oil layer, and the oil layer is discharged through an oil discharge port. Sewage downwards passes through the water inlet rectification baffle and the filler plate to generate coalescence reaction, and oil drops are gradually combined to form larger oil drops, so that the oil-water separation effect in the next-stage tank body is improved. And (4) the sewage after primary separation enters the next-stage tank body, and the oil-water separation process is repeated.
