Abstract
The invention discloses an open type asphalt pavement microwave heating device, and relates to the field of mechanical equipment; the open type asphalt pavement microwave heating device comprises a chassis structure unit, a bearing structure unit, an electric system structure unit and a pull rod, wherein the chassis structure unit is used for fixing the bearing structure unit and the pull rod and is connected with the electric system structure unit through the bearing structure unit; a detachable top cover is connected above the electric system structural unit; the electric system structure unit comprises a sensing structure unit, an organization decision structure unit and a control execution structure unit. The invention adopts the open type microwave heating technology to heat the asphalt, has no asphalt coking phenomenon, short preheating time, no heating inertia and more uniform heating, and avoids the defects that the heat can not quickly enter the deep part of an asphalt pavement plate when the conventional heating technology is adopted to heat, so that the surface of the asphalt pavement is coked but the internal temperature rise is insufficient.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mechanical equipment, in particular to an open type asphalt pavement microwave heating device.
Background
The conventional heating mode has a common defect that heat cannot enter the deep part of a block of the asphalt pavement quickly during heating, so that the surface of the asphalt pavement is burnt, but the internal temperature rise is insufficient.
The open type microwave heating box body means that the heater is open at one side facing to the asphalt pavement, the microwave emitted in the box body mainly penetrates through the box body, and the reflection ratio is not high. The structural characteristics of the microwave absorber meet the requirements of high efficiency and controllability of microwave absorption under the special condition. The open type microwave heating is a novel heating mode, volume heating is adopted, aggregates in the asphalt mixture absorb microwave energy and generate heat which is then transmitted to asphaltene, and the problem of secondary aging is avoided. The open type microwave heating technology is adopted to heat the asphalt, the asphalt coking phenomenon does not exist, the preheating time is short, the heating inertia is avoided, and the heating is more uniform.
Accordingly, those skilled in the art have endeavored to develop an open type microwave heating apparatus for asphalt pavement.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is that heat cannot enter the deep part of an asphalt pavement slab quickly when the conventional heating mode is used for heating, so that the surface of an asphalt pavement is burnt, but the internal temperature rise is insufficient.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides an open type microwave heating device for asphalt pavement, comprising a chassis structure unit, a bearing structure unit, an electrical system structure unit and a pull rod, wherein the chassis structure unit is used for fixing the bearing structure unit and the pull rod and is connected with the electrical system structure unit through the bearing structure unit; a detachable top cover is connected above the electric system structural unit;
the electric system structure unit comprises a sensing structure unit, an organization decision structure unit and a control execution structure unit.
Further, the chassis structure unit comprises a guide wheel, a first driving wheel, a first speed reducer, a first motor, a second driving wheel, a second speed reducer and a second motor; the guide wheel is used for controlling the movement direction of the device; the first driving wheel is sequentially connected with the first speed reducer and the first motor to realize braking of the first driving wheel; and the second driving wheel is sequentially connected with the second speed reducer and the second motor so as to realize the braking of the second driving wheel.
Further, the bearing structure unit comprises a first fixing block, a first connecting block, a second fixing block and a second connecting block; the first fixing block is fixed on the left side of the chassis structural unit and connected with the first connecting block, and the second fixing block is fixed on the right side of the chassis structural unit and connected with the first connecting block.
Further, the inner side wall of the bearing structure unit is tightly attached to a heat insulation layer.
Further, the sensing structure unit comprises a sensor used for judging the positions of the equipment and the road surface diseases and the working state of the equipment.
Further, the organizational decision structure unit comprises an industrial control computer for self-organizing action of the device.
Further, the control execution structural unit comprises a motion control card, a motor, a driver and a battery, is used for providing a power source for the device, and is used for receiving instructions from the tissue decision structural unit to complete the preset motion control.

3. The intelligent design of the equipment, the introduction of a disease detection and judgment system, and the cooperation with an automatic walking in-place system realize the automation of disease disposal.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the open type microwave heating device for asphalt pavement comprises a chassis structure unit 21, a bearing structure unit 4, an electrical system structure unit 12 and a pull rod 1, wherein the chassis structure unit 21 is used for fixing the bearing structure unit 4 and the pull rod 1, and is connected with the electrical system structure unit 12 through the bearing structure unit 4; a detachable top cover 2 is connected above the electric system structure unit 12;
the electric system structure unit 12 comprises a sensing structure unit, an organization decision structure unit and a control execution structure unit, when the device performs road surface operation, the device can autonomously complete the movement, control, obstacle avoidance, self-organization action and the like, and when a power supply is disconnected or the battery power of the device is exhausted, the device can be dragged to move through the pull rod 1;
the chassis structure unit 12 comprises a guide wheel 15, a first driving wheel 3, a first speed reducer 17, a first motor 16, a second driving wheel 19, a second speed reducer 20 and a second motor 18; when the device works, the movement direction of the device can be controlled through the guide wheel 15; the first driving wheel 3 is connected with a first speed reducer 17 and a first motor 16 in sequence to realize the braking of the first driving wheel; when the device works, the speed reduction function can be realized through the first speed reducer 17, the first motor 16 can improve power for the device so as to drive the first driving wheel 3 to rotate, and the second driving wheel 19 is sequentially connected with the second speed reducer 20 and the second motor 18 so as to realize the braking of the second driving wheel.
The bearing structure unit comprises a first fixing block 8, a first connecting block 9, a second fixing block 10 and a second connecting block 13; the first fixing block 8 is fixed on the left side of the chassis structural unit 21 and connected with the first connecting block, the first fixing block 8, the first connecting block 9 and the second fixing block 10 interact with each other to support the electrical system structural unit 12, and the second fixing block 10 is fixed on the right side of the chassis structural unit 21 and connected with the first connecting block 9.
The inner side walls of the bearing structure units 4 are closely attached to a heat insulation layer.
The sensing structure structural unit comprises a sensor used for judging the positions of equipment and road surface diseases and the working state of the equipment.
The organizational decision structure unit includes an industrial control computer for self-organizing action of the device.
The control execution structural unit comprises a motion control card, a motor, a driver and a battery, is used for providing a power source for the device, and is used for receiving instructions from the tissue decision structural unit to complete the preset motion control.
An electrical system structural unit 12 is disposed in the electrical enclosure 11.
The surface of the electrical enclosure 11 has a plurality of small holes for heat dissipation from the electrical system structural unit 12.
The side of the chassis structure unit 21 facing the asphalt pavement is open for microwave heating of the asphalt pavement.
